Kaunis uusittu 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuone kotiin oma uima-allas sijaitsee aivan 101 ja Raintree. Lähellä Talking Stick, Kierland ja Scottsdale Quarter. Äskettäin remodeled upealla puulattian lattiat ja graniittiset työtasot. Täysin sisustettu sisustus ja kaunis uima-allas ja ruokapöytä takapihalla viihdyttävä. Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta on kalustettu niin talossa nukkuu 6 henkilöä, mahdollisesti 7 jos joku haluaa sohvalla. Uima-altaassa ei ole lämmitintä, mutta siinä on aurinko huopa.

Great location

We were here for a horse show at WestWorld and this was a perfect location. Just 5 minutes away. Close to shopping and food in a quiet neighborhood Would rent this property again

Great place and neighborhood in Scottsdale

We had a great stay - with our two dogs. The host was terrific, check in was as simple as it gets. The house is a bit dated, like many in Scottsdale, but I was staying there, not buying it. It was very comfortable with a very safe back yard for our two dogs, and everything one might need for a stay. I was very pleased with all of it. Thank you, Stacy!

Clean Home In A Nice And Quiet Neighborhood

Very nice home and the pool was a bonus. Everything was provided by our host Stacy who was very accommodating and responded to our msgs promptly. We will stay there again in the future.

Great neighborhood

Property owner was quick to respond to any issues. Neighborhood was quiet with nice park area. Home was clean, beds super comfy, sofa comfy and must be newer as the photo shows a difference one. Overall great experience.

We rented for 12 weeks in 2019. The house was not as pictured.

When we arrived, the kitchen table was broken and the chairs were in poor shape. We fixed the table. The owner did purchase new chairs for us. The cushions on the swing in the backyard were so worn the stuffing was coming out. I contacted the owner who said they planned to dispose of it but they never did while we were there for 12 weeks. By the time we left the backyard was full of foot high weeds. The couch was not the couch in the picture and had a large hole in it. The shower had a crack in the glass that was not leaking so we assumed it was fine. We were later blamed for the crack. She told us we could park our car in the garage, which was nice but we had to move old rugs and a broken ceiling fan. Many other minor things. The neighborhood is fantastic. The neighbors are quiet.

Nice house and patio

We had a great time at this N. Scottsdale house that is nicely furnished with a relaxing patio and refreshing pool. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Would stay again in the future.

Very nice place, would stay again!

We stayed here while we were in Scottsdale for a wedding. It was 4 adults and 1 child. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of room. We loved the back yard seating area and pool. The location is in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. Overall, we would definitely stay here again - a much better value compared to staying in a hotel.

Spring Trip 2019

Would love to give 5 stars but upon arrival Sunday, the pool was not ready to use, perhaps March is a little early in Arizona for a non-heated pool but the expectation for a house advertised with a pool is that it be ready to use. Monday the pool guy showed up, did not clean the pool to our satisfaction; talked with Stacy she indicated it was the second pool service since December and she would be talking to them. On our own, cleaned the pool enough to use. With that said we were very happy with the house, furnishings and location. I would not hesitate to rent again.

As advertised! Almost perfect!

The property hit our expectations! It was clean, spacious and private. We hit a heat wave so the pool was a must needed feature ( and we were very thankful it was an unheated one). It had all the immenities of a house. Only feedback would be that it has no blender and the 2nd bedroom doesn’t have dark blinds so very bright in morning as sun came through. Truly minimal downfall to an otherwise perfect property for the price point!!

Perfect location for golf hiking and food

Stacy is a very gracious host. The location is excellent if you want to play golf and if you want to go hiking. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The amenities of the home are well thought out as you will want for nothing. The only issue we had was we struggle to be able to use the cable TV. Stacy was very helpful throughout our entire time at her property. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable Clean Quiet Private

We enjoyed our stay at this very lovely home. The kitchen was great for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was clean and well cared for. The outdoor furniture and dining room chairs are a little worn out and could be replaced. It is a great neighborhood, quiet and pleasant, with a small park just down the street. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Access to the 101 was very convenient and Safeway grocery store almost within walking distance. A very comfortable, well appointed home.

Nice medium size property with a good location

Nice medium size property with a good location. Only issue we had was the pool pump cycling throughout the evening on a few nights. I'm sure that can be adjusted by the owner to resolve that issue.

Perfect respite

I stayed in Stacy's home while staying in Scottsdale for medical reasons. Stacy was a wonderful and responsive host and her home is beautiful, comfortable and private. Highly recommend!

Worked great for us!

The house was clean and had what we needed. This was the first time we used VRBO and will use it again. Stacy was easy to get in touch with, very helpful and personable. We had everything we wanted and needed during our 9 day visit to AZ. The location was amazing!! Right off the 101 made getting anywhere super easy.

Comfortable, Clean north/mid Scottsdale

Stacy was a wonderful host. She communicated immediately in response to inquiries. Could tell that she genuinely cared that we have a great visit and enjoyed our lodgings. Beautiful, newer three-bedroom home in a very quiet neighborhood. Impeccably clean. Better than functional. The kind of place you could not imagine abusing because the owner obviously is proud of it (but still feel comfortable "living" in it"). Cozy patio/pool area, a great daytime and evening gathering place. Six adults (three couples), all family, spring training, Final Four, golf, desert hikes. Kitchen very nice and sufficiently equipped, cooked some great food in it. Close to beltway, so is convenient to airport and most everywhere. (Has a fine grill, so previous comment should be ignored. Only suggestion -- would be worth adding more pillows and blankets to the linen closet.) Would not hesitate to stay again. Our first VRBO experience and we are sold!

Comfortable and convenient

Myself and 3 buddies stayed at Stacy's home for a week during Spring Training -- the home was comfortable and centrally located for restaurant and stadium sites -- the beds were comfortable and Stacy was very attentive to any questions and needs that we had including the use of the garage for our vehicle -- I would recommend this home for a couple or small family with a max of 2 children as it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home -- The only negative was that the patio furniture needs an update as the Arizona sun has done a job on the fabric --
