5 star stay near pismo beach

The house is absolutely wonderful
 spacious, clean, modern, and with a kitchen fully stocked for any meal. We had a lovely weekend in arroyo grande, and we ended up canceling our plans to venture out because we were having such a great time at the property. I highly recommend it and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful house, even better than the photos!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house is on the top of a hill and feels very secluded. Nice pool and volleyball court. The house was fully stocked with everything we could want/need. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful getaway spot!

Spacious, clean, and well stocked property with a killer view! The beds were comfortable and the property is quiet and private. The house was perfect for two families with teenagers and the pool and outdoor spaces were the big highlights!

We loved it!

This was such a great property to enjoy with our friends and our children. The property was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep, relax, and enjoy. And the pool is spectacular! Tina was also very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

10 out of 10 for a reason!

Wonderful place. They have everything you could want or need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set. We used the volleyball court, cornhole, fire pit, pool, jacuzzi and board games. The kitchen is stocked and has 2 refrigerators. Great time, highly recommend.

Golf Retreat

We had 11 golfers stay at this house and it was perfect for us! This house is an entertainers dream. Everyone had a great time as there was something for everyone to do. I highly recommend this place.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay for our first visit to Arroyo Grande. The whole family, from grandkids to grandparents, enjoyed the heated pool and the water temperature was perfect for any time of the day. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all that we needed. The location was secluded but only a short drive from restaurants and the beach.

Very nice property with spacious open concept area and everything you'd need for your stay. This is a very clean and comfortable home with a vibe and view that lends to relaxation and comfort. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and would not hesitate to book it again.

Awesome Views

View overlooking a valley was spectacular. Plenty of fun activities at the property (basketball, pool/hot tub, corn hole, sand volleyball court). Plenty of space in the house.

Baseball Tournament

We had an amazing time. I booked the place for my family. This place was excellent. We had 9 kids and they couldn’t get enough of the pool and volleyball court. The master suite was spacious and set up very nice. The whole house had a very welcoming vibe and the owner was great. We texted back and forth and she was ver responsive. We didn’t have any problems the whole weekend we were there. I would 100% recommend this place to families or a big group.

Perfect spot for weekend getaway

The pictures do not do this wonderful,homey space justice! We had everything we needed in this home - kitchen equipment (2 refrigerators, gadgets, glasses, spices, pans and SO much more), pool supplies, comfortable beds, insane views, wild life, peace and quiet. We felt at home immediately and really had a hard time leaving. We would recommend this home for any larger family or gathering.

Resort like living

Tina and Jeff’s place was immaculate with everything possible to enjoy, for our family weekend. We felt welcomed and we appreciated all of the thoughtful details to make our stay feel like a relaxing resort! Our teenagers loved the outdoor activities (basketball and sand volleyball court) and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. The beds were very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful and memorable time, thanks to Tina and Jeff’s lovely home. We hope to stay again when we are in the area.

Great place!!

We had an amazing trip. The house has so many amenities, is well stocked, and a great location. The only downside is that the 4th bedroom is really a little casita outside of and detached from the house. It does not have heating other than a space heater and no bathroom attached. Other than that, the property is very nice!

Hilltop Home ,Valley Views and pool.

Great family home with flowing floor plan and plenty Of room for a large family gathering. The beautiful Pool deck and lovely Vistas had everyone outside most daylight hours. The game closet with a vast assortment of adult and children's games along with the ample seating of the tv room and movies to view filled the evening hours.The home was very well maintained and the kitchen, appliances,dual refrigerators, and large washer and dryer are very nice when having a large group. The Hosts Tina and Jeff have done a great job insuring your expectations are meet and your stay memorable,

The Machas (origin: 20 women from west LA who have known each other for 50+years)

Tina and Jeff, It could not have been better! What a beautiful setting. Very comfortable and well-equipped (if you like to cook, the kitchen has everything and more). From TV streaming to music requests via Alexa to closet full of puzzles and board games, there is no to look elsewhere for entertainment. Hilltop Playground.

This house does not disappoint with its great view overlooking a very nice pool and spa. I found myself the first evening, sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and a wonderful valley view that stretches for miles, sipping a glass of local wine. Check in was easy and well organized, there was a binder on the kitchen counter that had answers to just about any question. The house was very clean and organized just like the pictures on the website. This was a great house for our family get together of 10 (ages 15 to 80). It was spacious with plenty of seating areas for everybody. The house is in a quiet area and has a very good feeling about it with birds and butterflies abounding. Tina and Jeff were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions that we had. No house is perfect, but this one did not disappoint.

A Beautiful Property!

Wow! This home was truly a beautiful property with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Jeff and Tina were wonderful hosts. We had two minor hiccups and they got back to us right away. They also were very prompt with emails. We had a group of 8 women and everyone wants to return, hands down!! The kitchen had all the spices, oils, and cooking basics that you could need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were decorated so adorably with little extras. The outdoor area was to die for!! The pool and hot tub looked out over a gorgeous valley. We had a hard time getting out of the pool in order to eat dinner. We even played some volleyball on the sand vb court. We all spent some time at Avila Beach, which was only a 20/25 minute drive. We kayaked and spent some time at the beach but all wanted to return back to house to enjoy the beautiful view and pool. There are several wineries close by and a cute downtown area to do gift shopping or have a quick bite. We are already planning our next trip back!! Thank you, Jeff and Tina for a memorable trip and the use of your gorgeous home.

Incredible family getaway

This property was unbelievable. There were 9 of us and we had such fun; the pool and spa that over looked the valley, the spacious house full of games, Netflix that I didn’t have to use my code, fully stocked kitchen (example- every spice you could need, and many coffees available), comfy beds, extra blankets, and more than one roll of toilet paper. If you have rented houses you understand what I mean about the toilet paper. This house is close to everything; beaches, wineries, parks, and so much more, I have stayed in many different houses; Hawaii, Ventura, Big Bear, Utah, Palm Springs, and Montana and this home is the best one of all. Believe all reviews. You won’t be sorry. We were sad to leave. Thank you Tina for sharing your lovely home with us.

I grew up in Arroyo Grande, in fact just across the street from this home on the Arroyo Grande Creek. I went to the local high school and then on to Cal Poly where I met my husband. We love our community and our homes here. We purchased this property for the views, and soon just "had" to build the pool and hot tub, and we have never looked back. The enjoyment our family and friends have had here has brought much laughter and joy to our lives.
