Etsitkö erikoista lomaa ... juuri löytänyt oikean paikan! Bend Bungalow on ihana vaihtoehto oleskelevat hotellissa, ja vähemmän rahaa! Kätkeytyneenä toivottavaa NorthWest sijaitseva viehättävä loma vuokramökki tarjoaa pohjimmainen Bend kokemus. Tulet rakastamaan majoittuessaan Bend Bungalow. . . täysin varustetuista alas viinipullo avaaja!

Bungalow on taiteellinen sisustus ja puhdas vielä kotoisaa tunnetta. Alkuperäiset parketit, uudet ikkunat, kestävä bambu lattia keittiössä ja bonus huone, lämmin ja kutsuva väri luovat täydellisen paikan rentoutua kiireisen päivän jälkeen. Koti on hyvässä kunnossa ja tahrattoman puhdistetaan vihreitä tuotteita.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta on queen size vuodetta (yksi on Tempurpedic tyyli muisti sängyssä suuri selkää!). Bonus huone on hengen sohva, jossa ulosvedettävä twin patja alla vielä vieras. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku. Yksi auton autotalli pääsee allied kanssa lisävarasto (lukittava) teidän taivaan tai kajakkeja tai polkupyöriä. Meidän perheen sisärenkaat voidaan käyttää virkistävä kesä float alas jokea tai kelkkailua alas luminen mäkiä talvella. Katettu terassi tarjoaa täydellisen BBQ perääntyä.

Koe suuri sijainti Bend Bungalow! Olipa hyödyntää lähellä Deschuttes River, Mt. Kandidaatin tai vain haluavat tutustua kaupat ja ravintolat Bend, tämä paikka on lähellä rinteitä (vuorella 30 minuuttia!) tai ihana kävellä joen yli.

Seudun gourmet elintarvikkeiden markkinoiden "Newport Market", kahvilat, ravintolat, jäädytetty jogurtti ja kaupat ovat kolmen korttelin kotiin. Vanha kaupunki kauppoja ja meidän perheen suosikki, Deschutes Brewery, on kuuden minuutin kävelymatkan kadulla ja joen. Lapset rakastavat "veneellä puiston" yhden korttelin päässä, jossa on myös ballpark ja kävely sillan Drake Park.

Älä vaivaudu kanssa ajo ja pysäköinti: Sekä 4. heinäkuuta ja joulun paraateja alkaa aivan mökin edessä! Nauti kolmen minuutin kävelymatka kesäaikaan suosittu "Munch-n-Music" ilmaisen konsertteja ja elokuvia Drake Park ja ruokaa paikallisista ravintoloista.

Just ok

I don’t want to be too critical here, it’s an older affordable home, obviously it’s been a rental for a while so not a lot of TLC. It wasn’t super clean when we arrived. Finding the property is a little tricky, be sure to follow instructions the owner provides. Best thing about this his property is the location.

Location, location, location!!

This home is perfectly located if you are up for walking to Drake Park, downtown, an awesome neighborhood market (within a 5 minute walk), get a coffee drink from a cafe across from the market or experience some great restaurants and gelato close by. This is what I did since my hubbie was not feeling well for all but our anniversary (day of) stay.I thought the home was very well appointed. Lots of VRBO's that I have stayed at do not have pantry items so well stocked. Living room and beds were comfortable for us........my hubbie and I sleep separately. And the shower pressure is so great you have to turn the water down so it doesn't bore a hole in you...haha!There were some things that were not the greatest, but hey....hard to find perfection.

Adorable bungalow

It was really sweet to stay in a vintage cottage on a lovely street. It really brought back memories of our childhood homes and it was refurbished artfully and with vintage items. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic !

The home is in a great location and it was very comfortable for our family vacation. Parking in Bend is not great, so it was wonderful to be able to walk to dinner, the park, and shopping. The house was exactly as described and quite spacious. The wifi was good. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had tea and coffee filters. We absolutely loved the bungalow and Bend!

Great location

Walking distance to downtown, great coffee shops, up-scale supermarket, restaurants (other than downtown), oops almost forgot drakes park mirror pond, a stones throw. The house was well stocked with amenities. The one downside is the room we slept in had an odor I couldn't place. A friend came over and said it smelled like mold. Can't confirm or deny, just her thoughts. I don't know what mold Smells like. I'm sure the owner has made the necessary tests for mold spores. If not, it should be done. Would stay again at this cute bungalow!

