Sandollar C204 is a special second floor, beachfront, gulf front, CORNER UNIT, allowing for superior views of the beach and the lushly vegetated property from your screened in lanai, an extra wall of windows that give significantly more light, more ventilation and more views of the property than you would have in a middle unit, and an added back balcony which allows you to sneak away by yourself for a quiet read, a glimpse of a tennis match or a view of the pool without ever having to leave your home away from home.

Add to that, our beautiful and comfortably appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located inside of one of Sanibel's premiere properties, recently given a Platinum rating and you can be assured you have found your special spot in Paradise!

With only 34 units spread out over 7 beautiful acres, you will find plenty of room to lounge at the heated pool, make yourself at home on Sanibel's famous beach located directly in front of your unit with our supplied beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, play an energizing game of tennis in your back yard, or have a relaxing evening BBQ at the community outdoor dining space without feeling crowded.

Located right along Middle Gulf Drive, you can easily access the rest of the island by car or you can explore this amazing place by bike using the islands unique network of bike trails which pass directly by the property. (Bikes are easily rented on the island.)
Stroll the 15 miles of white sand beach just steps away from your unit. You won't regret bringing along a bag or net for interesting shells. My kids and I love to check out the sea life at low tide when water is ankle deep and the sandbar is teeming with crabs, sand dollars, sea cucumbers and other interesting creatures. Especially neat at sunrise and sunset!

Great condo on a beautiful beach
We had a fantastic time! The condo was really nice: Great view from the lanai, comfortable beds, nice furniture, clean, good condition and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, floats and even sea kayaks. The grounds were lovely and the beach was gorgeous! We look forward to coming again.

Lovely condo!
Very nice stay. Convenient for visiting my parents in Shell Point at the other end of the Causeway, and perfectly placed for the beach and all the other fun parts of Sanibel. Our only real issue was that the king size bed is super creaky so we kept waking each other up every time we moved in the night, but otherwise perfect.

What a great time at the Sanddollar! The oweners were great!
It is very kept up and Leslie, the owner, was very accommodating and willing to be contacted. The condo was spotless and all appliances worked perfectly. The location on Sanibel Island was terrific. The beach facilities were delightful and the pool was a plus. It was all we expected of our stay.

Absolutely fantastic!
I have come to Sanibel for the past 57 years and the the condo was perfect in every way! Fabulous view of the beach and Gulf, very clean and comfortable and a wonderful place to return to after a fun filled day doing whatever activity on the island! Would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return next year!

Can’t go wrong with Sanddollar.
We had a great week in Sanibel. Condo was as advertised. Though we thought a few upgrades would be nice., it did have new kitchen appliances and a Keurig which we appreciated and.everything functioned well. And you cannot beat the view! Nice toys in the storage closet, especially the little kayaks abd multitude of beach chairs.

Family Fun
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo, we hope to visit again soon! We caught lots of fish-including a 3 foot shark. Exploring the beach we found starfish, sand-dollars & lots of beautiful shells. We also got the privilege of seeing manatees & dolphins daily along with many stingrays. Great Location and Views
We had a blast and enjoyed the condo. The complex is situated perfectly on the water and the screened in porch gives you a nice place to have morning/evening beverages. The master bedroom gets a little warm at night but there is a van available to plug and use if needed and the sliding glass door was stubborn but those were extremely minor things. The kitchen is stocked. There are great water toys/chairs/items to use. Owner sent a great welcoming email with easy check-in and local spots to try. Highly recommend.

It was a nice condo in a great location. The only negatives were the patio door that could be difficult to open; and the freezer door that could not open entirely. There was plenty of beach accessories and many books, puzzles.

Great Location
This condo is spacious, clean and well-located. Stores and activities were very close by, but the property itself felt nicely tucked away and quiet. Convenient to bike paths. The kitchen had nice stainless steel appliances and plenty of space. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking and eating in. It was great to have a lot of indoor space in the evenings and cable tv was an added bonus. The beach was beautiful and extremely close to walk to and plenty of room to spread out away from others. I would definitely rent this place again.

Fine Condo with an Amazing View
The condo was fine - a bit outdated but clean and roomy and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the complex - heated pool, tennis courts in great condition and the cleanest gas grill I've ever used. Easy proximity to stores and restaurants even via the bike path. What you are really getting though is the view. Watching the sunrise over the ocean with palm trees silhouetted in the foreground is heavenly. The complex is on the eastern side of the island(south facing) so we got great sunrises but not the fabled sunsets - haven't decided how much that matters, but being beach front is worth a lot.

Great value
The owners were great and there for us when there was an issue with the WiFi (not their fault). The condo has had lots of upgrades. They were putting in new patio furniture when we arrived. Appliances were new as well. We were pleased with our stay. The condo was spacious but the second bedroom is small and doesn’t have a TV. Not really a big issue. The master is very large. We liked the two sinks in the master bathroom area. Nice beach towels too. The full sized washer and dryer were nice. The Sanddollar is a nice quiet area.

Our stay Aug. 15-22, 2020
Overall, our stay was good. However, I think a few things should be noted. 1. Only one key was provided, and the key is required to lock the door when leaving, not ideal with more than one person in the unit. 2. The sliding doors to the porch are next to impossible to open and close. You almost have to "lift" the entire door to get it to slide. So difficult that we ended up not using the porch at all. 3. The condo is dated and in need of some upgrades and repairs. The microwave front panel is broken, the laundry room doors are broken, the shower constantly drips, there is an ant problem in the kitchen. Granted, the price point is significantly less than some of the other properties in the area. With this being said, the view from the condo is great, the pool area and common areas are great, the proximity to the beach is great.

Wonderful time
Nice and quiet relaxing corner unit with great views of the gulf. Condo had everything we needed & plenty of towels and pillows. Easy parking And pool close to unit. Nice beach walk with convenient clean off stations. Was clean and comfy. Owner very responsive to questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location
Our first time staying in Sanibal and it won't be our last. This place is fully equipped with everything for a perfect beach vacation. The views are ocean perfect and stress free. Small cooler provided for beach drinks. Chairs and umbrella a plus! Kitchen is FULLY stocked for meal prep and with the COVID 19 precautions, it was good to prepare meals or order takeout. Close to many places. Property Manager was very quick to respond when needed. It didn't feel like a crowded resort, more like a family style atmosphere and I enjoyed that.

Excellent unit with breathtaking view! The screened in porch was the best. This condo is very well equipped with all beach items/towels you need. The kitchen is also very well stocked! Our only slight disappointment was that there was no TV in the second bedroom but we would definitely return to this beautiful condo!
