Great spot in Surrey

This was the perfect spot for us to stay and make our home base as we spent time sight-seeing in the greater Vancouver area. Centrally located to many great restaurants, and shops. Easy to get around the area, with Google Maps.

Not the greatest

I was concerned with the posted stop work order. Then I was concerned with the towel racks that don’t stay in the wall and the fact that we had to wash dishes before we could use them.

My trip was cancelled by host 2 hours before arrival time.

Didn’t even get a chance to see the place because trip was cancelled by host due to damage done by people rented before. 2 hours before arrival time we received a email that sorry your booking is cancelled and you will get your refund in 15 days. More then 900$ I paid and I have to book another place right way and pay that much money again. I don’t know what people do if they have limit on credit card. Still I haven’t received my refund yet. My vacation start with frustration. We were driving for 11 hours with 2 dogs and before cancelling our booking host never thought about where we gonna spend night. Host was very bad with communication. I only received one reply from him since I booked this place. I messaged host multiple time but no response (no reply for general inquiries). After all these things I spend more then an hour calling VRBO admin team to ask them what kinda system they have. Vrbo team was able to keep us safe for one night and then we have to find the place to live for rest of the days. Just waiting for refund.

little great stay, excellent.

was a bit smaller than excpected but was very comfy and was a great place to stay. Had everything it was supposed to and very clean. We had a really great trip.

Tastefully renovated but living, dining, kitchen have no windows. Only 2 bedrooms have windows. One window is single pane, and difficult to open/close. Kitchen can use more equipment. Great location for traffic and shopping.

Very nice quaint little suite

Was a very nice basement suite. 2 queen beds, couch, and kitchen. Bathroom was quite small for a grown man and did not have any soap or shampoo. The wifi password was not listed in the suite on the rules/things to know list, but other than those two things it was a very nice stay.