Very Bad Experience

We arrived on Thanksgiving eve to find that the house had not been cleaned. Bags of trash on the kitchen table, dirty sheets on the floors, spaghetti sauce all over the stove. Tried to contact the landlord, who did not return my call until the next day. We had to stay in a hotel and our planned family Thanksgiving at the house was ruined. Be aware. A dirty house is not a reason for VRBO cancellation. Very diasappointed!

Great location minutes from Downtown. Lockable garage to keep equipment a huge plus.

Just a few minutes walk to Pine Tavern, Deschutes Brewery or 10 Barrel Brewery. Prime location. We were able to lock our kayak and bicycles safely in the garage. Kayaked Hosmer Lake and up the creek to the waterfall. No motors (except electric) allowed on Hosmer so it's ideal for the kayak. Second day, hiked from Sparks Lake to Green Lakes. A beautiful trail along a rushing creek with many waterfalls. About an 8 mile round trip and moderately strenuous. Third day, a leisurely bicycle ride out to Deschutes River Woods to see the old house where I used to live for several years. Fourth day, a kayak up the Deschutes River from the log jam above Benham Falls upstream to the Sunriver Marina for lunch at Hola Mexican Restaurant, formerly the Trouthouse, and then back again. The return leg being a little less strenuous with the current with us. No rapids on this section of river, it's all relatively slow water. Taking into account the bends in the river, it's probably a 10 -12 mile round trip. Fifth and final day we drove up and parked at Todd Lake and took the trail up to the Ice Lake at Broken Top which was still partly frozen in mid-September. From there we hiked up onto the ridge overlooking the Sisters Wilderness. Stunning views all around. From Todd Lake it's a long haul with several strenuous stretches, we were hiking for a good 7 hours there and back, but it's all worthwhile once you reach the deep, blue green lake with Broken Top towering up from it's depths. Not a very relaxing week, but then I don't visit Bend to relax, there's just so much to do and see, and not only in the summer. Bend is a beautiful city, clean and manicured, and if I return for another strenuous vacation, I'd want to stay at the Bungalow. I'm even thinking about retiring in Bend. A great week.

Overall a nice stay and the location is great, but the property definitely needs some love. The garage opener was broken so we couldn’t easily access the garage to put our car in, front door keypad didn’t work, multiple outlets throughout the house are so old and worn out that we couldn’t even use them without the plug falling out, bathroom floor was pretty dirty, etc. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance though. Overall, location is great, condition of the house leaves a bit to be desired.

Very clean and comfortable space. Older house but up to date. Convenient and walkable to restaurants. Enjoyed sitting under the covered patio in the evening. Having an enclosed garage to park in was a nice bonus.

The “bonus room” was a laundry room/back entrance. One of us had to sleep in that most unattractive area. Additionally, we could not use the fan in that space because it was loose and wobbled as though it were going to fall out of the ceiling.There was no working light in the garage. The location was excellent for visiting downtown Bend. The general neighborhood was quite nice.

The good: Cute little cottage close to downtown Bend. Easy walk to Drake Park, great food, Newport Market, and good coffee. Outdoor covered sitting area behind the house. The neighbor and their dogs were a definite plus. The Meh: Terrible beds. One was like a marshmallow, the other a plywood board. At 62 yrs, some of the worst night’s sleep I have ever had. The back sitting area could use a clean up. Lack of enough clean towels and washclothes. For the price would not stay here again.

Fabulous location

We were two couples meeting in Bend for three nights. The Bend Bungalow was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be better! Very close to Drake Park, Mirror Pond, downtown shops and restaurants, and the fabulous Newport Market. The house has a spacious living room and comfy beds. We had a great stay!

Downtown Exploring

We loved how close this house was to downtown as we were able to walk just about anywhere. Really liked the furniture in the Living Room. Super comfy and enough room for everyone. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on at a VRBO. Definitely a good place to stay.

We are Oregon residents who love the outdoors, be it the mountains, rivers or coastal areas. We love to travel the world and have fell in love with Bend, which reminds us of time we spent in Taos, New Mexico. The high desert sun, smell of the sage and pine, the Deschutes River, surrounding lakes, and mountains all make Bend a wonderful place to get outdoors. Though we have to admit, the many good restaurants and breweries have us staying close to our home-away-from-home for an easy walk to dinner or a drink with friends.

Our children love being close to the park, Goodie's (ice cream parlor), Cravin's Candy Emporium and a short walk to home after a float down the river.

We hope you will enjoy Bend and the surrounding area as much as we do.
