The Space:
Discover this minimalist studio that is wonderfully furnished to ensure you will have a comfortable stay here in Dubai!

The queen-sized bed is fitted with fresh, crisp linens and an incredibly soft mattress to ensure a good night's sleep. Right next to it is a cozy couch where you can have a nice seat while watching your favourite shows on the cable-TV. A table and chair are also provided in the space, which you can utilize as a dining area or a workspace area.

The fully-equipped kitchen will be your friend if you want to make delicious meals for your loved ones. If cooking isn't you're style, you may order fast food deliveries which are located all over the place.

The studio apartment also comes with a balcony with outdoor furniture where you can have a nice seat - whether it be day or night!

And of course, we wouldn't forget all of your toiletry needs. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for the guests.

Guest Access:
Guests can access pool, gym, tennis court and parking is upon request.

The Neighborhood:
International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is now changed to the name Dubai Production City (DPC). It is a free zone that is built for media production companies in Dubai. It is right next to Dubai Sports City and near Discovery Gardens.

It is a quiet place where people can rest from the busy hubs in Dubai. If you appreciate solitude, IMPZ may just be the right place for you. Even if it is far from the city, it has supermarkets, restaurants, a mall (City Centre Me'aisem), bus stops, etc.

You can enjoy the sweetness of tranquility away from the busy world that bombards you with everything. This is a good way to relax away from work and anything that brings stress.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, frequent below and around the building to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem is also another option.

The property has easy access to Sports City, Motor City, Studio City, Production City, and the rest of Dubai.

City Centre Me'aisem, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants can be reached by walking.

If you want to go around Dubai without a taxi or a car, you can walk to the nearest bus stop which is only 4 minutes away. F34 Bus goes to the Dubai Cricket Stadium, Autodrome Stadium, Spinneys Supermarket, Mall of the Emirates, and more.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport are by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that there is an ongoing chilled water work scheduled from 1st December 2023 to 15th April 2024. Please be advised that during this period, the service provider will also be undertaking the removal and replacement of corridor ceiling tiles as part of the rectification process. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and request that you adopt precautionary measures as deemed necessary.
