Welcome to ETERNAL SUNSHINE!!! This gorgeous three-story newly remodeled home has 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, sleeps 22 guests and boasts 4,740 sq. ft. of living space with 800 sq. ft. of deck space. Find yourself awestruck once you see the the large 12 x 25 ft. pool located on the rear of the home — perfect for cooling off.

ETERNAL SUNSHINE is located in the quiet community of Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach. This home is centrally located to all that Destin has to offer from Crab Island to Seaside 30A and only a few minutes from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard and Sandestin Beach Resort Baytowne Wharf.

This pool area features a propane grill and ample lounge seating throughout. This home is an idyllic space for both fun and relaxation. "ETERNAL SUNSHINE" is the perfect home for your family to relax and unwind! Exquisite finishes include 2 kitchens with quartz countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and a large open floor plan designed to entertain and flow with the outdoor amenities.

A six seat golf cart and 4 bicycles come complimentary with this home.

There are 8 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas provided at the home as well green and white cabana beach towels.

The private gated beach access has both golf cart and vehicle parking available for guest use.

NO WEDDINGS OR OTHER EVENTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY OR THE COMMUNITY COMMON AREAS.

HOA RULES: Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, depending on size. There is no additional parking available in the neighborhood. Boats, trailers, and RVs may not be parked at this home. Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach per HOA.

Plenty of parking in the driveway. The only issue was the hot water didn’t seem to last sometimes. We would definitely consider staying again!

Gorgeous home
I couldn’t have imagined it any better. It’s just like the pictures but better. Spacious, clean, wonderful. Everyone had space to relax and do whatever they wanted. So many rooms, bathrooms, washer/dryers and areas to be comfortable and enjoy your time. We loved the screened in pool! Large pool for the whole family to enjoy. What a wonderful and beautiful neighborhood with a private entrance to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this house for our first time visiting Miramar Beach Florida and it exceeded all expectations. Location was great! House is beautiful and it was perfect for our family of 19.

Of years of travel, this location, by far, was the most pristine .. a quiet private beautiful community haven .. you really are unaware that you’re on the edge of a bustling city. Fantastic Beach House
Great house! Super clean, room for everyone and not on top of each other, loved separate bedrooms and kitchenette downstairs. It was perfect for our older kids. Very nice having a golf cart and beach wagon and chairs. Great communication with property management. Beach is a minute away by golf cart and maybe 10 if walking. Bikes were very convenient. Would definitely return and stay on this house. Cleanliness A++++
