Kun olet valmis olemaan rannalla ja uima-altaassa kauniiden auringonnousun aamulla auringonlaskun parvekkeelta, kiinteistön laguunityylinen uima-allas ja rantayhteys ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Jos haluat mieluummin ottaa hieman enemmän maisemia, käytä uusimpia mukavuuksia, kuten uusia huonekaluja, maksuttomia WIFI-, HD-televisioita DVR-laitteilla ja DVD-soittimilla sekä premium-kaapelipakettia.

Valmistele juhla vieraille tilavassa keittiössä, jossa on uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittitasot. (Täydellinen helppo puhdistaa!) Voit maistella ateriasi ympäröivällä parvekkeella, joka näyttää länteen ja etelään Sandestin Resortilta tai käytä yksikön aamiaisbaaria ja ruokailutilaa. Jokaiselle on runsaasti istumapaikkoja!

Jokainen makuuhuoneen sviitti on päivitetty uusilla king-patjoilla ja televisioilla. Kylpyhuoneen kylpyhuoneessa on täysin uusittu suihkukaappi ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Kolmas makuuhuone tarjoaa kerrossängyn, jossa on täynnä kerrossänkyä, ja olohuoneen sohva on queen-vuode - mukavuus kaikille ryhmällesi.

Beautiful views updated condo

The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and the views were AMAZING!!! In addition the condo had all the beach items we needed chairs, floats, etc. Will definitely stay again

Great condo on Miramar Beach

The condo was lovely and just right for our group of seven. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the gulf. The air conditioning worked great and the furnishings have been nicely updated. Lots of storage so we could fully unpack.

We loved this property. We have stayed at Westwinds before and had a great experience so we decided to come back this year. Our unit had a beautiful very large balcony overlooking the pool and beach/ocean. The unit was very clean and plenty of space for our whole family. My kids really loved the bunk beds.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Westwinds, we come every year. It’s our favorite location in San Destin. Our dryer didn’t work, so maintenance had to come to the room three times, but was unable to fix. We finally decided to wait until we left to send them back so we weren’t disturbed again. I found a laundromat to dry our clothes. Staff is always great & very friendly. The pool area desperately needs more umbrellas. There’s only 6-8 and people are always looking for an open umbrella to sit by.

Cart summer vacay

The Westwinds and this condo were wonderful as expected. The condo was well supplied and comfortable with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach from 8 floors up. The checkin process was seamless and easy. Only complaint was the coffee pot, it needs to be replaced and a keuring option would have been nice. As for the Sandestin property it was amazing! We rented bikes at the marina for 3 days and toured the property which was my wife’s favorite. We even participated in the tennis and pickleball round robins on separate days at the Tennis Center. Overall this property was an excellent choice for our family summer vacation!!

Kitchen has all the basic cookware but no spices etc. The grill is at the pool. Very easy access to the beach and pool. My only complaint is that there is zero information on what is available at SanDestin, what renters have access to, or any contact information. There is no office or contact at the building so you are on your own. We played tennis, rented bikes, went on a dinner cruise, went to music on the lawn, etc. If I had not been to SanDestin before I would have no idea it was available.

Excellent property

We very much enjoyed our stay! The resort property is beautiful! We had an excellent view of the pool and beach. Activities are plentiful and in walking-distance. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk or drive away. The condo was clean and well-appointed. My only complaint would be the fridge. It was warm upon arrival (4pm) and did not reach the proper temperature until midnight. We had to put our cold stuff in the freezer to avoid spoiling, and that meant we couldn't use it for a while. I called to report the issue and was told I would receive a call with an ETA for the repairman. I never received a call and gave up waiting around after 2 hours. The dishwasher also was broken. My husband was able to make it run, but hopefully it will be repaired soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful trip. Overall, great beach front location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and beautiful views. We were there mainly for the beach and heated pool and we cooked most meals.The location is exactly as described which is a short walk to the beach with ramp entrance. We brought a wagon to carry the provided beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. The 8th floor views of the beach, daily sunsets, and dolphin spotting were so enjoyable. We packed a lunch and stayed all day at the shore. The condo was nicely decorated, had plenty of bath towels, and a starter kit for each sink area. We brought extra house supplies (especailly trash bags) knowing it was not a stocked condo. We loved our trip and stayed for an extra day.The Westwinds had crew updating the property which was nice to see and not obstructive in anyway. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. It was nice to dip in the warm pool after being in the cold ocean.Improvements:1. Oven mitts are defintely needed.Tips:1. Bring your own beach towels2. You can place your beach chairs in front of the rental chairs or in the large gaps between rental chairs. It wasn't crowded, plenty of empty rental chairs and we didn't block the view for anyone.3.The Southern Star Dolphin Cruise was a fun and large boat. Covered 2nd level and glass bottom. It was at half capacity (75 people) and easy to walk around the boat to see the dolphins.4. There is free parking at Baytowne Wharf. Follow the signs that say "Additional Parking". Just expect a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. 5. We ordered curbside groceries in Pensacola while on our way to Westwinds. You can get groceries in Sandestin but alot of this will be out of stock or bad substitutions.6. I bought seafood at the Sea Market in Destin. Nice and helpful place.7. The walls are thin. You can hear loud voices across the hall and chairs being dragged on the floor above you. Be con

On our way to the property the app was giving two different addresses. I texted host and did not hear from thwm at all. Looked Very nice. It looked clean and very comfortable. Until we needed plates and discovered we had a mixture of clean and dirty plates and cups. Decided to go to go to Walmart and buy disposable plates cups forks and spoons. On the first morning we saw that.one of the covers on the bunk beds has a dark spot on it. On this same day I had a question about Umbrella service at the Beach again texted host and did not get a reply On the 2nd day while at the pool my 4 yr old grand son sliced his foot on a broken tile at the pool.
