Perfect!

We loved our stay! Paul was a wonderful host. He gave us so much helpful advice! The house was perfect for our time in Hawaii! We loved that they had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc available to use! Would definitely book again!

40th BD Celebration

We had a great stay. The house has a great layout for a big gathering and so well stocked for all ages and activities. Just wished we had more time to enjoy all the property had to offer like the hot tub and beach club

Absolute Paradise

This property is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid and the shops. The beach club and pool is great for kids. The condo had all of the amenities and more that you could need.

Beautiful & quiet location

The condo in The Fairways of Mauna Lani is a beautiful and quiet location. The condo itself is nice and was clean, for the most part. The host has a well-stocked kitchen and recreation closet. The large cooler was helpful when the refrigerator began to fail! There was a lot of anxiety when we discovered the fridge was not working correctly as we had food for meals. The owner was readily available via the VRBO messaging. The next day he had a repairman that came out and told us it was "toast". The owner was finally able to purchase a new fridge and had it delivered the following day. We were without a working fridge for almost 2 full days. Obviously a fridge that dies is something that just happens so no blame on the owner and he did manage to get one in and save the rest of our vacation. We did have a workman show up the first night we arrived to work on the blinds covering the two sliding doors. He semi got them fixed, we just didn't raise the one in the bedroom again and kept the one in the living room open as we used that door frequently. The condo shows some wear and tear and the blinds are definitely one of those items that should be replaced. Might be time for a new coat of paint as some walls were smudgy. Many furniture items showed a lot of wear and tear too. All in all my family was happy with the place, and it was great to have a pack n play & high chair. The pool is beautiful and the private beach is the best.

Fantastic home

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It is so roomy and beautiful. It is beyond well stocked. The beach closet is amazing with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkels…in short everything and more you need. The complex is wonderful; quiet and well maintained with a great pool and hot tub. The host’s communication was timely, clear and comprehensive. We loved this home and highly recommend it.

Blowing into our 60’s like a hurricane!

We had chosen this location because of its proximity to the beach, the pool, and the local food store. It was a gathering of 6 Hawai’i raised friends from high school celebrating our 60th. It was the absolute best experience even though the weather was extreme due to the tropical storm. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, hung out in the great dining and living room and slept well in the beds. We would all highly recommend this place for family and friend gatherings. The hot tub was an added bonus in the pouring rain!

Our family of five had space to spread out in this large two story resort lodging. We loved the small backyard space for lounging. Gorgeous trees dropping wonderful flowers around the property. Fantastic pool.

Super nice

Lots of supplies, nice high end place to stay. Owners nice and easy to deal with, had absolutely no problems. Great area, quiet community. Great if you want to get away from the rat race but still be close to amenities.

Very comfortable and convenient

The condo was well appointed and equipped with a comfortable and spacious master bedroom. The full-sized kitchen had condiments and spices for use. The patio was quite private, shielded with a tall bamboo hedge. However, that also made it feel a bit hemmed in with no view of grounds or scenery. The tree canopy attracted lots of birds for viewing from the patio, which was nice. I wish the patio grill was in better working order and there wasn’t an additional $25 cleaning charge for its use. The hotel nearby offered an outdoor bar from which to view the fabulous sunsets. The private beach club was great! The Pool just steps away from the condo was beautiful!

Amazing Place To Stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip to the Big Island! The fact that you have a pool within arms distance and access to two private beaches we couldn’t have asked for anything better! We never really had to leave our area - except for shave ice at the Original Big Island Shave Ice, Co! The home was clean, welcoming, and had many amenities in home that made the stay feel as if we were home. Owners were very communicative and provided us details for the stay that were extremely helpful in planning. We hope to be back again soon - THANK YOU!

Christmas with family on the Big Island

Great stay at the Fairways with lots of room, great access to the pool - steps away; a short drive to the beach club, groceries, Fairmont Orchid and Auberge Resort - we were truly in the sweet spot of the Mauna Lani/Waikoloa area. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a day at the beach which made packing a breeze. Daily walks into grab a coffee, lunch or a few small groceries was no more than 8-10 minutes - just don’t forget to bring your own bags, as the island is plastic free. Communication with Paul was fast and courteous - lots of help with restaurant recommendations too! We will definitely stay again!

Fabulous stay at Fairway Villas #15

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed this home over Thanksgiving week. Plenty of space and lots of toys (cooler, noodles, chairs)…to make the trip easier. Very private lanai and bbq worked great! House is very well equipped with Vitamix, rice cooker and a huge TV. Location is close to the pool. We would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your very lovely home.

Great Unit in a Great Location

We have stayed in this wonderful complex before and this unit was absolutely perfect. The living area has a great feel and is big enough for a family of five to relax. The bedrooms are good sized and everything was as described. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect home away from home

The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were all super comfortable, and we enjoyed having ceiling fans and stand fans in each bedroom. The front closet was fully stocked with snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach toys and more. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans, spices and utensils to cook meals, if you choose.

Lovely trip

We have stayed in a wide variety of vacation rentals over the years, and this is definitely one of the best! Pictures do not do it justice… the condo is spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly well stocked. The property owner was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and never crowded. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay again in the future.

We are from the Chicago area. We split our retirement time between Chicago, Walnut Creek in the East Bay and here on the Big Island.

We walk to world class resorts, shopping and dinning and live in a lovely park like setting just steps to the pool but far enough away that we don't hear others having fun.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our Windows and Lanai are surrounded by a wall of baby palm trees that filter the light coming in and at the same time provide privacy. Just past the palms is a three acre park like setting with beautiful flowers on a tree lined path that leads to the pool and to the hot tube. We are close to the pool but never hear the pool activities as the pool is blocked by other units in our building.

Access to our gated private beach club is included with your stay and is only a short ten minute drive. Here you will find a white sand beach in a protected cove ideal for Children. Lots

There are lots of beach chairs and even some cabanas that are assigned daily on a first come first serve basis. Bring a picnic lunch or dine in the private on site restaurant with world class views serving fresh island meals at reasonable cost.

There is a beach house where you can rent bigger beach toys; surf boards, stand up paddle boards and kayaks. (Instructions Included) There is also a concession that arranges dive tours that leave from our beach.

While you are at the beach club be sure to wander back a few steps to the paths that wind through the fresh water ponds and gardens leading to the secluded beaches and the beautiful Mauna Lani Hotel
with its fine restaurants and world class gardens.

If you would play tennis you start your day with a low cost tennis clinic at the Fairmont Orchid. To make arrangements call the hotel ask for the tennis provilian or stop over and ask for Rudy and tell him you are friends with Sue Ann from Chicago. Rudy also has Bikes for rent.

There are free Polynesian shows nearby. Monday and Thursday offer authentic productions featuring local dance companies at the mall in back of the foodland. Thursdays feature the dangerous fire dance as well as Hula performed by local dance clubs. Times are posted at the foodland and do change from time to time.
