Beautiful view close to everything you need.

The view is exceptional, beds are super comfy and everything you need is provided. Beach access is just across the street.

Million dollar view for a reasonable price

This place was perfect for what we were looking for, quiet with a gorgeous view of the ocean within walking distance to the beach. It’s a bit older but was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. We would go there again!

We were almost the only ones there, very quiet. The building is under remodeling now but wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the walkable location and nice 2 bedrooms.

Lovely View

We had a great time staying at Whale Watcher’s Perch. You absolutely can’t beat the view and distance to the beach. Spacious rooms and clean bathrooms/linen. Would definitely come back again!

Fabulous Spot in Rockaway Beach!

This is a lovely, clean and welcoming home in Rockaway Beach - with panoramic views of the ocean, and the sound of the waves. Just steps from very cute and fun town center, and also to the beach. Fabulous! We will come again!

Perch Stay

Unit has excellent views, even from bedrooms and easy access to the beach. Nice to have a garage and elevator. Needs a rolling cart though. We were unable to use the trash dumpster with code.because we could not get the code

Nice to get away

Great location. Blinds on windows were terrible. The shower curtain was moldy and bayh towels were not clean. Beach towels were cleaner. But over all the stay qas nice and the views were amazing.

Lovely view, good beach stay

It's a great holiday place. It's not fancy but it meets your holiday needs. Lovely big windows facing the ocean, full kitchen, and covered parking. Master bed is very comfy, 2nd bed not so much. Couch has been replaced since the earlier reviews complaining about it.

Wonderful view and good price

It’s a wonderful place with great view and windows to the outside in the bedrooms unlike most other condos In the building. Location is great. Place was clean upon arrival. The carpet and chairs are very stained. I wonder if they used to allow pets in there before or if people smuggle them in as my pet allergy kicked in right away. Overall- we would definitely stay there again.

Short beach getaway

This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
