Sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella Boardwalk # 6, se on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Seabrook Island 3. 5 kilometriä hiekkarantoja. Nauti näkymistä merelle avoimesta suuresta huoneesta tai nauti panoraamanäkymistä 10. reiän väylälle ja vihreälle valtameren tuulille. Rentoudu takapihalla sijaitsevalla yksityisellä uima-altaalla. Ratsastaa polkupyöriä Beach Club -allasiin, Pelicanin pesään tai Island House -ravintolaan illalliselle tai Seabrook Islandin kahdelle mestaruustason golfkentälle, Ocean Windsille ja Crooked Oaksille.

Nauti siemaillen cocktaileja pehmustetuilla pajuhuonekaluilla, kun katsot golfin pelaajia ulos 4, 10-vihreällä. Spiraalinen portaikko johtaa alla olevaan allasalueeseen, jossa voit pulahtaa. Alakerrassa 1. kerroksessa on perhehuone ja kolme muuta makuuhuonetta. Lapset nauttivat tästä pakopaikasta, jossa on poikkipintainen sohva ja Smart TV, jossa on DVR ja videonauhuri. Kolme makuuhuonetta tässä kerroksessa on king-vuode. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa (vihreä huone) on TV, uima-altaalle johtavat ovet ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Rentoudu tuoleilla ja nauti näkymistä golfkentälle ja uima-altaalle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa (keltainen) on Smart TV, kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone. Kylpyammeessa on suihku / amme. Sekä vihreissä että keltaisissa huoneissa on liukuovet, jotka johtavat takapihalle. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa (sininen) on king-vuode, Smart TV ja pääsy kuistille, josta on merinäköala. Kylpyhuoneessa on turhamaisuus, jossa on ylimääräinen varastointi ja suuri suihku. Pysy ajan tasalla pesukoneesta ja kuivausrummusta suuressa pesutilassa. On myös ylimääräinen jääkaappi, jonka avulla altaan juomat ja välipalat pysyvät viileinä. Liukuovet johtavat takaisin kannelle, josta löydät suuren infinity-altaan. Rock on riippumatot varjossa tai istu sohva oleskelutiloissa asetettu altaan reunalla. Ammattitaitoinen uima-allas ja spa eivät ole lämmitettyjä. Ei huolta. Lämpimin kevään, kesän ja syksyn päivinä molemmat ovat runsaasti lämpimiä ja virkistäviä. Autotallissa ovat rantatuolit, kärry, sateenvarjo ja viileämpi käytettäväksi.

Nämä kortit antavat sinulle pääsyn Beach Clubin merenranta-altaille (kausiluonteiset), Pelican's Nest -ravintolaan / -baariin (kausiluonteinen), Island House -ravintola / baari, golf ja tennis. We absolutely loved this house. It had everything we were looking for and it was very close to the beach. We really loved the pool area and the view overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay at this house again on a return visit to Seabrook Island.

Multi generation family beach stay

This property was absolutely perfect in every way! The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes, pots, and glasses of every kind. We loved cooking in here, and also made frequent use of the outdoor grill. We loved sitting on the upper back patio with coffee every morning, watching the deer and other wildlife. The pool and patio is beautiful and a perfect spot to enjoy a good book, swim, or just nap. The owner has thoughtfully made available backpack beach chairs, beach and pool toys, a beach cart, and several coolers for convenience. Each room of this house is comfortable, spacious, and very practical. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous place, fabulous stay!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, and extremely well-stacked (there were plenty of extra towels, bedding, every pot and pan you can think of, even spices). There was a slight problem at check-in (the lockbox code had changed), but they came out immediately to fix it. And that pool! It's even larger and prettier than it looks in the pictures! We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful property with wonderful views

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We have rented houses for the past six years and all agreed this was the best house and location to date. The layout of the house provided us with enough communal areas and privacy. There was a storm right before we arrived which caused a few initial issues but the house management team we worked with quickly resolved them.

nice house and pool, well located, user-friendly

had another wonderful week in My Happy Place, Seabrook! only complaint is that we couldn't get the air conditioner on the main (kitchen) floor cool enough. i can't sleep higher than 69. the bedroom could also use black-out shades.

