Sangria Condominiums ovat yksi South Padre Islandin parhaiten varjeltuja salaisuuksia. Great stay

Close location to the Main Street. The beach is steps away and is great for walking. Nice people in the condo mgt and residents too. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location

This property met all of our expectations! Just steps to the beach.The kitchen is small, but you can see that in the pictures. It was just 2 of us, so this was not an issue. Easy to get around the island. We would stay here again!

Relaxing stay at quiet South Padre Island condo

Sangria is an older beachfront condo complex on the island so it lacks some of the flashier amenities of the new complexes. What it lacks, however, is completely made up by the quiet location, and beautiful landscaped grounds including a heated pool and hot tub (although it was not working during our stay). Communication with Stephanie, the owner, and Gina, the property manager, was easy and immediate. The condo has updated bathrooms, plenty of beach toys to use, a lovely balcony on the Gulf, very comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo with friendly neighbors

Since we arrived at night (after hours) and the peculiar layout of the parking lots and units, we had a hard time finding ours. The unit itself was fine with easy access to the beach and (being on the second floor) a good view of the beach. The kitchen is good for one person--a bit crowded for two. The real bonus was a community of folks that return to the Sangria every year. Built in camaraderie!

Beach bliss

I stay here every year for an annual girls trip with my sister and friend. We love the view from our condo and shopping! We always eat at Blackbeards, the Sea Ranch, and other at Pirates Landing in port Isabel across the bridge. A delightful place!

Loved it!

Beautiful property! You can't beat the view of the beach from the balcony. It is also a very short walk to the beach with a wooden plank pathway. If you have to haul a lot of beach gear with kids this is a plus. The condo is an older facility but very well maintained. It is small complex and great for families. The beds were super comfortable. Communication with Stephanie and Gina was very easy with prompt responses. There are games and beach toys for the kids including 3 boogie boards. We had a great stay!

Great Sunrise Views

We had a great stay in SPI. The condo was clean, welcoming & well equipped. Some chilly weather had us focused on restaraunt hopping & we sure found some good seafood! I recommend Sangria 209. Very nice condo!

Great Gem on South Padre!

We had a great stay here—and are planning our next visit. Short walk to beach, property manager and owner very accessible for questions. Our kids had a great time at the beach, and this property was wonderful to come back to at the end of a long day there.

Beach condo

My family and especially my grandkids enjoyed the beach. The condo was great, it had everything we needed. The thing I enjoyed the most that I was able to communicate with the owner and asked questions before and during our stay.

Ideal location

The condo was great. Perfect view of the beach, cozy, and lots of towels (that’s very important). The staff was so nice. I absolutely plan to stay here again.

One of the Best Views in SPI

Here it's really all about the gulf views. Easy access to the beach. Clean, refreshed bathrooms in the unit. Comfy beds and cold AC. Great kitchen for cooking - everything you need. Bring mosquito repellent for the SPI meanies. Plentiful parking, BBQ grills, nice pool, friendly porter and friendly people. Owner is very communicative and helpful.

Such a great home away!

My girlfriend and I spent 5 days and 4 nights here and it was lovely! Communication before our trip with Stephanie (owner) was excellent, navigating to the property was easy with her directions and check in was a breeze. The condo was super clean and I don't think you could find a better location in South Padre. 50 yards to the beach via private access meant we could spend all day at the beach, yet still come back to cool off at the condo for a big lunch and refill drinks. Stephanie checked in on us halfway through to see how we were liking it and if we needed anything (loving it and nope). Check out was as simple as could be. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible!

Great find on SPI!

Location is very convenient to activities and with smaller property, more room to spread out on beach. Condo has everything you need (current restrictions on using canopies on the beach left us totally exposed so very thankful for umbrella in guest closet!) and is very comfortable. It was a great stay!

Perfect for a small family!

We had a great stay at this cozy unit! It worked out perfect for our family of 4. The location is great and walking distance to a CVS in case any last min things are needed. You can also walk directly out to the beach from the grounds. The staff here are all so sweet! Especially Gilbert the maintenance/ grounds keeper! The unit has all the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boards for the kids to use. Kitchen had pots and pans to use. There is a filtered water and ice machine by the office for all guest to use which is a plus. Beds are comfortable and I’m so glad that pillows were not flat or hard. Both rooms had small fans which provided white noise which is a great little feature. All communication between Stephanie was great and she answered any questions we had. She was so helpful and friendly! We cannot wait to stay again!!

Nice and quiet get-away.

We were looking for an “old school”, low rise South Padre Island rental as we did not want to ride an elevator to get to the beach. We found it here. This is an older second story unit with easy beach access. The unit is impeccably clean and very well maintained. Comfortable beds, well provisioned kitchen with updated appliances, vaulted ceiling in the living room. Nice deck overlooking a manicured property with an ocean view. Peaceful and quiet. Secure parking. The owners were very helpful and responded almost immediately to any inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Travis and Stephanie were very conscientious hosts. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The kids were thrilled that tennis rackets and a basketball were available for our use and spent many hours playing. In addition, the newly remodeled bathrooms were a plus!

It's quaint, and there is plenty of space to enjoy whether it's the tennis court / basketball goal, or the lush beach front lawn. The onsite property manager, maintenance, and house keepers do an amazing job of caring for the property, and have been there for almost 30 years!
