Lovely, ocean front, 2 bedroom cottage, located at the top of a large, one acre+, mostly treed lot. The acre is shared with only a small house which sits at the bottom of the lot.
Access is direct off "the old Island Hw". Your private concrete parking pad is reserved exclusively for you and located behind a set of rolling double gate doors for added privacy and security. Out of your car and into the front door!
When you are not on the propertie's secluded beach collecting sea shells, sitting by the fire, watching the sun set, taking long beach walks and watching the eagles this oceanfront getaway will be your home base from which you can easily explore Canada's Vancouver island and the adjacent islands. Located center island, just 15 minutes from Parksville. Comox is up island about 40 minutes and Naniamo down island about 40 minutes. Both of these cities feature all the shopping and services including .. of course... costco. Its summer! Explore. Enjoy the beaches. Kick back a little

Questo cottage si trova a Qualicum Beach e vanta una posizione strategica in campagna e sulla spiaggia. Arrowsmith Golf and Country Club e Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf Club sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. A livello naturalistico, invece, spiccano Rosewall Creek Provincial Park e Bowser Ecological Reserve. Anche The Vintage Candy Shop e Cardboard House Bakery meritano una visita. This is a quaint, clean self contained 2 bedroom oceanfront cottage on Vancouver Island. You will create beach memories that will be treasured. Seals, otters, eagles, starfish, crabs, oysters... It is a hidden gem, on the ocean, and it is my pleasure to make it available to folks who are looking for a unforgetable, peaceful holiday experience on Vancouver island. It is easily accessible but secluded. It is centrally located, just off the old Island Hw and only15 minutes from Parksville, or 30 or 40 minutes from Comox and Nanaimo, both major shopping cities on the island . You can relax on the beach or explore all of Vancouver island and/or the neighbouring islands from your Beach front cottage.
