Tämä ylellinen kiinteistö sijaitsee saaren yhdellä korkeimmista kohdista näköalalla Atlantin valtamerelle. Nauti vertaansa vailla olevista auringonlaskuista läntisen horisontin ja maanpäällisen uima-altaan yli. Ulkotilatilassa on runsaasti oleskelualueita, palo-kuoppa, hevosenkenkän kuoppa, leikkaus- ja yrttitarha sekä käskevä ympäröivä kansi. Sisätiloissa on suuri olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö holvikattoineen ja takalla, 3 Master-sviittiä ja den, kuningatar-vuodesohva. Alemman tason toisessa suuressa huoneessa on täysikokoinen baarikeittiö. Viihdealue sisältää täysikokoisen biljardipöydän, shuffleboardin, pingpongin, arcade-pelin, tikanheiton ja 55 tuuman taulutelevision. Poissa viihdealue 1 queen makuuhuone ja toinen makuuhuone, joka nukkuu 4 & jakaa kylpyamme. Nukkuu enintään 14 vierasta.

Tämä koti vuokraa perjantaina-perjantaihin sesonkiaikana (kesäkuun kilpailuviikko työpäivän kautta)
Sesongin ulkopuolella talo vuokrataan milloin tahansa vähintään kahden yön hinnalla, hinnat ovat hieman alhaisemmat kuin Sun-Thurissa, paitsi lomaviikkoina / viikonloppuisin.

'Huvila' tarkoittaa taloa ja Kula tarkoittaa juhlallista lahjojen vaihtoa saariryhmän kesken. Tätä kotia hallinnoi saaren boutique-vuokraustoimisto ja saaren tuloja tuottava kiinteistövälittäjä. Perfect Fit

The property is amazing! We were looking for something with a lot of shared space with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a corporate team retreat. The house has a great set up and it is out of the hustle of downtown. A perfect fit for what we were looking for.

Great Fall Weekend:

A wonderful place to spend a fall weekend with friends. Plenty of room, lovely location, well-stocked kitchen. Only issue was the single bathroom being shared by the downstairs bedrooms - 5 people with 1 bath. But that was overshadowed by all the other amazing features.

Amazing family home

We had a spectacular time. The location is unique, and that it’s interior island, but way up on a hill with California style views of the water. The house is set up well for four couples and then lots of kids downstairs. We actually had for couples and three adult children. I would recommend this house to my friends and other families.

Simply Heaven on Block Island!

We were a group of 11, adults and teens. The house was so perfect for our group as the teens had the whole bottom floor to chill, play games and go back and forth to the pool. The bedrooms in the second floor allowed for privacy and separate bathrooms. Really ideal space for being outside and enjoying one another. The kitchen is fully loaded which helped with our meal preparation. Distance to town was fine. The pool was a spectacular feature for Block Island, especially in June when the water is cool on the beach. We hope to get back to this wonderful home and make more memories!

Simply amazing!

THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! We have been to MANY vacation destinations and stayed in various VRBOS and this was hands down one of the nicest locations. The property manager was a joy to work with and check in-check out process was seamless! Will be staying again, without a doubt!

Meticulously maintained with something for everyone

We recently spent a week at this amazing property. It was a multigenerational family vacation that included adults, teens, and one small child. We didn’t need to venture far to keep everyone entertained. The heated pool and large game room were a hit for all ages. The large, well stocked kitchen and grill made it easy to have meals at the house while we watched incredible sunsets from the back deck. The house was meticulously clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Nothing about this home or our stay was average. It was simply amazing and we look forward to going back.

Gorgeous Property

Stayed here with a group of family & friends and cannot say enough about how stunning the views from this house are! The property rental manager was very accommodating. Each room on the main living area has it's own bathroom which is ideal for almost any group type. Kitchen has everything you need and there are multiple spaces throughout the house and on the wrap around deck to have your meals against a breathtaking backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. The only things to note that were not ideal: cell phone service was very spotty so plan for that, some of the beds are more comfortable then others, and plan to have some sort of vehicle rented (or brought on the Ferry) because it is on a more secluded part of the Island. This was our first time on Block Island and we are so grateful to have stayed in such an amazing house! Overall I highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful and secluded Block Island escape

Villakula was the perfect summer escape for our family of 13 ranging in ages from 5-70. The entire property inside and out is beautiful and well appointed. Block Island itself is full of activity for any outdoor enthusiast. However, you barely need to leave the comforts of your house to enjoy all the island has to offer. Sweeping ocean views, amazing sunsets, swimming, yard games and easy access to the island trail system right out the back door. Plenty to keep all ages and interests occupied. If you’re looking to relax and unwind, this is the place for you!

beautiful remote home - loved the pool!!

