Introducing 'Manuela', a charming 2-room house located on the ground floor. The property is 50 m2 and is very comfortable and cosy.

The living/dining room is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. For your convenience, there is also a fan in the room. You can exit to the garden through the living/dining room.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has a fan. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a freezer, and a combination microwave.

The bathroom has a shower/bidet/WC and is suitable for everyday use. Heating is available, but only from 01.11. to 15.04. The garden is also 50 m2 and has terrace furniture and a portable barbecue. You can enjoy a distant view of the mountains from the garden.

For your convenience, there is a washing machine and an iron available. The property also has free internet (WiFi). Additionally, there is a reserved parking space for 1 car, which is fenced.
