This beautiful home is located on 15th Street in the heart of Ship Bottom in Long Beach Island, NJ.

This home makes a wonderful weekly vacation rental retreat for you and your family.

The open concept design allows you to enjoy one another’s company whether in the living room, the kitchen or the living room (complete with comfy couches).

The central air conditioning will keep you cool when you want to spend time inside after a hot day at the beach.

When you want to take a quiet moment simply go upstairs and relax on the daybed and read a book or tap a nap.

When you get back from the beach simply step into the outside shower

Spend time together outside downstairs or enjoy a cool beverage on the upstairs deck

Enjoy all that is local as this home is located close to all of the great Restaurants that Ship Bottom has to offers such as Russo’s and The Arlington

When you want a little competition go play some mini-golf

Or visit the unique stores when you are in the mood for some retail therapy.

Three blocks to the beach and a short walk to the bay.

This home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, open kitchen/dining/living area for casual shore enjoyment and entertaining.

This home consists of a 23 x 5 wrap around Trex deck as well as custom paved driveway & walkway allowing up to 4 cars & street parking as well.

Perfect for the Price

The house was nice. We made a last minute decision to get to LBI. Great for walking down to Sunset Beach at night and not too far from beach. There was a cute area under house that we were able to hang out at night- especially when there was a little rain as it was covered and offered privacy with the lattice. Only dealt with realtor and she was very responsive. The description on VRBO could use updating as we were unsure of bedroom situation (bed number and sizes), but someone’s review was very descriptive so we knew what to bring!

Nice house, good location, bad check in process

Nice clean house 2 blocks from the beach on a busy street close to the police station. The realty company doesn’t return any phone calls and made me go to their office to grab a digital code. Text it to me, I’ve got beers calling my name! They charged me differently than what was stated on VRBO and we almost lost the house due to their lack of communication. If you have questions about the house to ask them, good luck! Lol Once we got there the house was nice, better than the pictures here show. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 twins and another with 3 twins. There’s also a daybed at the top of the stairs. Queen downstairs along with another bedroom with a full. Under the house was a nice area with table and Adirondack chairs that was a great hangout spot for us adults. Overall a fun trip!
