Se on holvikatot ja ympäröivät ikkunat tarjoavat inspiroivia näkymiä haavan täytetyille vuorille ja upeille taivaalle upeilla auringonlaskuilla. Erinomaisella paikalla talviurheiluun, vain muutaman minuutin päässä maailmanluokan ja majesteettisista hiihto- ja lumilautailualueista: 7 mailia Vail-hiihtoalueille ja kahden mailin päässä Beaver Creekistä. Palkittuja ravintoloita, baareja, kauppoja ja gallerioita on runsaasti ympäri vuoden. Kesäkuukausina voit viedä lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä golfkerhotaloon ja ajo-alueelle, Eagle Vail -yhteisön uima-altaalle, tenniskenttiin, piknik-alueelle, puistoon leikkivälineillä ja järvelle, jolla on uimaranta. Neljässä makuuhuoneessa on 1 king-vuode päälliköllä, kuningatar molemmissa 2 huoneessa ja kerrossänkyssä on 3 erillistä vuodetta ja 2 täysikokoista. On kolme täyttä kylpyammeet. Koti tarjoaa olohuoneen, jossa on 20 'katot, puulämmitteinen takka ja uusi taulutelevisio sekä WIFI. Äskettäin uusitussa keittiössä on kvartsitasot ja se on täysin varusteltu! Jokaisessa huoneessa on uusi taulutelevisio satelliittikanavilla, jotta jokainen voi levittää ja nauttia itsestään. Kerrossängyssä tai toisessa asuintilassa on 55 tuuman TV, Xbox, lautapelejä ja Netflix. Ruokapöydässä on kahdeksan ja kaksi baarissa. Location!

This house was great, it was very spacious for our family, 4 adults and 5 kids. The owner provides all the paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The pantry is also stocked with all the spices needed for cooking. The outside has a hill which the kids loved sledding on. The house is a 5 min drive to beaver creek and 12 minutes to vail, very convenient for a ski trip!

Pre-Holiday Get Away

Great little condo. Fit our family of 6 perfectly! Clean and well stocked. Homeowners were extremely attentive and helpful. Perfect for the short ski vacation we took right before Christmas.

Perfect Location for Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Trip

Home is conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek. Easy to get to. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Decor is super cute and all felt like home and cozy. Corner unit on the golf course. Perfect for watching the snow fall.

Re: A wonderful month!

In February 2022 I was stuck on I 70 for six hours. I made up my mind in that moment, I wanted to work on my skiing and it only made sense to minimize the logistics/expense and book a place for one entire month. We completed 30 days today and I have to say it was remarkable. Our hosts were extremely gracious and kind plus they made every effort to stay on of minor requests. I highly recommend this house if you’re a hard-core or relaxed skier.

Excellent Accommodations!

What a great property! The pictures are very accurate but don’t depict all the “extras:” plenty of plates, cups, cookware etc. Plenty of paper towels, TP, laundry detergent. Very well stocked and the owners were wonderful to work with. Great location in Eagle-Vail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Place

Amazing quiet location with great views of mountains & golf course. Matches the listing description. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils, bed sheets, towels etc. Big enough for 10 Adult skiers. Ideally located between Vail & Beaver Creek ski resort & close to Walmart. Definitely book again if we were to go skiing in same area. Excellent communication with the Owner

Vail Skiing

The location was good for skiing in Vail, 10 minute drive to Vail and 5 minute drive to Walmart. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious for all of 9 people. 1st and 2nd floor was very clean and bedrooms were comfortable. My kids liked the big open space (golf course) in the back to watch the stars at night.

Great place and wonderful location!

Loved the fully stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and location was very convenient to Beaver Creek skiing. Had a lovely time in this property.

Very comfortable townhouse

We stayed there in hot summer weather. PROS: Great location, fully stocked unit - best we've ever had, comfortable seating and beds, kitchen has everything you need for cooking dinners, nice area outside your door to walk around, complex was great, 2 reserved parking places. CONS: In hot weather, the unit is hot because on the main level there is one small window by the front door and another small window at the back of the family room by the fireplace. There is no cross ventilation because all the other windows do not open. There are portable fans provided, but the inside temperature is hot so not much relief. The top level bedroom was very hot. This bedroom window was also very small.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful and well-equipped condo. All 10 of us - 4 adults and 6 kids - had plenty of room and enjoyed making dinners in the fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the back porch and playing golf. The kids were entertained by the game room and outdoor games provided. The condo's amenities - swimming pool - and its proximity to area hiking trails and Vail's Village made for a very memorable vacation.

Stay was fantastic

This property was perfect for our stay. We had 9 people and everyone was very comfortable. The basement which had the bunk beds and games was perfect for the teenagers. The owners have spared no expense and thought of most all amenities hat you could think of. View of the golf course and mountains was perfect.

Great place to stay in a great location... also, very cool decor!

