Great get away!

We book a lot using the VRBO app and are rarely disappointed. This stay was perfect for what we needed it for, our little girls 9th birthday. We enjoyed the cabin very much. I would suggest changing the blinding lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms to something less bright. Other than that our stay was perfect and in a great location. We will be returning!

Clean and Convenient

Property owner was great to work with . Great space for all of our family. The upstairs loft was great for keeping the children entertained while the grown ups relaxed downstairs. We enjoyed having both bedrooms downstairs.

Not fully equipped

Property was beautiful, area and location were great. However, there were a few things that were an inconvenience. Little to no pots, pans, tupperware. No blender which I bought myself. No grilling utensils whatsoever (bought some ourselves, again). And the grill was absolutely horrible from top to bottom. Table on the deck is too big and can hardly sit the people around comfortably. Lastly, fireplace works...but not the lights in it. So, other than that....cabin is very nice.

Nice cabin, a little dated but very well maintained.

We had a very nice time at the Smoky Mountain Escape cabin. The cabin is well furnished and apportioned for our family of 5. It is near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is only 15 minutes away. The park is about 30 minutes away. The views from the back are not of mountains but of a stream and a flat countryside. There is also a road in the distance. Not ideal if you are looking for mountain views but otherwise excellent. We did not use the hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. There was plenty of room for parking up to 3 cars. For what we were looking for, this was ideal.

Great cabin!

The cabin was a great spot for us to spend mid winter break. Kids loved the loft! It’s was like their own little getaway area! The indoor pool just down the road was great as well! Once we got used to the area with the roads we ventured out and about and found many great stores and things to do not far from the cabin. It really was a great time.

Perfect

Perfect location, cabin was very cozy and clean. Just wish they would have provided more toilet paper. 2 rolls was just not enough for all of us. Everything else was great.

We had a great time.

The cabin was gorgeous and the owners were nice and very responsive. I would definitely book with them again. My only suggestion is that you communicate with the owners to find out how to get to all of the property amenities. We never found the indoor pool or putt putt area. A property map would be nice. But there was so much else to do in town and in the cabin that we didn’t really miss it. My kids had a ball in the hot tub.

Grandkids Fall Break

We made some amazing memories with the grandkids and our daughter in law. The cabin was perfect and we had a great time. They loved both pools and the game room was a plus. It was a great location to all the beach places we enjoyed.

Great experience!

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was a great one! The owner, Robert was great. I had communicated a few things with him and he answered immediately. Beautiful cabin and very clean. My kids loved it and we had the comfort of feeling like we were home instead of being in a hotel. I highly recommend this cabin!

Overall was very spacious for our family. Had everything needed to enjoy our stay comfortably!

There were a few maintenance issues, nothing major. A/c Filter was way beyond needing to be changed. Refrigerator was not cooling when we arrived , but was checked immediately and was fine thereafter. Sofa beds, not so comfy, but ok for kids. Globe over pool table was broken as well. Scenery on back porch is a little deceiving from photos. And definitely need to have more garbage disposal area. Had no where to put trash. Minor issues!! We enjoyed our stay there overall!!

Good time but a few issues

This was the first time all of my cousins got together so we would have had a great time anywhere. There were a few disappointments with the property however. When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working. There wasn't any kind of information to contact the owner but we did find a number for the property maintenance. We called and they could also not reach the owner. They did have someone come out around 10:30pm and he was able to get the air conditioning working. Yay! The entire time we were there, the lights either wouldn't turn on or flickered. Bedding was ripped and although I think the place had been cleaned, there were still wrappers and other trash behind some doors. There were only 2 trash bags so we easily ran out and used our shopping bags for the last couple of days for trash. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper which also ran out quickly. Typically there is some sort of book with information about the property, instructions on what to do when leaving, etc.. But there was not one here. Never heard from the owner to follow up on the air conditioning. Would I take this trip again? Yep. Would I recommend this property? Nope.

We enjoyed the cabin very much

The cabin was just the right size with nice amenities for our group of 7. We were disappointed with the advertised availability of a mini golf course and indoor pool since it was the very reason we chose this location. There are lots of other homes in the area that would have provided the same conveniences and room, but we chose this for its outdoor and indoor facilities. I recommend the cabin and its niceties for sure, but would prefer getting updated information about the availability of activities. Thanks for the good communication otherwise!

Great stay!

The cabin was great and had a everything we needed for 8 people. The noise from the loft game area did carry quite loudly to the bedrooms where we had a sleeping baby but she slept through it! Also could use some updated cooking pans but overall a great cabin and great location! The hot tub looks small in the picture but it is perfect.

The Cabin was beautiful!

We loved the Cabin and Robert was super easy to work with. The only downfall was that the hot tub was down while we were there. However I told Robert and he had someone there as quickly as possible. We will definitely stay there again!
