Nordic Residence is located in the popular area of Pratumnak Hill, close to Cosy Beach. This boutique condominium offers a tranquil and exclusive atmosphere in it’s tropically landscape grounds, with a lovely communal swimming pool and children's pool.

This lovely 2nd floor apartment consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and air conditioning throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, extractor fan, kettle, microwave and refrigerator/freezer.

The main living area contains a sofa, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table and a flat screen TV, along with a dining table with 4 chairs.

Both bedrooms contain large double beds and bedroom furniture, including wardrobes and bedside tables. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The modern bathrooms are fully tiled with walk-in showers, one being a lovely massage shower.

Pratumnak Hill offers an abundance of restaurants, shops, beauty and massage parlors and bars. Attractions such as Pattaya Water Park, and Cosy Beach are nearby, as is Big Buddha Hill, which offers panoramic views of the area, and is a lovely area for walking or bike riding.

Cosy Beach is one of the finest beaches in Pattaya, being very clean and well maintained; as it is situated in a tranquil bay between Pattaya and Jomtien, accessible via steps down a cliff side, you can expect a lovely peaceful atmosphere here.

The central location allows for easy access to Jomtien or Pattaya by public transport, being close to the main baht bus route, which is a quick, easy and cost effective way to travel around Pattaya.

- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 6,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
