Papakea E407 valmistui äskettäin laajan, 200 000 dollarin + remodelin myötä joulukuussa 2017. Trooppisesti suunniteltu yksikköominaisuudet:

Uudet huonekalut (mukaan lukien lanai, joissa on korkeat baaripaikat optimaalisen merinäköalan vuoksi).
Uudistettu vieraskylpyhuone kilpikonna mosaiikki suihku, graniitti työtasot ja bambu kaapit.
Uudistettu kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri 3'6 ”x 5 tuuman suihku, jossa on valaiden mosaiikki ja graniitti. Uudet bambu-kaapit, joissa on antiikkisia kuparikahvoja ja graniitti työtasoja.
Uusi keittiö graniitti työtasot, bambu kaapit ja kaikki uudet laitteet.
Uusi lattia! Mango-puulattiat lattialla olohuoneessa, keittiö ja vieraskylpyhuone. Travertiini kuten keraaminen laatta kylpyhuoneessa ja trooppinen matto kaikissa makuuhuoneissa.
Ja enemmän… uudet Samsung-televisiot (55 tuuman kaareva Smart TV olohuoneessa ja 50 ”Smart TV makuuhuoneessa), bambuikkunat ja uudet vuodevaatteet. Myös 50 gallonan nopea talteenotto vedenlämmitin, uusi GE pesukone ja kuivaaja ja paljon muuta!
Tämä päivitetty yksikkö sisältää $ 20,000 + split ilmastointijärjestelmän; jokaisessa huoneessa on oma AC-yksikkö, mukaan lukien yläkerran parvi. Siinä on myös sävytetyt ikkunat ja kauko-ohjattavat kattotuulettimet valolla.

Tämä laite mahtuu mukavasti kymmeneen. Makuuhuoneessa on Cal-King-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös Cal-King-vuode. Yläkerrassa on myös parvi, jossa on queen-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Papakea Resort sijaitsee Pohjois-Ka'aanaplin rannalla, ja siinä on 11 hehtaarin vehreää maisemapaikaa, makean veden koi-lampia, 2 uima-allasta, 2 isoa poreallasta, 12 kaasun BBQ: tä, 2 viheriötä, 2 shuffleboard-kenttää ja 2 valaistua tenniskenttää, ilmaisia concierge-palvelut ja 24h-vastaanotto, jossa on runsaasti avointa pysäköintitilaa. Huoneisto sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä ravintoloista, ruokakaupasta ja kaupoista. Joka ilta tiki taskulamput syttyvät omaisuutta hieno Havaijin trooppinen tunnelma. On hiekkaranta vain muutaman askeleen päässä huoneisto. Rannan hiekkapitoisuus voi vaihdella olosuhteiden mukaan. Myös muita rantoja on kävelymatkan päässä, ja monet Mauin 10 parhaan rannan ovat vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä lomakeskuksesta.

Great value location

This place had such a great view, relaxing vibe, and location was convenient. Loved loved loved the views. Pool, hot tub, and grills are great. Communication with property management was great. Check in was a breeze. I would recommend the owner do a deep clean of the condo. When laying in bed you can see a layer of dust on the walls. I imagine this could be an issue with someone who has allergies. Overall the condo was clean but really needs a deep clean especially in those areas that you don’t clean on a regular basis.

Great Place, close to nice beaches

Yeah You! I am always on the fence when it comes to booking places based off pictures, but this place worked out great for us. Unit is looked to be upgraded to modern look, the view is nice from the balcony, Although it doesn't have a private beach, it does have water front access with great beaches within 5-10 minutes driving each direction. The unit was very clean, has great water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. The AC units kept the unit comfortable the entire stay. The unit has just about every pot and pan needed for cooking, which we did every day, eating out in Maui is really pricey for a family of 5, but just note, the pans are a little dated and not the easiest to cook on, I would recommend the owner upgrading some of the frying pans to non stick. Another note: Stop at Walmart or Target for groceries, you will save a a lot of money, the local stores are inflated! The unit has snorkel gear, boogie boards, and other fun beach items. The TV's are a bit tricky to use, but the instructions are detailed so this helped. I would recommend day passes at the Westin for a day or so, this will give you access to many activities and beaches as well as black rock you can jump off of. As far as public beaches, go to Fleming beach, it's very close with a lot of sea life, boogie boarding and not too crowded. Overall I would stay here again, we had a nice experience. Manawa Maikai!

Nice place

First My Perfect Stays were very responsive to our question. This place offered all the amenities needed…beach chairs, towels, all kitchen tools, and plenty of soaps for dishes and laundry! The location was super although the beach is only accessible via the “sister” condo next door. The actual condo probably needs a good over haul cleaning, including probably new carpeting. Maui is a wonderful and relaxing island!! Mahalo!

E407 has all the comforts of a fine home along with a resort that is in a class by itself. The view from the condo living room, lanai & master bedroom are fabulous ocean views. The split system HVAC allows each room to control its own temperatures plus the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for any type of meals desired. Location, Location Location!!

home away from home for Christmas!

