A real example of tradition is the villa Zen Promona where you will feel at home and enjoy the untouched nature of the surroundings. Dalmatian villa is located in Puljane, a part of National Park Krka. Krka National Park lies about 10km inland from Šibenik in this part of Dalmatia. Named after the Krka River, the Park covers an area of just over 142 square km and includes two thirds of the river itself. The top attraction of the Park are its magnificent waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk falls which are one of Croatia’s most famous sights.

Villa Zen Promona can accommodate 8 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms. Villa itself consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining room and a living room. You will surely enjoy the outdoor space. It provides several places to sit and enjoy, and the scents of Dalmatia are felt everywhere. The main feature is the private pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare traditional Dalmatian specialties and an outdoor dining area. For leisure, billiards and ping pong table are available for joint play and a trampoline for children. Villa also offers table tennis and table football, and a special addition for grown-ups- boccie field. What is really special about this villa is closeness to National Park Krka which is only 1 km away. Also, visit the town of prosciutto - Drniš, romantic Skradin and historic Šibenik. Don’t forget to visit beautiful Zadar also, which is settled in the heart of Dalmatia.

Very nice villa

We had a very nice stay! Kids enjoyed the huge garden with turtles😊 and very clean pool. The owner is very helpful and polied! We will come back for sure! Ivan thanks for everything!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub im Haus und haben die Ruhe genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und der Host hat sich wirklich sehr bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wir möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach fabelhaft

Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sich um dein Wohlergehen sorgt. Alles original wie auf den Bilder. Wer eine Auszeit braucht und nicht mitten im Geschehen sein möchte, ist dieses Haus perfekt. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber. Die Anreise war problemlos. Sehr viele schöne Ecken direkt in der Ungebung. Zum einkaufen fährt man 15-20 Minuten.

Ich kann jedem es nur empfehlen der es mag abgelegen und seine Ruhe zu haben. Man kommt zu jeder großen Stadt innerhalb von 1,5h. Auch das Haus hat eine große Fläche mit genügend Schatten Möglichkeiten. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür lädt jeder zeit zur Abkühlung ein:) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super klasse. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sich auch immer erkundigt wie es uns als Gruppe gegangen ist. Wenn wir etwas hatten, dann würde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Ich kann jedem das Haus von Herzen aus nur empfehlen 😊
