Amazing talo keskellä Joulukuusitila. Täydellinen perhejuhlia, yritys piknikkejä, pako matkat, kaveri / tyttö viikonloppuna, harjoitus illallisia tai jopa pienet häät. Vain tunnin päässä Arc Encounter / Creation Museam. Tämä paikka on kaikkea .... 1000 neliön jalka Indoor koripallokenttä kanssa 22 jalka katot, ulkona hiekka lentopallokenttä, inground allas, jossa on automaattinen kannen turvallisuuden, kesäkeittiö allasalue avotulella pizza uuni, 10 hehtaarin rönsyilevän maan ja täydellisen yksityisyyden talo sijaitsee 1/4 mailin pois tien piilossa puiden. Paljon tilaa liikkua 6000 neliön jalka kotiin. Avaa pohjapiirros suuri syödä keittiö, joka on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta tahra laitteet. Koko takapuolelle pääkerroksessa on suuret ikkunat nauttia hämmästyttävä näkymät metsään. On 400 neliön jalka takaisin patio pois olohuone / keittiö. On toinen olohuone kellarissa, joka on varustettu 3 taulutelevisiota joten et koskaan menetä pelata suosikki pelin. Voit myös nauttia foosball pelin tai saada hyvä treenata suuri kellarissa. On kävellä ulos altaan ja patio. Kuusi makuuhuonetta ja viisi täyttä kylpyammeet koko talon. Master Suite on king size-vuode, kaksipäiseksi kulkea suihku ja poreallas. Olemme sijaitsee 15 minuutin päässä ATP Tennis Center, Kings Island ja The Beach vesipuisto. 7 minuutin päässä historiallisesta Libanonista. 25 minuutin päässä keskustasta Dayton ja 35 minuutin päässä keskustasta Cincinnati. A great place for our HUGE family! The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and basketball court so much! Loved the big kitchen and the outdoor cooking space.

Great family retreat

Overall great place for familes. We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 6. Between the pool, basketball court, and the ping pong table plenty of activites and play area. We had two minor problems that Chris had fixed withins hours. Great communication and and the simiplicty of the check in/out process was very welcoming. Look for the buckeye helmet when you are following GPS.

Great times.

We were in the area and had a lot of different family members meet here. The basketball court was a huge hit. The family room and kitchen are a great place to just get together. We had an amazing time here. The sleeping arrangements aren't ideal. The largest bedroom has 1 bed and the smallest bedroom has 3 beds. We had a lot of people on couches. Still, we loved the house!

Perfect Home in a Quiet Area

This house was amazing and located in a nice quiet area. We had a group of 13 people, ages 1-83, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The house is huge and spacious which really added to our comfort levels. There's so much entertainment at this house that you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. They have a heated pool, beach volleyball, an indoor basketball court, ping pong, foosball and board games. We stayed 6 nights and made sure to take advantage of the endless entertainment every chance we could get. The owner Chris was very accommodating and helped us whenever we needed it. Told us to call, text or email him if we need ANYTHING at all. Even his dad came over and saved the day for us when we couldn't figure out the pool. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely stay again!

Family stay

We loved the house so much we are returning. Our family is full of boys/men so the basketball court in the basement was everything to them, can’t wait to experience the house this summer.

Great Place to stay

It's a very nice house with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/living room area was a great place for everyone to relax and chat with each other. I would definitely recommend for large family gatherings. Chris was very nice and responsive should there be any concerns.

Great stay

The house was better then the pictures online. The owner was very responsive to all out needs in a timely manner. We came in the middle of a strom and had a great time. I recommend this home for your stay.

Annual Family Vacation

Once again we found a home to creat lots of good memories. Pool, gym, upper deck, lots of chairs around the pool, big yard for games, table for cards and puzzles, kitchen with lots of different appliances and lots of room for refrigerator items were all good. Thank you, Chris.

Great place for all ages.

This was our second thanksgiving here. Our family included ages 79 to15. No one was bored ( even the four teenagers). Would highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion/Vacation Spot

We were in town for our son's wedding. The house accommodated our party of 10 with more than enough space for everyone. There was plenty to do for all ages. We took advantage of the basketball court and heated pool, swimming every day. The covered deck was a favorite place for morning coffee and hanging out during the day. We only wished we had booked our stay longer.

