Tervetuloa perheemme omistamaan kauniiseen, 4 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuonetta, tilava kävellä komerot 3 makuuhuonetta toisessa kerroksessa ja valtava makuuhuone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on suuri vaatekaappi ja kylpyhuone, joka on myös pääsee allasalueelta. Suuressa suuressa kylpyhuoneessa on kaunis poreallas, jossa voi nauttia pitkän päivän jälkeen puistoissa tai käydä suuressa suihkussa jäähtyä auringosta. Villa mukavasti nukkuu jopa 8 henkilöä. Huvila sijaitsee turvallisessa ja hyvin ylläpidetyssä aidatulla Highgate Park -yhteisöllä pitkin moottoritietä 27, lähellä Disneyn, Universal-ja tärkeimpiä huvipuistoja. Lyhyen 5 minuutin ajomatkan vie sinut Walmart ja Publix ja joitakin suosittuja ravintoloita. Nauti täysin varustetussa keittiössä valmistetusta kotiruokailusta, josta on näköala tilavaan ylelliseen olohuoneeseen.
Rentoudu uima-altaalla ja nauti kauniista auringonpaisteesta siemaillen lasillisen viiniä ja nauti BBQ: stä. Ilmainen Wi-Fi, ilmainen internetyhteys ja kaapelitelevisio. Air hockey pöytä ja muita pelejä lapsille nauttimaan.
Turvallinen leikkipaikka lapsille, joilla on tenniskenttä yhteisössä. Nauti turvallisista ja turvallisista kävelypoluista yhteisössä. Nauti helikopterin ratsastaa ja upeat näkymät Orlando vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan.

Stayed here for a Florida vacation. Great place, gated. Close to all Disney, not far from MCO, and not a bad drive to Tampa. House was clean and comfortable, pool is a big plus! Spoke to Cece several times and always got an answer quickly. We would stay again!

Nice home with space

House is in a nice gated community and has nice size bedrooms and outside area with pool. Everything you need it has. The grill was a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and accomadating. Cece was a great host and fast to respond to any questions.

It was an awesome house.

The house was clean and easy to access. It was only a 20min drive to the Disney parks. All the major stores were nearby. On top of it, the property was in a gated community, which was very good.

Room for days in a gated community!

We enjoyed this property very much. We especially liked the massive master bedroom and bathroom. All the beds were super comfy. We didn’t need 2 of the bedrooms, but one can fit a bunch of kiddos in the bunk beds for sure! Perfect for families!! We loved the pool and appreciated how open the house felt. Super Close to grocery, nail salon, gas, etc. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and had a blast at the parks as well! CeCe is a great host and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!!!!

Spacious and well appointed. Master bedroom is amazing!

This is my first experience renting a vacation house with VRBO and I couldn't be happier. Cece was wonderful and the home was also. The master bedroom was HUGE with a wonderfully comfy bed, and an amazing master bath. We had 8 people on our trip and we had plenty of space in the house. LOVE the area...beautiful gated community near enough to conveniences but far enough away from the craziness of Disney. Publix grocery less than 5 minutes away and a great Chinese place nearby also. On the first day I contacted the owner to tell her there weren't enough towels and ask about a tea kettle...and within a few hours she had delivered a bunch of brand new towels and a new kettle!! Would recommend Cece and her home to anyone!

This house is uncared for, but some effort has been made(poorly). I was unable to use the washing machine until I purchased a strong cleaner to scrub out the mold. Three rooms were without overhead lights for the 3 weeks of our stay. I suppose we were lucky that the overhead fans could be left and only the light fixture removed for replacement. A nice floor covering has been applied from the front door through to the back of the house. However, whatever child was hired to paint the baseboard thought that included the flooring as well. The area rug in the TV room is badly stained but may be restored if properly cleaned. We loved the area but neighbors felt that this property had become a sort of party house.

Nice, quiet location!

We loved our stay at CeCe’s property! Neighborhood is very quiet and about a half hour from the business of Orlando. Pool was amazing, the home was comfortable, and CeCe was wonderful and accommodating, letting us check in early on our arrival day.

Perfect stay!

The home was all that we were expecting. Easy check in, home was clean and beds had fresh linens. After 10-12 hours walking Disney was nice to come Back and relax while “Adult” kids had a lot to do with the games provided. CeCe was great to work with! Would definitely book this same house on our next trip!

Vacation home close to everything

We stayed at CeCe's home for a 10 day golf vacation. Loved the gated community!! The property is in a great location for access to golf, Disney properties, Seaworld and Universal Studios. The Master bedroom is very spacious and we loved the extra comfortable mattresses in the Master and downstairs bedroom. I loved the open concept kitchen/family room so I could cook and still be part of everything going on. We did not use the pool itself, but did enjoy the pool area and especially loved having access to the gas grill. The only problems we encountered during our stay were the screen door for the pool area being broken and not closing (we used a pool chair to keep it closed so we didn't have any unwanted visitors) and the blinds in the downstairs bathroom being broken and not closing. We contacted CeCe about the blinds and she had someone come out to fix them the next day. If you rent the home with children, I would recommend paying to heat the pool. We dipped our toes in, but the water was way too cold to actually use the pool. Not a negative on the house, but I would have liked tv's in each bedroom because we are a family that likes to watch tv before falling asleep, rather than just in the master bedroom and family room (although both of those tv's are large and good quality). Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely recommend the house. CeCe was great to work with both before our arrival and during our stay.
