この施設について

A stunning, spacious period property with spectacular views of the entire popular seaside resort town of Llandudno. The property boasts fantastic views of the whole coastline/ beach and bay.
An absolute perfect location, situated on the fabulous natural landmark and national Welsh treasure, The Great Orme, a 2 minute drive into the very heart of the town, but set back enough to sit back, relax and unwind of an evening, enjoying the spectacular sunsets over the town.
The property is split over 3 floors;

Ground floor consists of a reception area/hallway, a large open plan dining and fully. equipped kitchen area, an outhouse/utility room with a toilet. Also an enclosed back garden area (ideal for privacy and pets) with outdoor seating.

The first floor consists of a twin bedroom with shower ensuite and a comfortable living area with a seating area and flat screen tv and of course, the phenomenal views of the town.

Last but by no means least, we have the final top floor consisting of a huge main bathroom with large central bathtub, a large separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink. And a spacious king size bedroom with plush memory foam mattress, situated at the front of the property, again with breathtaking views and copious amounts of storage space.

Amazing Stay!

We loved everything about our stay here! Plenty of space for the five of us. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely views. Just a short walk into town. The property manager was a delight and made us feel so welcome in our stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Welsh Welcome!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house, the views (!!), the treats left at our arrival and the communication with our host were all above and beyond. And after a number of stays at other homes with various living room seating configurations it was so nice to come to a place with comfortable reclining couches! My boys finally enjoyed some good movie nights together … so thank you, that was appreciated!

Wonderful home with fantastic host

First and foremost we want to send our thanks to host of the property Cerys who was available through the VRBO app messaging within mere minutes with any questions or requests we might have had. It is very comforting to have such an attentive and knowledgeable host, especially as international travelers who are not familiar with English / Welsh appliances. The home was in perfect condition when we arrived and we were very happy to find a few Welsh snacks in the kitchen for our enjoyment. (Delicious!) The kitchen appliances were in perfect working order including the microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and instant hot water tap which was much appreciated. Same for the bathroom facilities which were very modern and comfortable. The house decor was a lovely touch throughout the bedrooms, dining room, and living room areas. We were very happy to have booked this house as we found ourselves quite tired after sightseeing throughout the area each day of our visit, and coming home to a comfortable and well furnished location was fantastic. We were even able to order food for delivery through Just Eat and the delivery drivers were able to find the house easily. A few notes for travelers to be considered before booking this house: If you are not traveling with a car be advised that this house sits on a very steep hill. While we enjoyed the exercise (and the view!) we definitely planned our days to only have to walk up the hill once per day. It would be easy enough to walk down the hill to restaurants and then call a taxi to get back to the house with a little advanced planning. On the subject of steep climbs is the stairs at the house. They are old Victorian style meaning there are lots of them and the climb up is steep. For elderly people or families with children this may not be ideal. The only other note, which may be minor for some but was major for us, is the temperature control of the house. The owners have the thermostat locked through an app so you cannot adjust the temperature during your stay without contacting the host, who then has to contact the owner. When we arrived the house was very cold and we spent our first night wrapped in blankets and rather uncomfortable. When we asked to have the temperature turned up 2 degrees C the owners pushed it up by 5 C instead which created a bit of an issue on the other direction of being a bit too warm. It also took an entire day for the heating to kick in. We had a lovely time!

FABULOUS HOLIDAY.

Had a lovely few days away with my family.The house was lovely in every way possible..clean fresh, and modern with fresh flowers and local treats in the kitchen..comfortable beds..beautiful views from the top of the house.We will be back for sure in the near future.Cerys was friendly and very helpful.Thank you for everything.Loved every minute..XXX
