Perch Stay

Unit has excellent views, even from bedrooms and easy access to the beach. Nice to have a garage and elevator. Needs a rolling cart though. We were unable to use the trash dumpster with code.because we could not get the code

We were almost the only ones there, very quiet. The building is under remodeling now but wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the walkable location and nice 2 bedrooms.

Million dollar view for a reasonable price

This place was perfect for what we were looking for, quiet with a gorgeous view of the ocean within walking distance to the beach. It’s a bit older but was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. We would go there again!

Nice to get away

Great location. Blinds on windows were terrible. The shower curtain was moldy and bayh towels were not clean. Beach towels were cleaner. But over all the stay qas nice and the views were amazing.

A cozy place near the beach

The best place about this condo is the location - facing the beach and on the 5th floor so that you can see over the houses in front of it. It's very comfortable and clean, and the owners have all kind of beach equipment in the closets that can be borrowed. The kitchen has lots of plates, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The shower pressure was good! And having an elevator for use in the building is perfect for those with mobility issues. It is a little worn, but I would say it was a wonderful place for what it costs - very reasonable.

Condo with great ocean view!!

Great location, great ocean views, great selection of games and movies! The condition of the unit is pretty beat up for the price. Carpet is in poor condition with a lot of stains, appliance doors on washer and microwave don’t work properly, beach closet looks like a junk closet unkept, guest bath and sink don’t drain. Needs a facelift big time. The building is well kept, safe and secure.

Fabulous Spot in Rockaway Beach!

This is a lovely, clean and welcoming home in Rockaway Beach - with panoramic views of the ocean, and the sound of the waves. Just steps from very cute and fun town center, and also to the beach. Fabulous! We will come again!

We had a great time staying at Whale Watcher’s Perch. You absolutely can’t beat the view and distance to the beach. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms/linen. Would definitely come back again!

It's a great holiday place. It's not fancy but it meets your holiday needs. Lovely big windows facing the ocean, full kitchen, and covered parking. Master bed is very comfy, 2nd bed not so much. Couch has been replaced since the earlier reviews complaining about it.

Excellent views! Very quiet setting

This was a beautiful place for a weekend getaway. The views were wonderful from the 5th floor. We were able to hear the ocean throughout the day and night. The place was spotless! Kudos to the cleaning crew! Just be sure that Vacasa gives the right entry code, because we had not been given the right code. Kudos and a shout out to Carolyn who responded promptly to a phone call, providing the correct information. Highly recommend this particular condo!