We stayed at this place for our spring break with me, my wife, two kids, my mom, and our friends and their two kids. The place was very comfortable for all of us. The kids seemed to really love the basement with the bunk-beds and all the board games. We spent most of our time hanging out in the family room/kitchen/dining area. Everything in the place worked well... having TVs in every bedroom was really nice. The décor was also very cool. They created a banister made of skis and coat hangers in the entry way made of skis. The place is not overly big and it is an older building, but the setup and upgrades make everything come together great. Then, there is the location... we spent a lot of time hanging out in the Vail Village which is only a 5 min drive. In Vail Village, we went to dinner, bowling, and on a gondola ride. There is a Safeway and City Market that are also only 5 mins away. We went snowboarding at Copper Mountain and that was only 35 mins from this place. In the summertime, I imagine this place is amazing because you have a great view of the golf course. So, overall, I would highly recommend this place! Everyone is my group was very impressed with it!

Family fun in a fantastic location!

I can't say enough about how much our family enjoyed staying here for the Easter weekend! Furnished comfortably and tastefully with something for everyone (twin bunk beds, reading nook and even a turntable, record player). There are great walking paths nearby and the condo has quick, easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek. The wonderful neighbors even let the kids participate in the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. We would definitely come back again and again!

Cute and cozy in Vail

The house was perfect for our family's stay in Vail. It was a quick drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail Village. We loved the fun ski themed decor of the house and found the house equipped with everything we needed. The golf course area was nice for taking walks and snow shoeing and my kids had fun sledding down a hill right out back. We would definitely return to this rental and would recommend it to any friends visiting the area.

Beautiful and comfy home for a ski weekend!

My friends and I had an amazing time at Leigh and Marc's home in Eagle-Vail. The home is conveniently located, a very short drive to both Vail and Beaver Creek, and had all the amenities for a weekend stay. The layout of the home is perfect for hanging out with family and friends, and we definitely made use of the cornucopia of board games. We hope to come back again in the future!

Great family rental!

We stayed here with our 3 adult children and one significant other over the Christmas holidays. With 3 separate bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one very large bunk room/game room, there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. The main floor has a cozy living area with one of those newfangled fireplaces that you turn on like a TV. It produces a lot of warmth surprisingly. A large dining area was fantastic. The views out the windows were beautiful morning and night and it must be stunning here in the summer and fall. The kitchen is updated, but VERY tight especially if you like to cook most of your meals in as we did. They have plenty of dishes though and glassware and the dishwasher worked well. Most importantly, the condo was quiet! Being in the mountains, it is nice to sleep with the windows open a crack to help with the altitude and other than people doing a last minute walking of their dogs, we did not hear a peep the entire 10 days. Pray for snow!

Loved This Place

The owners were great communicators and handled one small parking issue immediately when I texted them. She was pleasant and personal and it shows in the house. We were a group of 7, 5 adults and 2 children less than 10 years old. The size of the house was great and could have accommodated more because of the downstairs area. If you have kids through teens this house is a must, the downstairs kids bedroom and game room (combined) was unbelievable. My kids completely lost their mind when they saw the four bunks, the couch, the games and the gigantic TV ready for the Xbox we brought with us. The master was WONDERFUL, great view and the rolling farm themed barn door at the entrance made this cool loft like bedroom feel warm and inviting. Kitchen is small but two of us navigated it as we made 7 meals with no trouble at all. Lighting is good, decor was thoughtful, and IT HAS EVERY SINGLE THING you need. I stay in rental houses on every vacation and this house was the best equipped home I have ever rented. The location was perfectly located just minutes to our favorite sled hill in Eagle Vail and just minutes to grocery/walmart for necessities. And then go East and you find vail in 5 to 7 minutes as well. The neighbors are quiet and parking is fine. Having the golf course to build snowmen and have snowball fights was great, right out the door. I have zero complaints, will be staying here again.

Great Property! Perfect for our stay

We had a great time and the accommodations were perfect. It was a golf trip and the unit sits right on Eagle Vail golf course. Could have comfortably accommodated 6-7 people but ample space And very suitable for 5. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for our family! Location was great for all the activities we did.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and furnished with so many extras! Our kids loved playing out on the golf course in the evenings when the golfers were done for the day. Great location for all the activities we did! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We currently live in Loveland, Co and are enjoying our vacation home in Eagle Vail, when others are not. We golf, hike, ski, paddle board, raft, fly fish and just relax. We have three adult children that live in Ft Collins, Denver and Detroit.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to check out our slice of heaven! We hope you love it as much as we do. The 20' ceilings and abundant windows with amazing mountain views is what we made us fall in love with this property. Because this is a corner unit you can take in the mountains, sunrises and sunsets on the deck or in the expansive side yard/ golf course! We are a family of six and we love the ability to invite our extended family and friends to stay we all have space to spread out and relax. The unit offers TVs in each room, WIFI, boardgames and a dining table that sits 10 to enjoy meals and games together. The outdoor activities are endless year 'round. People might first think of snowing and boarding when Vail or Beaver Creek is mentioned but this area has 4 amazing seasons! During winter you can step out the door to enjoy the Nordic cross county ski track on the Eagle Vail golf course or go to Vail or Beaver Creek in a 10-15 minute drive. Summer offers golfing, rafting, hiking, fly fishing, biking, horseback riding and more. The fall brings the glow of the Aspens for hiking and biking, calm fishing waters, flannel & snuggly sweaters and the first snows of the season.
