Includes full kitchen (with Keurig & drip coffee maker) and living area, WIFI, 3 TVs, and elevator and 2 covered parking spots. Bed sizes include a king bed plus a daybed with a trundle in the primary bedroom, a king in the second bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Condo can occupy up to eight guests.
Guests must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer are provided in the condo for your convenience.
Cable tv goes to winter basic from 10/1 - 4/4. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
