This newly refurbished home, just a short walk into the centre of Queenstown, provides the perfect spot to be close to all the action this vibrant town has to offer.

Ruru Retreat has two seperate living areas. The main open plan living and dining space is lake facing with large windows maximising the panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range. With a log fireplace it provides the ideal ambience to cozy up to in winter after a day spent skiing on the nearby fields.

The second living room with TV is an ideal space to keep the younger ones entertained.

Both of the bedrooms come with their en-suite bathroom making it a great option for two couples as well as a small family.

Ruru Retreat is super warm home in the winter, with all the modern amenities you would expect.

The Space:
There is plenty of space in this house for four people with two living areas and both bathrooms having their own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, or simply take a short walk into the centre of Queenstown and go out for a meal at one of the many great restaurants available.

The log fire heats up the house incredibly well, making it a super cosy place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The Neighborhood:
So close to town! Super easy flat walk to town from home. So many trails right at your fingertips.
Many mountain bike trails nearby. Location is amazing,

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located near downtown Queenstown , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 12 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
