Dreaming of a Home on the Beach ... No Wake Up, tilaisuutesi on saapunut! Tämän vuoden asuin kotona Plum Island on aurinko täynnä ja tilava holvikattoineen kautta ulos ja kattoikkunat mahdollistaa valtameren tuulet jäähtyä lämpiminä kesäpäivinä. Ulkoasu antaa mahdollisuuden ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuoneen yksi kolmesta, täydellinen isäntä tai yksityisiä vieras tilaa kylpy lähellä. Suuri etukannen ja puoli muurattu patio tarjoaa lisäksi ulkopuolella elintilaa haluat lämpimämmän. Kauniisti päivitetty keittiö w / ruostumattomasta ja kvartsista työtasot, puuraaka-posliinilaatat läpi oleskelutila, pesutupa. Vain toimet sekä meren ja altaan rantoja. Nauti kaikista kodin mukavuuksista samalla kun asut rannalla Plumsaarella.
Talo vuokrataan lauantaina 14.00 - lauantaihin klo 10.00. Talo on puhdistettava ja jätettävä siinä tilanteessa, jossa se löytyy ... Liinavaatteet ovat saatavilla, mutta ne on pestävä ja vasemmalle taitettu sängyillä. Useat kesän vuokralaiset kysyivät voivansa harjoittaa puhdistusaineita itse talon puhdistamisen sijaan. Ne ovat saatavilla ja veloitetaan 150 dollaria. Pyydän, että ilmoittaisit ne riittävän ajoissa.

Perfect location

This was our second year here and we are in love with this cottage and Plum Island. Herb is the most gracious host, providing any amenities you can imagine. The house is clean and comfortable with enough space for our group. The canopy on the deck was a great addition. The beach is perfect for children and only steps away from the house.

Close to beach

Great stay at this beach house. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. Beach chairs were a plus, and just a short walk to the beach access entrance. Kitchen well equipped, bright and sunny throughout.

Fabulous home

The house is fabulous. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom is well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. The kitchen is beyond any expectations. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, accessories, etc We hosted a family gathering with 13 people for dinner with no trouble. Herb is the ultimate host !! He makes sure that everything is perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this rental for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful week at the Beach

We had an awesome week. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also big enough spaces for everyone to gather for meals, games, or just hang out. The nearness to the beach is so convenient for those looking to sunbathe, but we also surfed, fished, kayaked and ate without even getting in the car!

Disappointed in home, but Plum Island was wonderful

Let me start by saying that Plum Island is a wonderful location with great beaches and restaurants only minutes away. Our neighbors were friendly and very helpful with local recommendations. Overall, we rate this house a 2 out of 5. The pictures on the website are not accurate. The furniture on the porch were vinyl chairs, not the advertised cushioned couch and chairs. And instead of clutter-free, minimal decor, all the walls are covered all over the house in random prints and there are breakable tchotchkes in the living room. While not major inconveniences, the pictures on the listing should absolutely be accurate. Other inconveniences: ant infestation due to crumbs left under rug in dining room; musty odor throughout the house and no smell or evidence of any cleaning products upon arrival; overgrown plants and weeds vining over patio furniture; expired food left in fridge; mouse traps on shelving in kitchen pantry; audible mouse deterrent plug-ins in kitchen and laundry room; a/c unit in living room is so loud on high setting that it's hard to have a conversation; no hand soap at bathroom sinks; cable tv was basic package - what you'd get with an antennae. And lastly, the communication with and professionalism of the landlord was sub-par: no check-in information provided (until I called and asked); no instructions on trash removal or check-out; and he came by mid-week to water the plants. None of the above ruined our vacation, but not what we expect from a VRBO.

Heaven on Earth

Herb’s home was our 6th summer rental on the upper east coast. Absolutely the BEST!! Convenient location for family from Hudson, Melrose, Marshfield and Wilton, NH. The house is absolutely beautiful! Bright, airy, comfortable furniture , beautiful prints in every room , gigantic dining table that easily accommodated 13 of us for a lobster feast. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The 3 bedrooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. A pull-out sofa in the living room also came in handy. Short walk to a beautiful beach which was not crowded even over Labor Day weekend. Herb is the perfect host !! Any problems or concerns were addressed immediately. He maintains the property and foliage around it meticulously. Looking forward to returning next year!!

Great week at the beach

Online pics made property seem a little bit spiffier and more comfortable than reality. But everything functioned well and no major complaints. My husband was disappointed that ESPN and NESN weren't available - no Sox games! The walking distance to beach, breakfast spot, ice cream shop and the two bars and restaurant in town make the location ideal.

Best rental! Spacious house , great house, Loved this place!!

