Esitetyt hinnat ovat 8 vieraalle; Lisävieraat korkeintaan 10: een ovat 200 dollaria per henkilö / viikko ja lomahinnat ovat 250 dollaria per henkilö / viikko.

Trooppiset tuulet, merinäköala ja aurinkoiset valkoiset hiekkarannat tekevät tästä ihanteellisen loma-asunnon. Se on sisustettu perinteiseen saartyyliin täysin varustettu keittiö. Yläkerrassa on suuri valtamerelle päin oleva sviitti, jossa on Kalifornian kuningas, vierekkäinen aurinkohuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kansi, josta on 180 asteen näkymä merelle. Fabulous Location

We loved the central location! It made it so much easier to do activities all over the island. Grocery store right around the corner! Quiet neighborhood! A little warm without air conditioning but lots of fans and the breeze from the ocean made the nights comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House For Family Vacation

The house i very comfortably set up, with bathrooms next to each bedroom, a comfortable living room with TV, an efficient kitchen, a porch with table and chairs and a view of a spacious yard with several palm trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay.,

Perfect beach house for family

We spent Thanksgiving at Hale Niu with our children and their spouses. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and could use a few courtesy items like coffee filters, foil or spices. We played croquet on the front yard and did yoga. Danced under the moon and stars. Thanks for sharing this little Kapa’a gem!

Great location with room to spread out!

Very comfortable house! Has one of the best equipped kitchens we've found in a vacation rental. Our group of 4 (my husband and I + our 2 twenty-something kids) found the location very convenient to explore the island or walk to town along the coast. Fabulous porch and spacious front yard provided lots of room for relaxing.

Best location

Staying at Hale Niu was a great choice for its central location. The 3+ bedroom with 3 baths home was spotless and its size allowed all 5 of us adults to relax and stretch both in and outdoors. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and dishwasher and the dining area was delightful. The huge lanai with table and reclining lounges was a favorite! We had a small view of the ocean but ocean access right across the street and beautiful sun rises. Even had a washer and dryer which was very helpful! We loved this home!

Everything was perfect for our 3 generation trip to Kauai!

We can't stop talking about how perfectly the house was laid out for our extended family. The weather was perfect and in January no less. We loved Kapaa and the whole central location. It was just sad when we had to leave. We ate every meal at the house. Costco and Safeway are near and we had fabulous food. The kitchen (galley) is so conventient. We used the grill 3 times. Grilled pineapple is the best! The kids loved all the toys and games from the laundry room. Our trip was a little slice of heaven. Thanks so much.

Great Place for Adult Families

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this property, not only is Kapa'a a great central location to the island making it easy to go north, south or west but it is small and pleasant. This house is spacious, clean and uncluttered. It may be dated a bit but it is clean and that is what matters. Most places are dated as it is hard and expensive to get materials to the islands. There are a couple of items needing to be fixed, like the sliding door and a couple of windows but these would not keep from renting again. Having 3 bedrooms w/ 3 bathrooms was key to having 6 adults in the house. The house stays very cool with the fans and louvered windows, being close to the shore allows a lot of cool ocean air to flow in. Having parking was a huge plus too. The home is up for sale, if it were to still be a rental we would look to use it again in the future.

Perfect for our large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a great central location so one head to Hanalei (north shore) or out west to Waimea Canyon with ease. Close to lots of restaurants, food trucks, beaches and shopping. I loved that there was plenty of parking and no need to worry about finding a spot. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The house was fully stocked with plenty kitchen equipment, towels and blankets. BBQ grill was very handy. We stayed with our adult children (& spouses) and having three bathrooms was wonderful. So close to the beach, we got up every morning and walked down to watch the sun rise. The rental company also left us some complimentary tote bags, cooler bags and welcome treats. Overall, we were very pleased and we rent this property again.

I felt the pictures made it look small, but to my surprise it was really big!!! The beds were the worse!!! Spend some money on new mattresses. The neighbors to the back were loud and cursing a lot and my grand babies were with us. Dislike that very much . Also ,didn’t feel comfortable in the area after reading the warning about burglaries in our area.

Pros Good location, large outdoor grassy area, well stocked kitchen, quick responses from management Cons Dated property (rust in some areas, stains on floor and carpets), ants on countertops (we kept everything very clean but there were many small ants) and in bathroom, termite droppings near the bathroom by the floorboards, noise from the street/cars at night, noise from construction on house next door (building noise and loud cursing), dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling that had not been cleaned, lots of wear and tear
