Bovey House Exeter a lovely 3-bedroom Victorian house providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Located in a central area of Pennsylvania in Exeter the provides easy access to all transport links and is located within walking distance from Exeter City Center and Exeter University.

Exeter City Center and Main Bus Station, Exeter University and Exeter Central Train Station are all located within an easy 10-minute walk with Exeter airport located 5 miles away.
Bovey House is set up to provide a ‘home away from home’ and is available with all the modern comforts to allow our guests to have an enjoyable stay. Free Wi-Fi is accessible within the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Amazon Prime and Netflix.

There are two double bedrooms upstairs, a further double bedroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom upstairs, open plan lounge/dining room and the kitchen on the ground floor. Sofa bed in the lounge comfortably sleeps 2 people and all fresh bedding is provided
Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Guests are welcome to help themselves to the tea and coffee provided throughout their stay. The courtyard allows our guests to soak up the sunshine during summer days.
