This elegant second-floor condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The Space:

Primary Bedroom: This private sanctuary features a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom is a luxurious retreat, boasting a relaxing soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks, providing ample space and convenience.



Second Bedroom: This cozy retreat offers a queen-size bed, providing a comfortable space for relaxation.



Third Bedroom: Two twin size beds, this room is ideal for guests or family members, offering a comfortable and inviting space.



Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom is a luxurious en-suite, providing a private and relaxing space.



Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with beautiful granite countertops, providing a stylish and functional space for meal preparation. The Neighborhood:

The Palm Villas at Mauna Lani is located in the middle of the world famous Mauna Lani Resort. Situated between the north golf course on one side and the archeological preserve on the other, yet within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, the Palm Villas provides both quiet privacy and accessibility.

25 min leisurely drive to Kona International Airport (23 miles)

Mauna Lani Beach Club & Palm Villas

As a guest of Palm Villas, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club offers fantastic snorkeling, complimentary chaise lounges, restrooms, and showers, along with convenient, private guest parking. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are also available to rent on-site.



There is an exercise room within the Palm Villas as well as a pool and hot tub that are available for your use. You can visit and use the Mauna Lani Fitness and racquet club for additional fees.



The Beach Club is also home to Napua Restaurant, which serves lunch daily and offers a gorgeous oceanfront setting. Napua closes at 4:00 p.m. and then reopens at 5:00 p.m. as an upscale, white-tablecloth restaurant for dinner. Napua is open to the public for dinner (not just Beach Club guests), and reservations are highly recommended.



Palm Villas is a small, luxury gated community in the heart of Mauna Lani, offering a peaceful, tropical setting for your stay.



There is one assigned parking spot per unit. A parking placard will be provided for a second vehicle.



Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and sand toys for your use.



This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.

We loved this unit. Everything was perfect. Trudy our contact was so helpful and answered every question so fast. We loved the unit and Trudy. We loved the layout, how everything we needed was there for cooking and easy to find. It was so clean. The pool area is fabulous and we love walking to the ancient fish ponds. We enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice and quiet and we were right across the street from a warm pool and hot tub surrounded by lush greenery.The villa was plenty big for 5 of us. We barbecued a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked and we would have our morning coffee or evening cocktail out on the lanai.There are shops nearby with a grocery store and we would get a morning coffee and some poke at the store.The management company, Lanai Realty was very easy to work with and communicated efficiently and quickly with us. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and made the stay flawlessly easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed here for 2 weeks and were very impressed with this property! It’s very quiet and clean you can walk or drive to a great snorkelling beach. Close to everything you need to see. Overall a great holiday.

Fantastic fun place to stay, very comfortable. The easy beach access - short drive - was wonderful, and the beach was perfect! A beautiful way to while away the day, with a lovely restaurant and beautiful walks. Due to some confusion, all on our part, about the booking we had to switch condos in the middle of our stay, but Meredith and Brian and the whole staff couldn't have been nicer and made everything so easy. We can't wait to come back!

Great Location!

We loved the location. It was private and yet close to a fantastic private access beach. The snorkeling at the Muana Lani Beach Club is worth staying alone. Of course, a full functioning, well stocked kitchen made life easier and less expensive. We will keep this property in mind for future trips. Thanks to the owners for the use of the property.

Fabulous stay in Mauna Lani

Perfect stay! Everything was so nice and clean and the condo had everything our family needed. So close to the pool which was a big hit with our younger kids! We never felt like our kids bothered anyone there which was so nice after reading some of the reviews and have 4 kids 9 and under. The snorkeling at beach club was sensational and a perfect spot for young children to swim! We will be visiting again really soon! Thank you!

Condo was clean as a whistle and most comfortable, resort was well maintained with a nice walking trail, convenient to beaches, dining, etc. Terrific community pool with spa about 50 yards away. Manager communication excellent, all in all wd recommend warmly.

Lovely stay

We came for the Mauna Lani beach where we enjoy snorkeling and being able to access it when the public parking lot was full was appealing. What we did not expect is a lovely view over the archeological field to glimpses of the ocean beyond. It is a relatively private feeling condo and generally well equipped. The swimming pool area was very pleasant as well

We loved our stay! The property was very clean and perfect size for 4 adults & 2 teens. We loved the pool for those cloudy days not at the beach. Property contact person was very fast to answer any questions we had. Beach club access was convenient for those days we wanted to stay nearby. Would definitely return!

