Tämä kaunis hyvin yksityinen talo on aivan tärkeimmän järven lähellä suuressa poukamassa, näkyvällä etäisyydellä Eaton Ferry -sillasta ja ostoskeskuksista. Se on yksi parhaista näkymistä / paikoista Gaston-järvellä! Tuo veneesi tai vesiskootterisi ja pidä se kaksoisvenesatamassa, jossa on suuri yläkerrassa oleva aurinkoterassi. Pääsisällä on valtava etu pääsaarelle - vaikka tärkeimmällä järvellä on paljon tuulta / pilkkoa, se on hyvin hiljainen lahdessamme. Myös liikennettä ei ole paljon, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia siitä, että joku ajaa lapsesi yli, kun he uivat pois telakasta.
Pontoon-vene ja / tai vesiskootteri ovat vuokrattavissa alennettuun hintaan kuin venesatamat. Dockin lopussa oleva vesi on 5 jalkaa syvä, täydellinen sukellukseen / uimiseen. On myös yhteisön piknik-alue, joka on alle puolen kilometrin päässä, ja yksityinen veneluiska ja hiekkaranta / grillipaikka. Niille, jotka ovat sitoutuneet sivilisaatioon / teknologiaan myös lomalla, tiedät mielellään, että siellä on nopea langaton internet ja satelliitti-tv. Talossa on kaksi keittiön / ruokailutilaa, yksi yläkerrassa ja yksi alakerrassa, täydellinen perheille. Useimmissa huoneissa on esteetön näköala järvelle (ei puita!). Takapihalla on mukava litteä nurmikko, joka sopii peleihin / ulkona pelaamiseen (tarjotaan cornhole set). On myös kivi palo kuoppaan valmis paahtamaan vaahtokarkkeja. Suuri kaasugrilli kannella helpottaa ruoanlaittoa.
Lapset nauttivat melontaa pienelle saarelle, joka on lyhyen matkan päässä laiturista.
Talo sijaitsee kätevästi pienessä viihtyisässä ympäristössä vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä I-85 / I-95 / US1 ja US401. Myös lähellä kauppoja ja ravintoloita (n. 10 minuuttia). Kaksi erittäin mukavaa ravintolaa Eaton Ferry-sillan molemmilla puolilla, josta on näkymät järvelle, pääsee veneellä / ponttonilla ja ovat vain 7 minuutin päässä!
Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet voidaan tarjota kätevästi pienestä lisämaksusta. Kaksi kajakkia on vuokrattavissa pientä maksua vastaan. Voit myös tuoda mukanasi koirasi mukanasi (omistajan hyväksynnällä).
Varhainen sisäänkirjautuminen ja myöhäiset kassaoptiot ovat saatavilla myös lisämaksusta, saatavuudesta riippuen (tarkista omistajalta).

Family Thanksgiving

We rented the house over Thanksgiving week for a family get together. The house was very comfortable and worked well for two families. Only complaint -- it needs a larger dining table. There was lots of seating at the bars but that is not the same as sharing a table.

Beautiful cottage for a beautiful stay with my family!

The boat dock is awesome! The weather was overcast for a couple of days but the backyard and fire pit made up for it!

Excellent Lake Vacation Rental

We stayed for a week with 5 people, 2 dogs and still had rooms to spare! House was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Great for entertaining, swimming, and boating. A short boat trip to multiple restaurants and beaches. Looking forward to next year!

Everything we wanted in one house!

Casa de Lago is very well equipped with everything from kitchen utensils and appliances to kayaks and corn hole. The decks and dock made our stay very memorable. I will definitely come back.

Great watersport area

Perfect location for watersports! Long protected cove from the open choppy waters. Great view from the dock to watch the action. Gentle sloping yard to the water.

Second time staying here for good reasons!

There is so much room here for our 6 adults and our dogs. The lake is an easy few steps from the house and the boat dock is a great place to hang out in the warm weather. Dimitri is a fantastic host and very responsive. Hopefully there will be a 3rd stay in our future!

Overall a good stay

Overall the rental property was good. The clothes washer and dryer need work or need to be replaced. Also, the last night we were there, two men in a truck came by twice to try and steal things out of our trucks and boats. So, lock your vehicles.

Great House and Lake location

We chose this house primarily because the owner allowed us to bring our two dogs. The house is well-equipped, spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. With two full kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms we had plenty of room. The backyard is large and flat which is great for outdoor games. The dock is spacious with plenty of seating. The location on the large cove is great for water sports and is close to the main lake, too. The water depth next to the dock is about 4-6 feet; great for swimming. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Fun!

