Fabulous location, 100% privacy, lovely owners - can’t recommend highly enough!
Just spent 8 days at this lovely villa with my pal. We felt like spoiling ourselves and this was definitely the place to do it!
The location is fabulous with no neighbours and the most stunning views. The wonderfully warm and very saline cove was a short walk down the bottom of the garden. Floating was effortless (I’m not a strong swimmer) and the snorkelling was great so, unusually for me, I spent a lot of time in the water. Bring some sea shoes as the rocks getting in and out are sharp. We saw some amazing fish...
There are a variety of balconies and chill out spaces outside the villa so that guests can always be in the sun if they so wish....or shade, according to your preference. The owners are really lovely, so warm and friendly and accommodating. We were told to contact them 24/7 if we needed them but as it happens we didn’t need to other than one day when the WiFi wouldn’t spark up and Jesse quickly fixed this for us.
The interior isn’t 5 star, it’s a family home so it’s a little lived in but that really only added to it’s quirkiness and charm and wasn’t a problem. The only background noise was during the day time from the little bar at the hotel in the cove below. I wouldn’t even mention it other than the fact they played the same cds every day. Next time we go we will bring them some new music!
The dolmus stops at the top of the garden and it’s a few minutes ride and a few pennies to get to town. I don’t know when the last bus is but we came back about 11 ish on a few occasions. We were 2 women on our own and always felt comfortable and safe both in Kas and in the villa.
So, in summary, I am confident you won’t be disappointed if you book this beautiful villa. Be mindful that the hill side is steep so this is not for anyone with poor mobility. And don’t forget to pack your snorkel!
