Ole valmiina ainutlaatuinen kokemus tämän 2007 mukautetun rakennettu koti - alemman makuuhuoneessa on jopa oma ovi hyvin yksityinen kylpytynnyri, kun taas ylempi makuuhuoneessa on oma kansi. Sinulla on myös 10 SHARC kulkee.

Jos sinulla on paljon pesula jälkeen vaellukselle, on pesukone ja kuivaaja kullakin tasolla. Nautit taulutelevisio jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja olohuone (siellä laaja DVD kokoelma), sekä kauniin pinottu kivi takka kullakin olohuone!

Viihdyttää itseäsi tyyliin holvattu setri katot, jotka luovat täydellisen Sunriver kokemus. Gourmet keittiö tyydyttää jokaisen kokin toiveita! Wine harrastaja? Viiniä jääkaapissa sijaitsee keittiössä.

Pysäköinti Huomautuksia: Ajoneuvot on pysäköitävä vain ajotielle tai autotalliin. Parkkipaikka tien varrella ei ole sallittua milloin tahansa Sunriverissä ilman Sunriverin poliisilaitoksen etukäteen antamaa hyväksyntää. Virkistysajoneuvot (vene, matkailuauto, moottorikelkka, mönkijä, matka-perävaunu jne.) Ovat sallittuja vain yhden perheen asunnoissa ajotieltä vain 48 tunnin ajan. 48 tunnin kuluttua on käytettävä Sunriverin omistajien liittojen (SROA) varastotiloja. Molemmat varastotilat on aidattu, lukittu (tarvitaan avainkoodi) ja se on käytettävissä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa. Varaukset on tehtävä ennen saapumistasi. Jos haluat varata lyhyen aikavälin RV-pysäköintitilaa, ota yhteyttä SROA: hun maanantaista perjantaihin klo 8.00–17.00 (541) 593-2411 tai maksutta maksutta osoitteesta (888) 284-6639.

Such a nice house and stay.

Wonderful house. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious, full selection of movies and when I thought I found all the selections I’d find more in different ares of the house. Everything’s was clean and well kept. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was even fully supplied with a variety of kids toys. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for Thanksgiving and more. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Family time

This home was very clean! We take a sunriver trip 2x’s a year and this was the cleanest house upon arrival we’ve had so far. This home uses Vacasa - the check in and check out process was SO simple. I will book a home that uses Vacasa in the future.!.!.! Great location and had all the promised amenities! We had a fantastic time!

Beautiful Home

This home was a relaxing getaway and everything was just as good as advertised! The house is updated and beautiful. It gives a wonderful cozy feel. The house comes with plenty of amenities and is in a great location in Sunriver. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. Perfect family rental

Booked this house for a family gathering of 6 adults and two toddlers. It was perfect. The bunkroom worked well for the kids and the all adults had their own space and bathroom. There were a few small issues but we reported them and they did not affect our stay. The hot tub cover was wonky and the downstairs washing machine would not complete a cycle. Housekeeping was a little stingy with some supplies, but we called and asked for more garbage bags, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Items were brought to us that day so all was good. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The air conditioning was key. I would recommend this unit and would book it again (but 4th of July week was VERY expensive.

Not much to do there and at 15.00 a person not worth it! Hopefully Sunriver will work to resolve these new problems! But #4 White Elm is always a joy to come back to! It is our third year and are making reservations for next year! Happy Holidays!

