Hiljainen katu, hiljattain päivitetty, ajomatkan pysäköinti, kaksi kansiota ja lähellä rantaa!

Tämä toinen kerros huoneisto on hiljaisella osassa Ocean City on kaikki mitä haluaisi rantaloman. Ocean Cityn halutussa Gardens-osassa sijaitseva hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, lahdelta, leikkipaikalta ja ostosalueelta. Kahvila ja jäätelöbaari ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Morningside-ranta on 3-5 minuutin pyöräretkelle tai 10 minuutin kävelymatka, ja se on vähemmän tungosta kuin muualla saarella. North Street Beachillä on kätevä rantabaari ruoaksi ja juomille.

Nauti etukannella aamukahvia ja ilta-cocktaileja huolestuttavalla kiireisellä keskustan kadulla.

Talo on 3 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Yksi auto ajotieltä ja kadun pysäköinti. Holvikatot, olohuone, keittiö ja ruokailutila tekevät hienosta keskustelusta kaikkien asiakkaiden kanssa. Keittiössä on kaikki laitteet ja tarvikkeet, joita tarvitset lomalla. Suuri perheille ja pariskunnille!

Talo on hiljattain päivitetty uusilla huonekaluilla. Makuuhuone 1: Master Queen w / kylpyhuone ja takana kannella; Makuuhuone 2: Queen Bed; Makuuhuone 3: kerrossänky (täynnä pohja / twin päälle) kanssa taittaa pois kaksoset. Vuodepaikkoja 8.

Talo on kaksi yksityistä kannet, ulkosuihku, ja vuodattaa kaikki rannalla pyydyksiä.

Ocean City on loistava paikka perheille, tyttöjen matkoille ja pariskunnille. Jos tauko ranta on tarpeen, Ocean City on lähellä Cape May viinitilat, panimoita, ravintoloita ja on myös muutamia lähdöt pois Atlantic City!

Vuokra sisältää 4 rantakutusta. Vuokralaiset tarjoavat omat lakanat ja pyyhkeet, ellei toisin ole pyydetty.

Peaceful Stay

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with any issues. The two porches were a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Great week at the shore!

This property was the perfect size for our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck at night. The neighbors was very nice and the neighbor was quiet. Our only negative was that the grill was charcoal instead of gas and air conditioning was units instead of central air. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Great place for vacation

The rental property is a very spacious. The deck has room for a group, the living room is comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. The beach in the Gardens is close by - the beach isn’t crowded, the parking is about $4 by the meter. We will be back next year !

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our weekend trip. Our group of friends enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is clean and well maintained, and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kate is easy to work with and responded to our questions quickly. We enjoyed our coffee on the front deck each morning, and relaxing in the living room space at night. It was an easy drive to the boardwalk, beach and shopping on Asbury Ave. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent! Would definitely return.

This lovely upstairs condo in a quiet section of Ocean City was the perfect place for our family to stay. The unit was very clean and tidy and looked exactly as pictured. Kate was an absolute joy to work with and was very responsive to any questions that I had. We would most definitely stay here again if we go back to Ocean City.

Awesome beach rental!

My family rented this condo for a quick Memorial Day Weekend getaway - and it was perfect. The pictures are deceiving - it's very big and roomy. Kate the landlord was awesome and answered my questions quickly. The location is great and the condo is very welcoming! Coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day on this quiet street. Highly recommend!!!

Womderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home during the month of July. All the furnishings were new and clean, Kate was a very responsive host, and the two decks were where we spent most of our time enjoying the summer breeze off of the ocean. I would highly recommend this apartment, and we will hopefully be back!

Great place to stay!

I stayed here for the weekend with family. When I walked into the condo, it felt warm and inviting. The weather was perfect and the large ceiling fan in the living room gave us additional relief when it got a little warmer. The deck in the front of the house was where we had morning coffee and in the afternoon was the location of some serious game playing with the kids. The bedrooms were large and had ample closet space. The private deck in the back of the house was a great place to relax. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus for a house full of kids who seemed to go through clothes pretty quickly.. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would use in your own home as well as extras (trash bags, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) It was close to the boardwalk and town. The owner, Kate, was in daily communication with me during the rental process as well as answering any questions I had during my stay. I would definitely rent this house again. The house was the perfect place for a family stay.

