We spared no expense in renovating and furnishing this 3 bedroom 2 bath home for our primary residence. We are sure that you will find everything you want or need in this rental. From the soaring ceilings, arched door ways, fireplace, and large kitchen this home will impress. The large master suite features a spa like bathroom. There is a separate wet room with a luxury tub and shower. Sorry, the master walk in closet is not available to guests. Not to be out done, the second bathroom features a double sink and extra large walk in shower. Two secondary bedrooms are large with custom closet organizers. The outdoor space is the highlight with gorgeous mountain views, pool, hot tub, gas grill, firepit, large patio, and wrap around porch with ceiling fans. There is one space available in the oversized 2 car garage. Heating of pool and hot tub with surcharge.

Highly recommend this 5 STAR home!

A great location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with an awesome view of the Santa Rita mountains from the backyard. There are many recreational area nearby or a short drive to enjoy outdoor activities. This AMAZING home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with everything you’ll need. The bedrooms and all the furniture are very comfortable. We also enjoyed all the natural light the home offers. The outdoor space is perfect for grilling out or relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying the nice weather. Communication with our hosts was easy. They checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this beautiful home! A month in Heaven?

This was advertised as “Not Your Ordinary Green Valley Rental.” That was something of a misnomer, as it would have been better described as “An Extraordinary Retreat in Green Valley.” Because it truly was extraordinary. The neighborhood/location was great, but it was the home itself that made our month-long stay delightful – along with the thoughtfulness and provision of the hosts. The house is elegant and tastefully decorated, and every need has been provided for - down to the smallest detail (e.g. LOTS of coat hangers in the closets.) We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO’s and this was head and shoulders above anything we had previously experienced. A gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen with every appliance, utensil, and cookware that might be needed, multiple dining areas, and a spacious living room, plus a generous parking area in the garage. But the highlight is the backyard. Porch, Patio, Pool, and Pit (as in fire), with an unobstructed view of the Santa Rita Mountains and Mount Wrightson. Spectacular. Oh - and it didn't hurt that it didn't rain for the entire month we were there, with daily high temps in the 70's and 80's.

Our neighborhood is one of the best kept in all of Green Valley. This is due to the since of community and hard work of all our neighborhood volunteers. Even if you are just renting for a month, you will be impressed with the social activities and kindness of all the neighbors.

Soaring ceilings, oversized rooms, impressive bathrooms, private pool and hot tub, as well as gorgeous mountain views from large travertine patio make this a truly unique property.