Herb was a wonderful landlord and great gardener constantly making the site even more beautiful . The house is wonderful with a great kitchen, spacious and Comfortable living room and dining room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect -comfortable and pleasant. Close to the beach and quiet street.

Very comfortable home

This Plum Island home is in a great location and very comfortable for several people. The kitchen is well-stocked and has extras such as condiments in the ‘fridge. If you prefer to have someone else clean the home before you leave, there is a fee that will be provided to the cleaner and can be coordinated with the owner. Owner arrived as we were leaving and we would have preferred a 30 minute grace period. If it felt a bit like a bums rush. Otherwise we had an absolutely wonderful time in the home and on Plum Island!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was a great place for our family to stay. We all had plenty of space and it is exactly as described. It is just 536 steps to the beach! We loved the location and are already planning our return trip for next year!

great Plum Island home

My husband and I had a wonderful week on Pi in this spotlass, fully stocked, beautifully landscaped split level across the street from a path to the beach. The owner completely furnished the kitchen with staples and more. There were fresh flowers on the kitchen table to greet us and many flowers on the deck. The spacious living room and deck had seating for 8 , the dining room 10+. We had 90 degree weather so the AC was great and when it got into the 40's we had lovely heat. Definitely a repeat. Thanks again, Herb."

Wonderful vacation and house

We had a wonderful time during our week-long stay at Herb’s house in Plum Island. The location is perfect and so close to the beach. Super well stocked kitchen for all of our bbq and cooking needs, including a lobster boil pot! We also enjoyed the fact there were beach chairs available to use. All in all a wonderful week and we hope to be back next year!

Beach relaxation

Great trip to Plum Island. House was well equipped and as advertised. Herb was very responsive to any questions we had and helpful in all regards. Plum Island and Newburyport were a blast.

Great place for family get together

All family members (including the kids) agreed that Herb's house was a perfect place for a family vacation. The house is spacious and airy ...the kids had lots of room to spread out. We liked that the lovely bedrooms were separate from the living area. The deck was very nice too. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank Herb.

Very nice house! Great Location!

House was great. Was as described. It had everything we could need and more! House was nicely furnished and surpassed the pictures. Kitchen was extremely well and nicely stocked with cookware and utensils. House had plenty of games for kids and beach chairs. Great location, just short walk to beach. A couple convenience stores and several restaurants about half a mile from the house. Herb was very responsive and friendly.

great location!

So many good things to say...the kitchen is SO well stocked. We didn't cook as much as we intended to, but the kitchen had everything we needed. There were tons of spices and miscellaneous basics...a HUGE benefit when you're staying for a short time. beach chairs/towels were great. There were some basic kid beach toys available...if your kid is a connoisseur, stop at Target first. :-D herb provides the GOOD toilet paper...sounds like a small thing, but dude...usually these places have the cheap single-ply stuff. My bum was grateful. The beds and linens were comfortable. We had an internet hiccup, but Herb rectified it for us. Thanks! We rented this property for the 2 bathrooms and 3rd bedroom. We had a lot of guests come stay, and the layout of this place worked SO well for offering us/our kid privacy as well as our guests. Two things that could be improved: the grill didn't heat up past 250 degrees F. We probably would have used it more otherwise. There are no shades that block any light in any of the bedrooms...Amazon sells single-use blackout shades which we've used in previous vacay rentals and probably should have bought this time but didn't. Overall, we REALLY enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider renting this property in future.

Amazing stay!

Great location, well stocked house and all of the comforts of home you could possibly want and more! Very relaxing week in Plum Island for 4 adults, a baby and a toddler. It never felt like we were crowed since the house is very well layed out and spacious. We had no issues to call Herb and we only met him when he came by to collect the garbage. The only concern for future renters with toddlers is to be careful of a glass coffee table in the living room. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I am a retired architect from Boston. I have owned a house in the area for 20 years, but thought it time to put a stake down on PI. Many of my friends have moved to the island in the last few years, so it was time for me to join them.

This year round residential home on Plum Island is sun filled & spacious with vaulted ceilings thru out & skylights allowing the ocean breezes to cool the warm summer days. THERE ARE THREE BEDROOMS WITH QUEEN SIZE BEDS. The layout gives the option of a first floor bedroom, one of three, perfect for master or private guest space with bath close by. The large front deck and side bricked patio offers the additional outside living space you want in the warmer weather. Beautifully updated kitchen w/ stainless & quartz counter tops, wood grain porcelain tiles thru out living area, a laundry room & plenty of storage. Just steps to both the ocean & basin beaches. Enjoy all the comforts of a home while living at the beach on Plum Island.

Only 20 minutes away is Portsmouth, NH and more seacoast villages and towns to explore. For the summer urban experience, Boston is an hour's drive, always exciting to visit this time of year.
