The property got recently upgrade with contemporary furniture. You will enjoy the spacious 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuite), the pool and the spa (both can be heated against additional charge), and the nicely private pool deck with tropical trees. There is a big screen TV in the main lounge (wifi connected TV with cable but also with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime... that you can use with your own credentials). There are TV's in 3 other bedrooms (only the kids/twin bedroom does not have a TV). It's close to all main restaurants (2-5 min drive) and to the parks and supermarkets (Walmart: 7 min - Publix: 5 min drive). The perfect property to entertain both adults and children. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

We’re thrilled to host you at one of our beautiful vacation homes! To ensure your stay is as smooth, safe, and enjoyable as possible, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines below. These rules are designed to protect your comfort and the quality of your experience.

What to Expect Before Check-in:
After booking, you’ll receive a quick registration form to complete digitally.
We’ll ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify your reservation.
We also require a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card. This step helps us verify the card and ensure all details match the reservation.
A digital door code will be provided after verification is complete.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important House Rules:
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside any of our properties.
The home is for vacation use only — it cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team has the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card:
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
By VRBO, you agree to the cancellation policy as listed on your booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations
