The Playa Bonita complex has 24 hours security. The complex offers a beautiful in-ground pool (unheated), lounge chairs, tables and chairs inside the gated common areas. In addition, the complex has a dedicated space on the beach. They provide beach chairs and palapas on the beach, exclusively for Playa Bonita registered guests.

This beachfront condo is located in the first floor of the building and has a wonderful walk-out terrace that joins to the common area and pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, Fridge/Freezer, cooktop with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, Toaster, blender and anything that you would need to prepare and serve a meal. The tile kitchen counter offers additional seating with stools for 3 people.

Next to the kitchen you can enjoy your meals sitting your guests in the dining table with capacity for 4. For your entertainment there is a livingroom with a flat tv where you can watch a movie and relax. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the world famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the outdoor seating area just outside your living room.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with bedside tables, closet with mirror doors where you will find extra linens, towels and an electronic safe. It also has a tv, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a window with view to the pool. The En suite bathroom has a beautiful walk-in marble shower and marble counters.

All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the PVRPV concierge and / or the front desk at the time of check out.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge. 
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone  (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services

Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
