This is an absolutely beautiful property with ocean views from nearly every room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms well appointed with blackout curtains for ideal sleep! We appreciated the laundry on site as we have young kids. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding property and location

Our son was married in the local area. The house was beautiful, impeccably furnished and full of amenities. We spent four nights there. The host was super responsive and everything was perfection!

Beautiful vacation rental close to two beaches

This home was the most well appointed and cared for vacation rental we have ever rented from VRBO or other services. Beautifully decorated and kitchen was very well stocked/equipped. Great wrap around patio to sit outside and still just 5-7 minute drive from Kennebunkport. Highly recommend. We stayed with our two adult children and son-in-law…they loved it.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our second family vacation at Seaview and it was as fabulous as our first stay! Seaview is so beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-equipped and the location with ocean views and short walk to the beach is perfect. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful Home, Nicely Appointed, Perfect for Families

With 5 bedrooms, all of them en-suite, the home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations or vacations with friends. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The ocean views are amazing.

Our favorite place to visit

Bruce and Beth's property is absolutely unmatched. The attention to detail, care and thought that has been put into the home had us come back this summer for a second time and it did not disappoint! We hope to spend many more a Maine August enjoying all that Sea View has to offer.

Fantastic, clean, well decorated with extra details to make a great family stay by the beach!

We were looking for a house to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday and this house was brilliant with everything we needed!. It’s very well renovated, furnished and handled our family’s needs with bathrooms for each room/couple, two rooms to gather as well as a big dining room table and deck with ocean views! The owner was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We definitely would come back in a heartbeat!

Great property!

We have rented and stayed in this wonderful property for a few years, sometimes more than once between May and the end of September. It is so tastefully renovated, so clean (the cleaning crew does exceptional work), well equipped. The location is ideal, a view on the beach, a large deck to relax on; a lovely kitchen well equipped, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; a super cozy den. It fills all criterias you could wish for! Thank you again for our stay!

Incredible Kennebunk rental!

My family spent 10 days at this property and it was the best rental experience we have had! The home was perfectly located right by the beach, and a five minute drive to downtown. It was a great rental for our group of young kids and older grandparents. The house was beautifully done, and very comfortable. The owners' manager was very responsive whenever we had a question/issue. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and hope to next summer!! Thank you to the owners!

Fabulous home!

We absolutely loved this house for our stay in Kennebuck! They have thought of everything. The house has great views of the ocean. Great walks and runs from the house. All the little details were top notch. We were all very impressed! Lots of puzzles and games. We would definitely return! Thank you for a great experience

The perfect home!

In 2019 we have rented this property twice in July and September. It is first a beautiful and spacious home having been redone with such good taste. Also very confortable, with views of the ocean, and terraces to sit out.. It describes best what Kennebunk is all about, charming. We are looking forward to our next stay in July 2020. We feel so lucky to have found this property! We travel a great deal in Europe and the U.S,A. and stay in many Relais & Chateaux and this is an equivalent as far as the luxury of this home.

FIVE STAR!

This house exceeded our expectations. We traveled from New York with our family for my parent’s 60th, ages ranging from 1-60. The walk to the beach was short, safe and scenic. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need, checked every single box, which is rare. High quality finishes, decor, cookware. Bruce was wonderful and so easy to work with. We will book this house again in a heartbeat, you should too! THANKS BRUCE!

A DREAM!

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving to be closer to our family in Maine. I don’t even know where to begin with this incredible home! Not a detail was missed when designing this home. This home has stunning views from every room in the house- from morning coffee in the room off the kitchen to post dinner movie nights in the fireplace room, this is without a doubt the coziest rental we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms are also unlike any rental. As a growing family it is so nice that we all had our own bathrooms attached to each room. There was never any arguing over who needed to hurry up lol! It was evident this home was designed by a professional as it was truly stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot and pan we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We feel so grateful we were able to gather with our family in such a beautiful space and we hope to be able to create future memories here!

Beautiful home for families

Bruce’s place was very clean! We brought four generations on our family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. All on suite bathrooms with one tub in the kids room. There was also a half bath on the main floor with the washer dryer. The house was well stocked with everything one would need. In the kitchen there were spices and things. You use some stuff and leave some stuff behind. The coffee was a keurig and there were extra pods if you fall short on your supply. Many of the beds were very high and we are a short family. There were a couple of steps tools for use with the taller beds. The location was great and you did get a nice view of the water and passersby from the decks. I especially liked that there were separate temperature controls for each floor. They did have some beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for the beach. All around, great place to stay!
