Olala Gavà Beach Villa is a fabulous retreat in the charming southernmost town of Barcelona, Gavà. Warm sunshine, sandy beach, and natural greenery, Gavà is composed of the ingredients of happiness that every traveler long for. Only a few steps away from the sea, you can enjoy surfing, eat at one of the many seaside restaurants, or lounge on the white beaches. If you wish to explore more of Gavà’s charm, bus stops are just a stone’s throw away.

With an appealing mixture of Mediterranean furnishings, soft pastels, and creamy beiges, this 7-bedroom villa is a spacious and welcoming holiday residence you will love staying in. The scenic balconies offer a great view of the azure sea. The villa is fitted with a beautiful private swimming pool, a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a poolside patio that overlook the lush backyard. The villa comes with 2 king-size beds, 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 double sofa beds for a maximum capacity of 16 people. 5 parking lots are available onsite.

There are 3 bathrooms with showers, and 2 with bathtubs. Free toiletries, towels, and bed linen are all set for you upon arrival. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or a quick bite. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, stove, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.

You’ll also find fast, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this villa For your convenience, this villa also comes with a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. For the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a baby’s cot is available upon request (depending on availability) for free. The villa’s just a 2-minute walk to the seaside and a nice 24-minute stroll to Plaça de Les Palmeres. The Ànec Blau shopping mall is only a 10-minute drive away. The city center of Barcelona can be easily reached by train within an hour, where Gaudi’s marvels, gourmet markets, and more shopping options are waiting for you to explore.

Please note that the villa is located on the ground floor without an elevator.

* Please kindly note that:
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
- In case of requesting an invoice, we will be charging the correspondent extra VAT amount (21%).
- A damage deposit of €1500 is required for each reservation. We will send you a secure payment link to collect the deposit amount 48 hours before your stay.
- City tax/tourist tax is 1,00€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in.
- We have installed an IOT device to monitor the noise levels in the apartment and to help us guarantee a comfortable stay for our guests while avoiding issues with other tenants or the neighbors. IOT devices have a great impact on making tourism more sustainable.
