We invite you to get cosy in this charming and central studio, with its stylish sofa, modern decor, and wooden floors throughout. Floor-to-ceiling corner windows provide plenty of daylight which leads directly to our balcony that offers a quaint and lovely view.

The Space:
Situated on the lower floors, our Studio apartment of 45 m2, with lovely floor to ceiling windows, disposes of an open plan living with a seating area including a flat-screen TV fitted with cable and Netflix. The Studio can easily accommodate 3 adults so either families or small groups are welcomed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is a table for dining with 3 chairs. The bedroom area has a queen size bed (160 cm wide) with bedside tables and a roomy wardrobe for your belongings. Our bathroom is lovely decorated, where you'll find a bathtub that can easily be converted to a shower by using a special checkered curtain. Soaps and lotions are provided for your comfort as well as towels, bed sheets and linen for the double bed including the sofa bed.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !

The Neighborhood:
Our amazing apartment is perfectly located in one of the largest emerging areas of our City. You can find nearby everything that you could wish for, starting your day with delicious cafes , amazing restaurants, places to enjoy shopping as well as an extremely generous supermarket.

Getting Around:
Public transport like trams can be easily reached , around 200 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.

Other Things to Note:
- The flat capacity is for 3 people, no additional guests allowed.

- We can provide check in between 3 PM and 11 PM daily. If you would arrive outside these hours, we do our best to arrange it as desired, but please note that additional cost may arise.

- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons

- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