'Seabrook house

NIce property, a little pricey, but all in all, a good location and roomy home... nice kitchen space (but, as always, a bit basic.... no basic cooking supplies, but plenty of dishes, glasses, etc...) House was clean and modern... the elevator was SO appreciated with kitchen upstairs... Bottom line... we'd all go back again!!!

Great house for a large family! Perfect location with the ocean in front and golf course in back.

We rented this house for a week for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect place for all of our wedding related activities. Everything about the property is really terrific! We hope to be able to rent the house again on return visits to Seabrook.

Great place and great location!

We spent 5 days here in July and had a terrific time. The house has a great location – easy access to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club facilities. There are tremendous views from any location in the house (ocean on one side and golf course on the other) and a gorgeous pool. We spent most mornings at the pool and then afternoons at the beach or Club facilities (pools, beach access, club house/dining facilities and golf courses). The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which makes it easy to travel with couples or a large family. We had our in-laws plus a family of four and this home worked great. Everyone felt like they had their own space, while the kitchen/dining area and family room on the 2nd floor provided areas for everyone to hang out together. We loved the convenience to the Fresh Fields shopping/dining area and also highly recommend the Fat Hen for a great southern meal. We highly recommend this home!

Spacious and relaxing

While the weather was a lot cooler than we had hoped, it did not matter. This house felt light and bright with plenty of room to spread out, games for all ages, a huge kitchen table that sat eight comfortably, a nice grill for March Madness burgers and brats and plenty of comfortable seating and TVs on which to enjoy. While too cool for swimming, the pool deck is spacious with comfortable seating and a fire table. The many outdoor seating areas got plenty of warm sun even when air was cool so we were able to enjoy those with the beautiful golf course (back) and ocean views. The sunrise and sunset views were phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable and the house is immaculately maintained. The quick beach access allowed us to walk the beach daily and it was a short walk to the Island House for golf for the guys (when we need car for shopping!) or a bite to eat. The location on island as well as proximity to Charleston and Kiawah and other local sites provided us lots of activities and options. And the nearby Freshfields had fun shops and good restaurant options.

Elegant and Comfortable

This home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Located on beautiful Seabrook Island, this house has it all -- from relaxing in the pool or hot tub overlooking the golf course to enjoying the ocean waves just steps away from the front door. What a perfect setting for relaxation or renewal! Multiple decks made for those difficult choices of where to lounge next and enjoy different views. Spacious and comfortable, this house easily accommodates a family or group with plenty of space to be together or sneak away to be alone. The kitchen was large and well appointed with everything needed to make a meal just like at home. The bedrooms are large with king size beds, private bathrooms, and sliding glass doors opening to the outside, making for cozy nights, bright beautiful mornings, and afternoon cocktails - a triple header. With the golf course out the back door and the ocean out the front and difficult-to-decide-on decks looking out in every direction, this is an elegant and very comfortable getaway close to charming Charleston.

Beautiful inside and out

This home hits all the must-haves....three minute walk to the beach (with a glass of wine in hand), beautiful golf course view with green and pond and fairway view, beach views, short walk to Beach Club and Island House, beautiful pool, decks with seating to enjoy coffee or cocktail, new grill, fully equipped kitchen and lots of comfortable lounging spots. The bedrooms are spacious and bright with white duvet covers and en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. There was nothing that we looked for that was not provided or considered.

Paradise

This home deserves a 5 star rating and more. Located on charming Seabrook island, its steps away from a beach that's not only beautiful but ideal for walking and swimming. You don't have to leave the house to enjoy the beautiful ocean and golf course views, the infinity pool and fabulous home. The interior of the house contains everything and more than you need to enjoy the space. The kitchen is huge and there are two family rooms so plenty of space for all to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms are all large and everything is updated, clean and ready to enjoy. The outdoor space is full of comfortable seating around the pool and a beautiful view of the golf course (can't remember which hole). The house is also very close to the charming town which contains stores for shopping, restaurants and even a wine bar. We are already scheduled to go back this summer!

Fabulous Fall Getaway

Absolutely beautiful home in ideal location on Seabrook. There is no way anyone would give this house less than a 5 star review. The house, view, and location are all truly awesome. Our family was thrilled that the house is even better than described and fully stocked with everything a large group would need, including a well stocked kitchen. Fabulous outdoor space with plenty of comfy seating around the large pool. We saw dolphins daily, which was a treat for all of us. Easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants, very quiet street. Already planning our return trip!!
