The house is set on a private natural state property that covers 400m2 and is fenced off to ensure the privacy of guests. The property features a beautiful lawn and trees, as well as a barbecue area where guests can enjoy delicious meals and spend time with their loved ones. The house is accessible via a 2km long unmade road that leads to the parking area on the premises.

While staying at Il Casale, guests can take advantage of the many nearby attractions, including Talamone, Monte Argentario, Parco Regionale della Maremma, Grosseto, Scansano, and Siena. The sandy beach is just 11km away, while the shingle beach at Giannella is 18km away. There are also walking paths that lead directly from the house, making it easy for guests to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Please note that a car is recommended for those staying at Il Casale. The property is located 8km away from the Talamone railway station and 90km away from the Civitavecchia ferry. "Il Casale" is a charming 7-room farmhouse that offers 150 m2 of living space on the 1st floor. The furnishings are simple and rustic, and the farmhouse is sure to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for all guests.

The large living/dining room is the perfect gathering place for guests, featuring a dining table and TV. The room opens up to a balcony and patio, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

There are 6 rooms in total, each equipped with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a kettle, providing guests with everything they need to prepare meals.

There are 3 showers/bidet/WC, ensuring that guests have ample space and privacy to get ready for the day ahead. Gas heating is available for an extra charge.

The balcony and patio are perfect for enjoying the stunning panoramic views of the countryside, and terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 2 deck chairs are provided for guests' comfort. A baby cot is available for up to 2 year olds, and please note that the farmhouse is strictly non-smoking. A maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed, and there is a private entrance for guests' convenience.