Nice set up. Great location

Very well furnished and equipped. Great location for easy walk to trails, beach , shops. Nice lava fields private view. We had 2 adult couples and 11 year old grandson. Plenty of room The only suggestions are to get more lights/ lamps in bedrooms, bathroom door privacy, and fix older ceiling fans and vents.

The apartment was in a great secluded location around luxury resorts and was not crowded like in Kona or Hilo. It was close to lots of kid-friendly beaches and we loved having easy access to the Mauna Lani beach club beach. The property was decent but a little dated ... Would be excellent with a few upgrades to modernize and having an actual door to the bathroom would be a plus. My husband got locked in the master bedroom our first night and luckily we called the on site coordinator who came within half an hour to replace the door lock. It was frustrating after a long flight but they addressed quickly. There are little quirks with this place like creaky doors when the AC runs but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub jets broke the second day we were there and it had been under repair before we arrived. Well appointed overall with basic necessities in the kitchen, beach towels, beach gear. The agency does provide a limited amount of zip lock bags, trash bags and detergent which was nice. We didn't need more and it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were not super comfy as topped with foam padding and even with the AC, felt a bit hot. The place felt clean (except for the dustry lamp and shades in the smaller double twin room). Again location was the highlight here, grocery store down the street, restaurants close by and overall a good stay for the price. We were glad we found this place, the amenities were an added bonus.

Palm Villas

Our group of 5 adults had a wonderful time at this condo! It was thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed for a week's stay: plenty of laundry and dishwasher detergents, paper products, even zip lock plastic bags! There were plenty towels and beach towels, and the kitchen was well supplied for meals in. Included in the rental were four sets of snorkeling equipment, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys.There is a shopping mall as you enter the Mauna Lani Resort that had a nice grocery store (and coffee shop!). It was nice to have parking included, and we drove all over the island. I recommend this condo!

Beautiful area

Check in process was easy. Was given wrong WiFi info but was able to figure that out. Coffee pot didn't work first morning we were there but site coordinator ran over a new one within a few hours of our notification. No complaints here. Condo was nice- I didn't realize when booking it's an upper level. I thought it was a ground floor but that was my fault. Community pool is beautiful and warm- wasn't busy while we were there. Hot tub is hot! Good thing:). Check out was pretty simple- just had to start dishwasher, load of towels and take out trash. I wish they offered a late checkout that was the only bummer and I checked after I had booked it.Overall great stay and great communication.

Great place, NOT a family friendly spot

Amazing place, sparkling clean, great communication with Manager. BUT - this complex has a very 65+ vibe and kids don't seem to be welcome. We got dirty looks and actually had someone come out to the pool to tell us to be quiet. We were throwing a ball. It was Spring break. This place is not for poolside fun - which is fine, but I wish this would have been shared in the listing. I would have stayed somewhere else, preserved the old folks' peace, and my kids wouldn't be made to feel bad for... being kids.

The condo worked fine, however, I was expecting an Ocean view and we got a lava view. The air-conditioning fan is very noisy inside. There were no instructions how to get to the beach club and we got very lost on foot. Most kitchen items were great, however, not enough mugs for coffee. All of the shelves in the kitchen above the first one we’re way too high for someone who is short, they could be lowered. The deck was so small we could not fit six people on it for dinner. Next time I prefer a first level condo.

Top shelf condo! Clean and modern. Very well stocked kitchen and the starter package with garbage bags, storage bags and dishwasher laundry tabs was very useful. Also lots of storage containers which was nice. Great selection of equipment including beach chairs, bag, umbrella, cooler and snorkeling gear. Quite and private view from balcony, great BBQ (vent fan needs some work). Great selection of towels for shower, pool and beach. Ice maker was a little slow so grab extra ice if that's important to you. This property is a great spot for adults but would not recommend for kids, lots of rules and lots of signs "do this, don't do that". We were scolded for playing catch in the pool by a lady with a boogie eyed white dog in a stroller which had to be parked right beside the water, painful. The grounds are immaculate and the walk to beach is very convenient as shore access parking is limited in Mauna Lani. Better beaches a short drive at Hapuna, A' bay and Kua bay. Would stay again and recommend.