Dmitri's house was fabulous! There was plenty of room for my family of 7 (adults) and 2 big boy dogs. The dock was fabulous and had plenty of room for us to hang out on when we were not swimming in the cove or heading out on our boat. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property while we enjoyed making family memories.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Beautiful home; beautiful property! Great family vacation spot. Something to do for everyone ( ages ranged from 3 to 76 yrs old). Not one complaint from the teenagers! Drinking coffee or sipping cocktails on the dock was just plain relaxing. Dmitri was very easy to work with. I would rent this home again and Also recommend it to others.

Beautiful home and Location

This is my families second year staying at this home. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths which is hard to fine on the lake for a decent price. The double kitchen definitely comes in handy with a lot of people. The boat house is incredible. In fact so incredible my boyfriend proposed to me on it! I definitely recommend this home especially if your family is picky about having their own bathrooms like mine is ;)

Really nice, spacious lakefront property

We had a big family staying over Thanksgiving week and the place was very accommodating. It was nice to have a large downstairs for the kids to play in while adults we're upstairs. Two kitchen areas! And more counter space than I was thinking, so it held all the dishes. No large dining tables but plenty of barstools for extra seating. The lake dock was great and I enjoyed lounging and enjoying the scenery. We would definitely return!

Great getaway

This place is perfect for a lakeview and maximum relaxation. The house has two levels - two kitchens and enough space to spread out. The yard is spacious and very few lake lots have a yard. We could play frisbee, corn hole and badminton. There were floats and a great dock to sit in and watch the sunrise. Be prepared for mosquitos - they are out in the morning and night. The upstairs kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and everything we needed. There is a blender, coffee maker, electric hot water heater for tea drinkers like me. The view is amazing - no houses really across the way so it feels like you are alone at times- even though there are neighbors. You can ride your bike in the neighborhood, with some good hills to fly down and then climb up. You can't go wrong with this one.

Perfect

The house was spotless when we arrived. Just like the pictures. The sheets and towel package was super helpful. Communication with the owner was seamless. The house has 2 floors so there are some steps. But, my sister had knee surgery in March and she had not problems. We had 4 couples and 2 teenagers. The upstairs kitchen has everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The downstairs kitchen is also nicely equipped but we did all of our cooking upstairs. The sofa and chairs are super comfy as are the beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with a private bath. 2 bedrooms downstairs with bathroom. We spent most of our time down by the lake at the boat house talking and swimming. The water is deep and floating was great. 3 kayaks are available. The back yard slopes gently so walking to and from the lake was no problem and we even played lawn games. There are 2 decks, one covered downstairs. It was a wonderful family vacation where everyone had plenty of room for themselves and for coming together. I will highly recommend to my friends.

Nice house - Owner Leaves Bad Impression After Nice Family Vacation

The house is nice with good lake view and flat yard to play games with the family. Rooms upstairs and downstairs with kitchen on each level is good for families and larger groups even though appliances and utensils are dated. Also not a lot of good seating or tables to eat on if you have more than 5 or 6 people (dining room table sits 4 people). Our experience with the owner was not very pleasant. We called to let him know we were on our way and would be there around 3pm. We were received with poor attitude and letting us know that check in was at 4pm even though the website clearly stated 3pm. Then when we arrived, the website said to call Dimitri for the lock box code and when we did so, he was asking why we were disturbing him yet again. Once we were inside, the water was not working and we had to deal with him again and had to turn a pump off. There are also some kayaks but you have to pay 40 bucks a day to use them...so we went to use the free tube and it was broken. Nice! Overall the house is nice and the lake is great, but I would look for a different house because of the attitude of the owner which left a sour taste in our mouth after a pleasant time with family. Funny to see all the reviews too because when we decided to rent the house in June there were NO reviews....and now two months later we see so many with common theme of how great owner is. Interesting. Maybe there are two different owners...so if you rent I hope you get the nice one!

FABULOUS VACATION SPOT

Our stay at Lake Gaston was Amazing! Dmitri's home was very clean, comfortable and spacious! We had 13 people including my college aged kids, their cousins and a few friends. The two separate living areas and kitchens were invaluable. There was plenty of dining space upstairs including the large island, kitchen table and outside on the back deck, as well as plenty of room to make large meals. We loved the two story dock with plenty of spaces in the sun and shade. Dmitri let us use the boat lift and covered dock to store our boat, so that was a definite plus! The large private cove was right off the main lake and close to the Point for dining but also much quieter with less wake than the main lake. Dmitri was available by phone or text for any questions. We give this vacation location 5 stars+++++ and will definitely be back!!! JP

Family Trip

This house was perfect for our get together with family! There were 4 couples so the layout was set up nicely for everyone to have their own space. Having two kitchens/living rooms was great and all of the couples had their own bathroom! The Lake was amazing, nice to sit on the dock and watch all of the action or just kick back and relax. There was a boat rental nearby so we rented a pontoon boat for the week. Some family members also booked a charter for catching some large catfish and Striper. Brought back the Striper for some good eating! Would definitely recommend this house and/or stay again in the future. Hosts are easy to communicate with and reply quickly. Overall a very good experience!