Perfect house for our family of 9--6 adults, 3 kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very nice, but not so nice that we had to worry about having kids ages 2, 8 and 11. Very well equipped with lots of toys, DVD's, bikes, kitchen tools and basics, etc. Glad we brought bikes tho as 4 of us are tall and the larger bikes tended to have few gears. Very clean house in a nice setting. Could use a more comfortable couch in the living room, larger spa, and different table and chairs (table too small for 8 and chairs too heavy for standard human) but we managed well in spite of these minor issues. Downstairs master has a great bed--didn't hear anyone complain about their bed, so assume they were good. Had a blast playing ping pong, etc. in the garage. Hard to imagine any other house would have been any better for our group of 2 grandparents and 2 sets of parents with 3 young kids. Everyone agreed I hit a home run by selecting 4 White Elm.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Unfortunately, I just wrote a detailed review on Vacasa, who was the main property manager, so possibly you can find that review under the same title there. The house and amenities (for the most part, see below) were great. I'd consider staying there again, except for the 2 main issues below. The AC was not working- our main requirement for renting a house in the summer!- and they property managers were apparently aware of it, and they did not let us know prior to our arrival. They placed fans in every room and I suppose were hoping we would not notice. Well, we did, and we sweated all night. Vacasa was responsive and helpful, but we still had to deal with an uncomfortable night, and with getting the AC fixed, which should not have been our problem. It took an entire morning and part of the first evening, but could have been done prior to arrival, or we should have been notified and alternatives suggested. Very poor management. We were provided with some recompense however. Secondly, cleaning services were poorly done. Crumbs everywhere :( Surfaces clearly not wiped down. Other parts of the house looked fine though, so hard to know. We found this house through VRBO but then it was managed by Vacasa, so unclear who is mainly at fault for the issues above. While our stay ended up fine overall, I am now wary of Vacasa.

Great home for families

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was just the right size for our two families. (4 adults and 6 kids) The beds were very comfortable. Each bed had warm comforters. The house was warm and cozy during our stay. The weather was very cold outside, so we didn’t even want to leave the house. But we did go to Mt. Bachelor, to the SHARC pool and we took advantage of the bikes in the garage and bikes to the river. Our kids enjoyed all the toys and the foosball table. The bonus room was a great place for them to spend their time. There are tons of dvds. The problem was that most of the remotes in the rooms did not work because there were no batteries in them. We loved having laundry machine’s upstairs and downstairs. However the downstairs washing machine motor smells bad when it is running, Like it’s burning. Makes the clothing smell like smoke. This needs to be addressed by the owner, it is possibly the belt that needs to be replaced. We enjoyed the hot tub daily, even in freezing temperatures. However, there were no keys to the hot tub Gate. I Emailed and heard nothing back. We had to access the hot tub through the downstairs master. Which meant wet carpet. And interrupting the room’s occupants. The propane tanks for the grill were empty and broken. We had to replace it and fill it up in order to make dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest the owner replace the dinner plates. Every single one had chips on it. Overall I would recommend this house to families with kids. It’s very comfortable and clean.

Great stay. Needs some love though

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property and our family lives the home. The only thing that didn’t make this a five star is a couple of items that need some attention in the home that have been this way for a couple of years now. The fresh air return is in desperate need of a cleaning. Bordering on unhealthy appearance. The bbq is a little on the smaller side for the amount of people that can stay at this home. Just looks like some housekeeping and maintenance issues that need attention throughout the house. It won’t keep up us from staying there again though. Great time!

Wonderful House

This house served us very well during an extended family Thanksgiving. From the well-appointed kitchen to the home’s layout it served us very well for our intergenerational gathering with the kids having the upstairs and the grandparents in the downstairs master bedroom. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again during our next trip to Sunriver.

Spacious, well-equipped house. Ping pong table, foos ball table and bikes provided hours of fun for our kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Great to have the SHARC passes as part of the house. Would highly recommend — especially for families with younger kids.

Great stay, but limited Sharc access

We loved our time in the home. It had everything we needed, fantastic bikes and fun, and the AC kept us at a perfect temp! The only thing is people from out of town should know the SHARC is challenging to use. It is closed due to staff shortages on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The other days you need to stand in line 1-2 hours before opening to get in, and you can only attend one 3.5 hour session a day (there are 2). Not the property’s fault, but a downside to be aware of! The upstairs has a bonus dryer that needs fixing, and the bed frame on upper master is extremely wiggly. Loved all the toys the house came with for the littles! Hottub was Magical!

Great place and wonderful property.

We had a great family gathering and loved the property. Plenty of room to spread out and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and great location

They had bikes, indoor games, hot tub. This house has it all. Only issue was the blender was broken, but we made do. Definitely a great place to stay.