Clean, Comfortable & Quiet

Ocean City has always been a special place for us. This rental was in a quiet area but not far from lots of activities. My daughter and I enjoyed the nice sectional sofa when we were not at the beach or boardwalk. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Terrific Ocean City, NJ Stay

We were fortunate enough to rent this property just before Labor Day Weekend. Plenty of activities to keep us busy between the beach, biking, boardwalk, jet skiing, etc. This 3 bedroom located in a beautiful, quiet section in northern Ocean City...it's a walk / bike ride from everything. The rental had plenty of space for our family, nice kitchen, bedrooms...everything as advertised!

Nice and comfy

The house was very nice. It was decorated so cute it made us feel at home. There was also many things there in case you forgot such as coffee filters, dish detergent, sugar etc. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again whenever we visit ocean city, NJ.

A Wonderful Summer Escape!

I spent an extended weekend here with my husband and 2 children and couldn't have chosen a better rental! The home was clean, stylish, comfortable, and "roomie" (There are vaulted ceiling's in the living room). It's a quiet neighborhood on the north side of the island that is close to the beach and bay (my husband likes to fish). It may sound like a minor convenience, but having access to a single car driveway and a washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Many of the homes I've rented in the past did not have such accommodations. The owner (Kate) was very easy to work with and gave me tips for finding the best local eateries. It was pretty cool that she had beach tags available to use. I look forward to renting again next year!

Great family vacation spot

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great place for a family getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable for my family and me. It's a short walk or easy drive down to the beach. A little further down from the boardwalk but quieter beaches. Kate, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. A great place in Ocean City!

Quiet location and awesome fun!

Perfect for our family! This area of Ocean City seems to be a bit quieter then the busy downtown area. The beach was within walking distance and the boardwalk is a short drive. This made getting around so easy! The house was very clean and comfortable. Several of the days were INSANELY hot outside but there was plenty of cool relief inside the house. And the front porch during a night-time storm gave my children some free entertainment! We look forward to renting this house again and would recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect Beach House!

My family stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect beach house! Very clean, updated furniture, tastefully decorated. The deck was a perfect spot to have our breakfast every morning and to relax in the evening when our children were in bed. Very close to a playground and the closest beach on North Avenue was not over crowded and an easy walk to the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here in the future, excellent spot in Ocean City!!

perfect 3 day vacation

Last minute getaway plans. Kate, the owner was awesome in helping me pull this together. We had an awesome time. The rental felt like home away from home. It was immaculate, kids loved bunk beds. Playground right around corner. Beach close by, and also enjoyed the boardwalk. We loved it and can't wait to come back here for a longer stay. Thank you Kate.

Great place for gathering friends and family

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Provided a place to get the family all together and the space to spread out and relax. This unit was very clean, had plenty to offer, and was well appointed to accommodate our needs. In town, it was close to dining and shopping and only a short drive to the Ocean City boardwalk. Owner, Kate, was easy to work with and really aimed to please. We will definitely try to rent this unit again on a future visit.

The perfect rental for a family!

I chose this location because it was away from the busy downtown area, but close enough to everything I wanted for my family. There was a great play ground directly around the corner which was great for our little one. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. The owner made the booking and checking in extremely easy. The house was extremely clean and all the furniture was new. I would rent here again!

I am the go-to person with my friends and family when it comes to making plans, going to restaurants, and traveling. Ocean City is a great location for families, girls trips, and couple get aways. If a break from the beach is needed, Ocean City is in close proximity to Cape May wineries, breweries, and restaurants and a few exits away from Atlantic City!

I believe the location of this home is perfect for Ocean City vacations. It is close enough to everything you would want to do while on vacation, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown that you and your family will still be able to relax. The open floor layout of the home also makes it convenient for all of those morning chats with your other guests.
