Summary:
A sunny penthouse with balcony overlooking the blue sky and typical urban views of Athens - just a 3-minute walk from the metro (Metaxourgio) and a few minutes from the historic center (4 minutes to Syntagma Station).
The building has a lift and is quiet and residential. The apartment is furnished and decorated in a modern style and offers all the comforts for a comfortable stay!

The Space:
The apartment has 4 spaces: a spacious living room with a large balcony, a spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light and a beautiful balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed. Price per night is for 2 persons. There is an extra charge for each additional guest.
The kitchen has kitchen utensils, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, stove and large fridge.
We also provide towels and towels, a hairdryer and shampoo.

from 22:00 untill 24:00 with an extra fee of 15euros cash*

Guest Access:
You will have access all over the apartment and to two spacious balconies.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is located in Metaxourgio - a central district in the heart of the city and just a short walk from Piraeus Street and the historic center. It's an up-and-coming artistic area with theaters and music events - the perfect place to discover the local aura with many cafes and even more restaurants. The area is also close to typical Athenian neighborhoods, such as Exarchia and Psiri with their exquisite design that you can see on their surrounding streets. It is a jigsaw puzzle consisting of many beautifully restored neoclassical houses with typical Athenian apartments, some with modern loft complexes.
