Charming and child-friendly cottage with beautiful sea views and quiet location in Höviksnäs on eastern Tjörn. Here you live in a quiet and child-friendly area with walking distance to a nice child-friendly swimming area and a stone's throw to the playground. The cottage is located on a natural plot with protective mountains and a spacious terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of a good piece of food and drink. In colder weather, you can instead sit protected in the cozy glazed terrace with underfloor heating. You have a wonderful view of the Hakefjord both from the plot and from many rooms in the cottage. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves! The cottage is on an open floor plan with a combined kitchen and living room with all amenities. The living area has a heating stove and a TV corner with sofa group. You have a fast connection via fiber and Chromecast is available for the TV. Here is also an exit to the nice conservatory where the dining room furniture is located. Bright bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed as the lower bed in a family bed and an upper bed of 70 cm in width, suitable for children. There is also a junior bed here, 160x70 cm. In the cabin there is also a sofa bed if you want to choose it as a sleeping place, however, the total maximum number of people is 5. There is a fully tiled fresh bathroom with a washing machine. The cottage also includes a nice guest cottage with two single beds, perfect for older children or young people who want to be raw about themselves. Or if you are two couples. The guest house has a cozy terrace where you can sit and enjoy your holiday. The cottage has plenty of both indoor and outdoor toys for the kids. About 1500 m to popular Låka bathing place, with sandy beach, cliffs, diving tower and toilets. Many sights and charming archipelago communities on Tjörn and Orust. Also take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the immediate area. Well-stocked grocery store in Myggenäs, 5 km. To small service shop and pizzeria about 1 km. Close to service and entertainment in Stenungsund with a large shopping center and to Skärhamn with, among other things, the well-known Watercolor Museum with Nordic contemporary art. To the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg about 55 km. Good communications also by bus. Welcome to a fresh cottage with a nice location and wonderful views!
