Casa 3BD su 6 acri di bosco a Cle Elum Washington con accesso diretto al fiume Yakima. Pavimenti in legno duro, stufa a legna. Due
le camere hanno accesso diretto ai bagni. Vasca idromassaggio e ampio soppalco / camera matrimoniale al piano superiore. Pozzo del fuoco all'esterno con piccolo ponte sul bordo del fiume. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Nel
l'estate è un piacere essere sull'orlo del fiume che scorre
attraverso la proprietà. Il fiume Yakima è l'unica attività di pesca alla trota Blue Ribbon nello Stato di Washington. A meno di due ore da Seattle, è diventata una delle destinazioni di pesca a mosca più popolari negli Stati Uniti occidentali.
La proprietà si trova nella parte superiore e supporta brookies, cutthroats e arcobaleni. Ai flussi inferiori, ci sono una serie di opportunità di guadare a poca distanza a piedi dalla proprietà.

In inverno, una passeggiata mattutina è matura per le racchette da neve. Vicino alla città di Roslyn, dove è stata girata la Northern Exposure. E attraverso l'autostrada senza pedaggio da Suncadia Resort.

Lovely, clean and comfortable

We absolutely enjoyed our visit! The multiple plants/herb garden were an absolute joy, as were the comfortable beds and stocked kitchen. The only change I would make it the key lock...somewhat awkward. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful property.

Tranquility

Our stay, as always was wonderful. It’s peaceful and private and lots of space to walk and explore. Always clean and dog friendly. We have stayed in every bed in the house and all are very comfortable. The house is super roomy and accommodates large dinner gatherings. This visit, we had a tiny frog living on the back deck that we enjoyed keeping an eye on and deer passed through one evening. The owners are super reachable and accommodating! Love the place!

Beautiful Yakima River House

Giant house with big open floor plan, very clean, fully stocked with extra touch amenities inside and out. Terrific kitchen. Lovely forest scene on quiet gravel road. Peaceful sitting deck by the river was a favorite, as well as the swings. Tiny path for water access (better for a dog than a person) Overall, a tranquil spot that was very comfortable for three adults, one teen and two dogs. (The Lab particularly enjoyed the access to the river.) The week we stayed was very hot. The owners suggested we keep the windows closed during the day, and then open them at night for cooling. I was a bit skeptical, but it certainly worked. I was amazed how cool the house was without air-conditioning.) This was a lovely house with beautiful grounds, and we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property

The cabin is very nice. Great deck for hanging out by the river. Nice fire pit to enjoy your evening. Glenn and Heather are top notch hosts.

Excellent property, beautiful setting on the Yakima River. Quiet and peaceful.

Heather/Glenn we’re very responsive to questions. Suggest they stock wine glasses or mention on the listing to bring your own. Also, TV sound bar was not functioning. These were minor things. Otherwise, highly recommend. We would rent again.

Peace and quiet 1 hr 13 min fro the city

Everything about this property is Perfect! The home is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The river is beautiful and just a few steps away. You will not see or hear anyone at this property. Our dogs were able to just be outside and explore. It’s also a close drive to Cle Elum if you need supplies. The instructions for everything were detailed and made everything very easy. Highly highly recommend!

World class river lodge retreat

House is beautiful and immaculate. Great room is huge and inspiring. Bedrooms are comfortable. Only heads ups: gravel road down from main access road is a mile or two. Start up and set up for renter stay is a bit complex yet fully appropriate for security and energy/water use. Will recommend and hope to stay again. The river frontage is as good as it gets!!

Wonderful riverside cabin.

We had a terrific three night getaway. The river was clear and low and the proximity to Cle Elum was perfect to be able to get groceries but the cabin is quite private and peaceful.

Great Getaway

We had a great time! The property is just as we expected. Lovely, spacious, and peaceful. We wish there were more hot water to take advantage of the luxury tub. There really is only enough for one bath per night, so make everyone shower first and share the water. Great space!

Wonderful Getaway

Our family had a magical and snowy getaway! The owners, Glenn and Heather, went above and beyond during our stay. The heat and hot water had been turned on when we arrived, and there was plenty of wood for the woodstove and some fire starters so we could get a cozy fire going. The house was super clean (because of COVID we wipe everything down, and our wipes were still all white when we were finished). WiFi worked seamlessly, and we had six devices plugged into the network (including cell phones). Glenn and Heather sent a message right before we arrived to let us know that everything was ready for our arrival. They were quick to respond whenever we sent them a message. Messages were only about snow and road conditions. They had the driveway plowed. Once the lass reopened, they came by to drop off more fire starters and to do some extra shoveling so that it would be easier for us to get in and out of their drive. Again, truly above and beyond! We are already looking forward to staying again! Thank you!

Great Getaway

We very much enjoyed our weekend get away. The property and house exceeded our expectations. The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and my daughter and I very much enjoyed using the jetted tub after a day of snowmobiling. There was plenty of snow on the property so we didn't have to go far to use our snowshoes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!

We had a great stay at this property. Heather and Glenn were extremely helpful. Easy check in and check out. The cabin/house is beautiful with lofted ceilings and lots of windows. We were there three nights during a winter storm and had no trouble getting in and out of the property. They do a good job keeping the road into the area plowed and sanded. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need and the master suite in the loft upstairs is amazing. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

A very cozy, pleasant stay in a lovely house in the woods.

We really enjoyed our mountain getaway in this lovely home. The home is very secluded and quiet - just what we wanted. We were craving some time in the woods and our stay satisfied that itch. It was also lovely to be right on the Yakima River. The house itself is lovely - very clean and well set up for guests. We felt right at home.

A nice quiet place

A nice, clean house in a very quiet location. It has a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and a great TV+Sound system. Unfortunately, the WiFi router didn’t work well when more than 4 devices were connected to it: we had to disconnect devices we stopped using in order to get other devices connected.

Great Cle Elum home in the woods on the Yakima river.

Very nice house in beautiful wooded area along the Yakima river. The house was very clean and well maintained. The property is nestled in the woods and the access to the river would please any fly fishers and we were treated by a visit of several deer roaming through the property as well. My family and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book here again in the future.

Wonderful Spot on the River

As a family living in a covid bubble, it was hard to find an isolated spot that met our needs. This property was 6 acres of perfection! We did mini-floats down the river (Sept was a friendly depth/current), rode bikes up and down the private lane, enjoyed the master bath jet tub, and walked our dogs freely around the property. The kitchen had plenty of cookware/utensils, BBQ worked great, and house was clean and spacious. Please note that the master bedroom is in a large loft so sound will carry up from downstairs. The wifi was acceptable but not strong so plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again!

Secluded 6 acre riverfront retreat. 1.5 hour drive from downtown Seattle. 10 minutes from City of Cle Elum and 15 minutes from Suncadia Resort. The house has great insulation for hot summer days, hidden in the trees. And provides a perfect landscape for snow. It's the best of all worlds. The Yakima river has so much to offer from fly fishing to sitting by the rivers edge. There is a trail that can be taken down the street, through the woods on to a lovely rock beach, back over the island to the property.

Fully stocked kitchen, open air, loft master suite with jetted tub. Two additional bedrooms, one adjoins a bathroom. Dining table seats 6 and a good size island with chairs for food prep and chatting.
Two decks, one off the kitchen and one at the rivers edge. Large wooded yard space with outdoor fire pit. Close to Roslyn and town of Cle Elum.
