Questa affascinante casa può ospitare comodamente da sei a otto persone (PER FAVORE NOTA: MASSIMO 6 ADULTI) in tre camere da letto, oltre a un soppalco (per bambini dai 6 ai 10 anni), e ha tutti i comfort previsti per una vacanza indimenticabile. Cuscini, coperte e trapunte sono forniti. (È necessario portare le proprie lenzuola e asciugamani.) Cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a colori di grandi dimensioni con DVD / videoregistratore e TV a noleggio e Internet.

Oltre al riscaldamento centralizzato, c'è il fascino aggiunto di un camino a legna indipendente. Il grande ponte con barbecue offre un bellissimo ambiente privato per mangiare o prendere il sole. C'è una bella vista filtrata, attraverso i molti alti pini, del lago con lo sfondo della montagna oltre. (Non guardare fuori su altre case.)

Ambiente molto privato su un ampio angolo, con area giochi di grandi dimensioni, tra cui campo da badminton e fossa a ferro di cavallo. Il lungo vialetto è abbastanza grande per due auto e una barca / rimorchio.

Affittiamo la nostra casa per soggiorni settimanali / week-end e non offriamo noleggi sci di 3-4 mesi.

Peaceful home environment

We were looking to get away from the busy world. To stop and enjoy the little things. This cabin was perfect for a quiet get away. I truly enjoyed the home environment it provided. Small enough for two, but can accommodate a big family. Hope to visit again soon.

Great old-school Tahoe cabin!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin for 5 nights in April'25. The property was clean, well equipped, and in good working order, as described. Ample sleeping accommodations, though you must bring your own linens and towels. To my knowledge, the neighborhood does not have its own HOA beach across the highway on the lake side; however many nice (at least during the off season) public beaches are within a few miles. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and responsive.

Great Place

This cabin is awesome. It is in a quiet location, but still close to town. Also, Bud & Betsy are great to work with... We would stay here again!

Great Family Fun

Great location and a fun place for a family. The house needs a little tender loving care to handle some maintenance issues. Beyond that we really enjoyed the stay.

Nice Property

Cozy Rustic Cabin

We loved our stay here. Loft area was great for our grand-daughter and the outside deck and yard were awesome! Bud sent us all the info/details regarding the cabin and was available if we needed anything. Thanks so much.... we had a great time!

Lake Tahoe mini stay

We had a great time. We only had a couple days while visiting family. It's been over 30 years since I spent a winter at Tahoe. The neighborhood we stayed in was quiet. The roads are steep and narrow, but were clear, so access was easy. The cabin was clean and worked well for us.

Great accommodations, beware of ice

This was a perfect house for a weekend getaway with my partner. The house is up a hill that was not completely plowed and we did have considerable trouble without four wheel drive.

Wonderful Carnelian Bay home

We stayed at this cabin for 2 weeks & things went very smoothly. The house served all of our needs, and the neighborhood was so quiet. Finding the right pet friendly rental can be a challenge, and this home not only made us feel at ease but our Dogs were at ease as well. Everyone was comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Working with Bud was a pleasure. We hope to be back again !

Outstanding

Extremely comfortable and relaxing cabin in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The owners very attentive. One of the few times on a trip that I truly did not want to leave. Morning coffee on the back deck was a highlight for me each day. I was torn to stay at the cabin and relax vs. tour the beautiful town of Tahoe. We will be back!! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Phillips for sharing your wonderful cabin

Wonderful stay

We really loved staying at bud and betsy's house in Carnelian Bay. The neighborhood is lovely and super quiet, very close to the lake and the main road which takes you around the lake. Literally everything you need is within ten minutes. We explored all day and then enjoyed evenings by the fire. Our dogs had a great time running in the yard. The house had everything we needed- and we would have stayed longer if we could! Definitely will be back. Thanks so much.

Tahoe Family Getaway

One level older home with everything you need - 2 baths were a plus for us five. Comfortable family area with good TV, plenty space at the dining table. Nice, updated kitchen, wood fireplace, and large deck out back if it's warm enough, ha. No neighbors on top or close beside you. Just don't forget to note you need to bring your own sheets, towels, etc, and there is no laundry facility on the premises. Easy to find, plenty parking for couple vehicles. Not a place to walk or ride a bike without a steep roadway on a hillside, but a short drive to any store, restaurant, and several public beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Great budget rental

The house was fine for our needs. If there was a lot of snow, the driveway could be difficult, as it is long narrow and unpaved. Thankfully we didn’t have this problem. Also, if you are planning to do cooking, be aware there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. The wood burning fireplace was very cozy and there was plenty of wood and plenty of space for 6 people.

Cozy Cabin

Our family of 5 adults and two children under the age of 4 spent an entire week at this cabin. It is in a great location for evening walks and is in a very quiet location for enjoying the back deck. Our grandson rode his strider bike up and down the streets as we enjoyed walking our dogs. We only used the three bedrooms on the main floor, but the loft looked to be very roomy with two twin beds. There were plenty of kitchen items to assist us in creating a lot of our meals at home. There is a large tv in the living room with a couch to fit most of us. The dining table sits six comfortably with additional chairs available. We would stay here again in the future.

Family Time Fun

Bud and Betsy, Many Thanks for the use of your home as our 'base' for our trip to explore Lake Tahoe. We truly felt at home there. Great Location--close to everything that we wanted to see (1/2 way between 2 little towns, close to many hiking/biking trails/and close to lake). We loved the city and all that it had to offer our family (as this was the first time in Tahoe). So much to do there for us---we look forward to coming again (or visiting in the winter to try out the winter activities)! Thank you, also, for working with us with the postal situation/key. You were terrific and so accommodating! We appreciated your hospitality, as well, when we stopped in to pick up the key! You went above and beyond for us. Great find in Tahoe

Overall very happy with our stay. Just a few minor quirks... no linens and no washing facilities (but that's clearly stated upfront); no A/C (fortunately it's usually not needed since we're usually out and about); The ladder to the loft is painful to step on since the steps on the ladder aren't flat but circular. The kids decided not to sleep there anyway because they were afraid of the spiders on the ceiling. There's also a lamp up there, but I couldn't locate any socket to plug it in. That said, these are minor things. Check-in was a breeze, and the owners were very communicative. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishware and spices. Neighborhood was peaceful, with lots of trees, and well-located for all the North Lake Tahoe activities. It's the first time we've stayed on the North side of the lake, and there's a lot to do nearby. Four days was not enough. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Escape from the City

This location provided a perfect escape from city life for my extended family: 4 generations, one cozy cabin, snow, games, baking cupcakes in the kitchen, and lounging by the fireplace.

Clean comfortable cabin

Had a great time. The cabin was the cleanest cabin we had ever rented. Very good location between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Nice restaurants in the area and shopping. Would stay there again. Only complaint was an out dated tv.
