My name is Lorna and my partners name is Mitch. We decided that a life in Spain was to be the next stage in our life and we wanted to buy a house big enough to rent out part of it and share in the enjoyment of others visiting this fabulous country.
We spent 2 years searching initially for the ideal location and we started our search way up in Port-Bou almost at the French border.
We travelled down the cost on several visits and purely by chance we visited Moraira on our way back to Alicante airport. Mitch and I sat on the seats just back from the beach and we just looked at one another and knew this was the place.
We travelled out in March 2018 with over 30 houses on our list to view and purely by chance we looked in an estate agents window on our way to our favorite ice cream shop and that was the property we bought.
It’s taken us 18 months to reform our villa but we are very pleased with the result and cant wait to welcome guests to this truly amazing place 😎🌞

Casa Isabella is disabled and wheelchair friendly with 2 ramps leading to the entrances of the villa, one at the front and one at the rear. It has a wide entrance door and a wide corridor to access the bedrooms.
The 10x5 heated pool (Apr-Oct) is child friendly with a raised platform installed which provides a shallow water area when netted off allowing babies and youngsters to gain confidence in the water whilst remaining safe. An umbrella an be inserted in the middle of the area to keep the sun off the children. Adult supervision required at all times.
Whilst the kiddies are not using the platform the net can be removed and the sun beds can be used in the shallow water area.
Casa Isabella is built on a double plot of land therefore it has plenty of space to find a spot to relax and read a book or listen to your music. We have an orchard at the bottom of the garden which is fun to see the various fruits growing. We hope to try out tomatoes this year so watch this space 😃
