Next to the pool, you will find the covered alfresco dining table and the gas barbecue. The well-tended green lawns provide lots of places for kids to play and entertain.
Moreover, this Istrian villa is pet-friendly so your dog would surely enjoy it here. Though, we require prior notice if you plan to bring your pet with and smaller charges may apply.
The residential area spreads over 2 floors and encompasses 350 square meters. With outdoor areas, Villa Palazzo di Luna offers you 930 square meters of private space.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds (>180 cm wide) and a private bathroom with a shower in each. The two other bedrooms are on the upper floor and they also come with king-size beds and private bathrooms. The rooms on the upper floor also have the exit to the sunny terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views of the garden.
The formal dining area for 8 guests is on the ground floor, next to the large kitchen. On this floor is also a living room with two sofas, an armchair and Smart TV with satellite channels available.
The kitchen equipment covers all the essentials including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and kettle. Moreover, the Lavazza espresso maker is available here!
