Located in the centre of Dolgellau market town in southern Snowdonia, this welcoming, renovated cottage offers a peaceful setting on a quiet side street. The excellent range of cafes, restaurants, independent shops and bars are all located literally around the corner. A myriad of spectacular walks also start from the doorstep, including Mawddach Trail and the popular Snowdonia mountain, Cader Idris.
With world-class mountain biking at Coed y Brenin, a Blue Flag beach at Barmouth, a steam train at Talyllyn, castles, Zip World, Bounce Below and so much more, this really is an amazing base to enjoy North Wales at its best.

Size : sleeps 4 in 3 bedrooms, as well as a Toddler bed in a separate room
Beds : 1 king, 2 single rooms, 1 Toddler Room
Rooms : ground floor: kitchen, living/dining room. First floor: King bedroom, Toddler bedroom, shower room. Second floor: 2 single bedrooms (one also with day bed), landing with reading area.
Kitchen & utilities : includes dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine.
Entertainment : 2 x TVs, DVD player, board game box, books and 2 foot-spas
For families : travel cot, stairgates and highchair available on request. Toddler bedroom is ideal for an independent growing child, in a safe environment with safety gates fitted on stairs. Direct access to bathroom across the landing.


Outside : Small enclosed yard at the back of the cottage with table and chairs.
Parking : Secure parking space provided. Street parking available for additional cars on a first come, first served basis.

Pets :2 dogs welcome at an additional charge. Please also note dogs are not allowed upstairs.