Papakea was everything and more! We loved our stay- from check in- which was super smooth and easy, to the 5 nights we stayed. The place was clean, quiet and exactly how it was posted online. There were basic necessities ( beach towels, chairs, 2 coolers, umbrellas, salt , pepper, laundry pods that were available for our use) the amenities were great/ we loved the pool and jacuzzi right by the water. We spent our nights on the lawn chairs watching the sunset. We will be back papakea!

Gorgeous setting! Wonderful condo!

My family of four and my dad loved Papakea and our condo on the 4th floor! The accommodations were very nice, well kept place. The beds were super cozy, nice updated bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils and necessities we needed. We especially enjoyed our coffee and cocktails on the balcony with that million-dollar view! Very nice pools, and hot tub at the end of the day. The grounds are stunning and so well-maintained. We would absolutely return to this resort. It was hard to say goodbye.

Lovely unit in a lovely resort

This is a lovely Hawaiian style resort - by the ocean, has lovely flowers, fishponds, pools,hottubs, BBQ grills,but not massive or loud amenities like water slides. There is good beach access and there are many options nearby for dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our unit was recently updated, had a well-equipped kitchen, and nice features like AC, comfortable beds, lots of towels, a beautiful view, and many accessories for the beach and for kids.

Great family trip!!

Our accommodations were wonderful for our family of 9. We had originally scheduled this trip in 2020. What a joy to be able to take this trip now, and have this lovely place to stay. It was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old granddaughters, and it was perfect for us as well. This area has so much to do with very little driving. The beaches we visited were close by, and getting to Lahaina for more tourist activities was a breeze. The condo itself had plenty of beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs. Snorkel Bobs was a short walk away for our rental needs. We had the perfect vacation!! Thanks!!

Amazing family vacay!

Great location and wonderful property. Perfect for our family of 8. The unit was pretty well stocked for cooking. Loved the view and the grounds. There was a bit of an electrical issue with the fans and lights. If one bedroom turned the light on they all went on. The wiring needs to be checked. We would return with our 6 kids in the future.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our Maui vacation! Great location with grocery store, food trucks and restaurants nearby. Very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use and the beach was close by! Beautiful grounds! Would stay here again!!

Great stay!

We stayed in Papakea E407 and had a great time. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and there was space for everyone in our group of 8. The unit was well supplied with kitchen items, basic necessities, and even beach items (coolers, boogie boards, chairs). Parking was easy and plentiful. Location was great, with easy access to beaches, stores, and places to eat. The view was amazing and the grounds and unit were both well maintained. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Awesome Stay at Papakea E407

Our family of 10 stayed here April 9-16, 2022. We had some concerns about negative comments left by previous guests saying the resort is not kid friendly. We almost did not book it because of those comments. Let me assure you, our grands (2 boys age 13 and 2 girls age 10) thoroughly enjoyed this resort. They played tennis and pickle ball on the courts every day, as well as used the putting greens (and there are even 2 putters in the condo for your use) and the pool and hot tub. We never ran into anyone being negative towards children, so I am not sure where those comment came from. We did not experience any of that negativity. And the grounds are gorgeous! They are working on them constantly. It is such a beautiful place. As for the condo itself, WOW! That view from the patio is even better than pictured in the photos. We sat on the lanai and watched whales splash in the ocean every day, even being as late in whale season as it was. Unbelievably beautiful! The condo was well stocked. We did a Walmart grocery pickup near the airport after landing and purchases toilet paper and paper towels and laundry soap that we would not have had to buy. It was right there in the condo for us. The condo also has a few beach chairs and umbrellas and some boogie boards and beach toys. The kitchen had more than ample dishes and glasses and cooking utensils for the 10 of us. It also had some staples in the pantry like cooking spray and a few spices. That was a plus! We all really enjoyed this condo on this resort and would return in a heartbeat! The area was great, too. The Times Market grocery store is just a block away, as is the ABC store. We walked to Java Jazz in the same shopping center as the grocery store every evening for Shave Ice. One day we walked to Slappy Cakes for breakfast. Try the banana bread french toast. To die for! There are food trucks across the street that are open every evening from 5-9pm. We ate there one night and found lots of variety. Something for everyone. There is no beach at the resort. However, just a short walk across the little bridge gets you to sand and beach. Our granddaughters snorkeled there several times and had a blast. We went to Honolua Bay to snorkel the first day. It is very rocky and if you have anyone with a disability, they likely could not navigate it. But it is beautiful there. We enjoyed banana bread and fresh lemonade and apple bananas at the market across the street. I could go on and on. It was great

The room was very clean and just as advertised. We could see the ocean, Molokai, the pool and landscaping from our lanai. It's a great location, near kaanapali beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops.

Nice place, never felt crowded on the grounds

We were surprised that the beach wasn’t on property and that cabana only offered vending machine drinks
