Upouusi koti Woods Pondissa Bridgtonissa, Maine. Rakennettu vuonna 2014, tämä koti on 5 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet ja suuri mudroom on 1. 5 hehtaarin ranta omaisuutta 175 jalkaa järven julkisivu. Kotona on huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset työtasot, kaasuliesi, ulkokalusteita ja epärealistiset järvinäkymät lähes kaikista huoneista. Koti voi majoittaa 3 perhettä (nukkuu 6 aikuista ja 6-8 lasta) viikon hiihdon tai rentoutumiseen. Loistava perhehotelli, Shawnee Peak, sijaitsee vain 5 minuutin päässä. Sunnuntai-joki ja North Conway ovat vain 25 kilometrin ajomatka tiellä.

Bridgtonin kaupungissa on monia viehättäviä kauppoja utelias vierailija ja useita uusia upeita ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Bridgtonin nykyaikainen elokuvateatteri on myös paikallinen ja vierailevien suosikki.

Another great stay!

Our second stay in this beautiful lake house was as good as the first! The house was clean, well stocked and super comfortable for our family of five. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and that both our stays were not in the summer.

Beautiful home and location

The pictures of the lake and property do not do justice for this beautiful home. The house was inviting, spacious, and very comfortable. The water views were stunning and the serene atmosphere was perfect for our get away. We had so much fun floating on the lily pad in the water! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!

The House is "just the right" size!

This lovely lake home is also "the perfect size" for many different size groups. We actually had not booked this home earlier because with 5 bedrooms it sounded too big for my 4 person family as we are keeping to "just us" as we navigate the pandemic. We were pleasantly surprised to find a home that is not only perfectly situated on a lake, and clean but also the "right size." There was plenty of space for us to work/study & play while not feeling lost in one of the McMansions we have experienced on VRBO before. The owners are easy to deal, house is clean and Woods Pond is beautiful. We highly recommend this home for groups of four or more.

Perfection in its waterfront form

Spent the weekend here with a group of friends and we can not speak more highly of the house. The owners are extremely communicative and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the trip is as enjoyable as possible. The house feels modern while still situating itself into the woods so that you feel one with nature. The pond (though in truth it is a lake in its size, that's must be part of the local secret that is woods 'pond') is perfect and the paddle board and various floats the owners provide are exactly what you need to have a perfect day in the sun. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a big group and everyone can sprawl out in the open concept living room and porch while still being included in the conversation throughout the main floor of the house. If you are looking for a lake getaway, congratulations, your search is over. This house will have you kicking yourself you didn't decide to make your vacation twice as long.

absolutely perfect!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving reunion. We couldn't believe how spacious and well appointed the entire house was. We loved the views of the lake and sitting around the cozy fireplace at night watching Christmas movies. There was plenty of room for cooking and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of fun memories and a great find in Bridgton!

Perfect weekend escape

We LOVED this house. Our family of 11 spent the weekend at the house and it was great. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Everything from the decor to the dishes makes you feel like you are at a lake house. The fire pit with nice chairs and the dock are great benefits. There is nothing like a campfire with a perfect moon over a quiet lake to clear your mind of work. If you are looking for a nice getaway, this is the place.

Amazing place for a vacation

We stayed here at the end of July 2017. Having rented 7 lake houses in Maine over the last several years, I've seen the spectrum of vacation lake rentals in Maine. This house was first and foremost, the cleanest, most well-kept house we have rented. I have rented several houses in the past where the owner clearly has a number of rental properties and never actually uses it themself. The result is a more run-down home that is not maintained well. This was thankfully not the case here. The owners of this house clearly take pride in the upkeep and appearance, and use it as their vacation home. They are readily accessible if any issues arise during the stay. We stayed here with a group of 8 adults. The layout was absolutely perfect for this arrangement. The main upper floor is an open floor plan with a big, modern kitchen, dining area, living room, deck, and screened in porch all open and connected. This allowed for everyone to be hanging out together a lot when inside, yet not feel like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms were laid out well, and the modern bathrooms were terrific. There is another living room area on the lower floor with TV and couches if anyone wanted to go do their own thing in the house. One of the most important parts of renting a lake house...the lake! Woods Pond (a 400 acre lake) is super clean and made for great swimming. It is a nice short walk down the back yard to the dock. If you have a boat, the dock is more than adequate for that. The owners had a floating inflatable anchored in the water that we could climb on and jump off. Much fun. We spent the vast majority of our time hanging on the dock and swimming in the lake. There are beach chairs provided for the dock, which was great. The house is located within 5 minutes of the grocery store, various restaurants, and everything else you may want nearby. You do need to dispose of your own trash, but the transfer station (dump) is literally down the street, so it couldn't be any easier than it was. We hope to rent this house again, because if we go somewhere else it will never hold up to this place.
