The property is situated in an elevated and sunny position, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It sits on a 20-hectare plot of land, which includes a beautiful, well-kept garden with trees and a large lawn for sunbathing. The swimming pool is fenced for safety and measures 17 x 7 meters, with a depth of 110-140 cm. It is available seasonally from April 25th to October 31st. The property also features an outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring that it is always in pristine condition for guests to enjoy.

"Campiglia" is a 4-room apartment that spans over two levels and is located on the 1st floor. It is ideal for 6 adults and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is spacious, practical, and furnished in a rustic style.

The upper floor of the apartment has a large living room that features an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV. There are also two double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment has gas heating, which is an additional cost. On the 2nd upper floor, there is one more double bedroom. The floors throughout the apartment are adorned with parquet and natural stone.

For outdoor relaxation, the apartment has a patio with terrace furniture and deck chairs. The panoramic view of the countryside is breathtaking. The apartment is equipped with a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The apartment also has free WiFi, and there is a reserved parking space for guests.