Great time had by all!

This was a terrific property for our family vacation. The variety of things to do provided opportunities for all age groups we had: wonderful spacious house, pool, outdoor space for lawn games, etc. special thanks to the owner Chris who couldn’t have been more kind and helpful with any questions we had; before and during our stay. Big Enough for Large Group on enjoy inside and out

This house is exactly as advertised. Large enough for a big group to have space and enjoy time together lounging inside the house or enjoying the multiple outdoor spaces. Owner is friendly and responsive. We will be back and highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the greater Dayton area.

Great amenities!

House was great with so many fun things to do-basketball court, ping pong, pool, and volleyball court. Chris was very accommodating. All 16 of us had a great time! We were here in the winter, but I bet summer would be even more amazing.

Fun House - Close to Activities

This house worked out great for our larger family vacation. We went to the Ark Encounter, on a Ohio River boat cruise, and to Kings Island. The local town of Lebanon is also very quaint & nice - and has a great brewery! The kids loved the pool & other things to do in and around the house (great sand volleyball court with lights). Chris was great on communication.

Perfect for a family reunion

Our stay was great! I booked Chris’s home for myself, two siblings and three cousins so we could all stay together and reconnect. We came to Ohio to visit family and this home was perfect for us. Our Ohio family came over on Saturday night for Chicago pizza and Italian beef. The open space was perfect for us. We would love to rent Chris’s place in the summer and use the outside as well!!

Great experience

We had a great experience at this location. There was plenty of room and the house is set up to have different options. We had a variety of ages and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The owner was in constant communication and was quick to respond if issues arose. We would come back again!

Perfect Memories

We stayed at this house for a family wedding in Franklin. It was amazing to have 4 generations of our family gathered for the weekend in this house. The dining space is perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy meals. We also had a campfire with my two parents in their 90's! What a special treat. Thank you to the owners for this fabulous opportunity!!

22 family vacation

10 adults, 12 grandkids (1 year old to 13 years old). This was our 2nd time here and it was wonderful!! Plenty of rooms - bedrooms and bathrooms. Basketball and volleyball courts were a hit, but the heated pool was the winner!! Chris was great to work with and answered all our questions once we got there. It was so awesome, we are coming back here for our next family vacation!!

Great for large group!

Chris was great to communicate with! We had a group of gymnasts, moms, and coaches that came for a gymnastics camp. We all could spread out and have space for ourselves. There were 2 maintenance issues, and they came once we told them to take care of them. It is a great property for a large group.

Our stay at this beautiful house was wonderful. The house is very big and very clean and the owner was always there when we needed an answer or something taken care of. The pool is awesome and enjoyed by our whole family. I would highly recommend this house. Lots of toys and towels. Pots and pans are somewhat limited but we made due. Our only problem with the house was no tv's except in the two big room which when we wanted some down time for the children to just lay down and relax we had to hook our computer up to the one tv in the big bedroom to stream a movie for them. Bedroom situations are interesting but were okay for our family. We would stay again and would recommend for anyone to stay at. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house. We had a great time connecting during the panademic.

Excellent outdoor amenities!

Overall our group of 17 had a good stay! Loved the sand volleyball court (which is in great condition) and the pool and all the lounge chairs were awesome! We also used the indoor basketball court, which was so fun! We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor fire pit but would have loved to it we had the energy in the evenings! The rooms were in good condition but like one other reviewer said one bedroom is in a strange location. Communication with Chris is awesome! He’s super helpful and willing to do what needs to be done if issues arise. I would say that the property could use some TLC, like paint touch ups, fixing holes in walls, etc. There was also a pretty good number of spiders found in bedrooms and we did let Chris know that and he had someone come spray. He was on it. The floors and refrigerators could have been cleaned up a bit more too but overall the house was on good condition. You just have to expect it to be a more “lived in” vacation rental. All that being said we would probably stay here again because it Was great amenities and Chris was awesome! Thanks!