My family had a wonderful week at Villakula! We loved the pool and all of the games in the game room. We also loved going for nature walks on the nearby Greenway. We had a warm week and were worried about no AC but there were plenty of fans as promised so we did our best to stay cool. Highly recommend

Girls weekend

What a house!! We had a great weekend getaway, the house was so beautiful, there was room for everyone to have their own space while still getting to be together. We watched a beautiful sunset from the wrap around deck and the pool was a great way to spend a lazy Saturday! The grounds were perfect, it was private, quiet and just very relaxing! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Dream Come True

We had a wonderful 25th anniversary celebration here. The house, property, and long-distance ocean views are even more beautiful than pictured. The house is well maintained and perfectly set up to keep a large group happy and comfortable, with plenty of room for adults and tweens/teens to spread out. One unexpected maintenance issue did occur, but the property manager and owner were highly responsive and resolved the situation to our complete satisfaction.

The house is absolutely as perfect as the sunsets you can watch from its back porch. It was comfortable, picturesque, warm, and there was no shortage of activities to keep us occupied. Ideal for a large group. Would definitely come back.

This was our second year staying at "Villakula", and we enjoyed it even more. By far, our favorite part of the property is the wonderfully open living room space, combined with the fantastic outside deck.

Wonderful Week

This house is perfect for a family reunion or multi-couple get away. House was clean and beautiful. The grounds, pool, and view were amazing. Great kitchen for cooking big meals and has all the things you would need putting together a nice meal. We would definitely rent this house again!

This house will absolutely blow you away. Many bedrooms, baths, wonderfully heated pool, so much decking, seating areas everywhere. When the pool stopped heating on day 2, they were incredibly responsive about getting it quickly fixed. We would highly recommend to all!

Perfect Vacation Home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villakula! We have rented many homes and this one is the most well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again!

Amazing, beautiful house. Extremely spacious with great water views. Pictures do not do it justice!

We stayed at villakula with 14 friends/family members the week of tropical storm Jose. If you are going to be stuck indoors this is the house to be in ! Everyone on trip had an amazing time despite the weather and we owe it to the house. The whole downstairs is a game room plus bar with wine chiller. Plenty of board games in addition to pool table, ping pong , pinball machine ( this was a huge hit) and many others. We were worried about refrigerator space but were please there was another refrigerator downstairs. This house really was stocked with everything one would need. We have rented many other houses in BI and this was the best in terms of appliances, cookware etc. I was very impressed! Being with a large group it never felt crowded the ceilings are very high and there is so much space you can’t see from pictures. My son loves riding his scooter around the wraparound deck. We even had some brave folks that used the pool which is also a rarity on BI and would be amazing with we had sun. Plenty of yard space for activity outside. Bottom line was this house was gorgeous and probably tops my list of favorites on BI. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home with us and allowing us to create wonderful memories this year. Suzann was great to work with. She will answer any questions you may have and is prompt at responding. I would highly recommend you try villakula for your next group vacation, you won’t be disappointed!!!

A blissful getaway destination. This home actually has everything!

Leslie Taylor's home was perfect for our group to come together in. Although the photos are beautiful, they do not do this amazing home justice. Our group of forty somethings stayed with our children in this amazing Block Island rental. We were greeted by the most gorgeous, gigantic bouquet of hydrangea I've ever seen and a tub delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. This set the tone for our happy vacation. We all frolicked in the pool and gazed at the stunning views by day and then, as we watched the sun set, we ate amazing meals prepared in Leslie's gourmet kitchen. What a pleasure her kitchen is to cook in! There is nothing you could want for: every size platter, ramekin, or covered dish! All Clad pots and pans, JA Henckles cutlery (sharp!), and giant butcher blocks (please don't cut her counters!) at every turn make prepping and preparing large meals a breeze. The poolside grill keeps the grill master part of the party while being the mealtime hero. How fun to make s'mores with the kids in the poolside fire pit while a few adults handle cleanup. High end appliances and a deep, wide sink made dish duty fast and easy. Other amenities include an awesome deck that surrounds the house. The deck is periodically punctuated by giant planters bursting with gorgeous blooms, rocking chairs, or Adirondack chairs as well as dining tables and coffee tables. The stunning view of the Atlantic is the perfect backdrop for your family photo. While the deck railings are not technically "child safe", this did not stop us from running races around the house with our youngsters as others packed up the cars. Parents of babies/toddlers should be cautious, but our parties' three and four year olds were able to stay away from the edges. And then, when it's time to come inside, there is the game room. Pool, shuffle board, and pinball! Ping pong, cards, roulette, poker and board games! Everywhere you turn in this home you will either find a peaceful escape or a way to be entertained. We will be back each year for as long as the Taylor family continues to offer their their amazing home as a rental property and are happy to have us. We are so grateful to have been guests in this perfect block island home.
